This is Vijay Upadhyay this letter I am writing because I have lost my patience talking to your executives
I have booked a Product Assembled 1 ST RC-IT-SOLUTIONS Core2 duo (4GB DDR2/320 GB/Windows 7 Ultimate/0.512 GB IntelShared Memory/15.1 Inch Screen/ASZC2D4GB320GB)(Black) Amount Rs. 10, 250 Free Delivery
This Product got delivered on 7th September 2021 at my place and after receiving I made the cash payment to the delivery man and when I opened the parcel and tried to install the machine I found VGA cable was missing and CPU and Monitor was not working I requested for Return and Refund on the same day it got approved then next day on 8th September 2021 your Pick up Executive came and they said me that your product which you received and the image given to them is different so they can’t pick up and asked me to make another complaint of Product mis-match as they cancelled the pick up then I request a call back then your executive called me and asked me everything I mentioned her everything she said that it will go under defective product so I requested her to make Return & Refund Request from her end she did it, I requested her 5 times that your executive has mentioned that lodge a complait under product mis-match but she denied and said it will come under Defective Product it got approved for pick up then next day your Executive called me and said that he will not come for pick up as he said product is mis-match and rejected for pick up then again I Requested for Return & Refund under Product mis-match this time I have not received and approval and it was showing refund Requested so, again I requested a call back and talked to the executive he said your request is showing and it will be resolved by 19th September 2021 that time I said ok but next day I realised that it is too far then again I requested a call back and spoken to your executive she said that seniors are workig on your case but as you are facing problem I am taking your complaint and try to solve as early as possible and she said your case has been forwared to the Seniors and Seniors are working on it and she given me date that it will be resolved by 14th September 2021 I said her to mention about all the problems regarding CPU, Monitor, keyboard, VGA Cable, Product mis-match everything but on 14th September 2021 I received message sorry we are working on your issue it will be resolved on 15th September 2021 before 4:47 pm on 15th September 2021 I received a message at 4:47:43 Issue Update:we’re still looking into your concern with order OD[protected]and would like to thank you for your patience.
