I have been ordered asus zenfone through flipkart the product has been delivered but stopped working after one and half month, went to asus mobile service wasted 2days waiting there at last they told me the IMEI number on mobile and invoice where both are different even i checked it at the same time yes they are different how can you people just give a used product when i ordered for a new one, after that i raised complaint against flipkart they came and collected the product and said the money will be refunded and it did but i got 3months of interest on EMI amount of 1600/- why do i need to pay that amount is it my problem ? please respond or call me asap Was this information helpful? | |||||
