We have been suffering since the last 20 days because of mismanaged services of flipkart. We had ordered a asus gold order id : od[protected]. We paid rs.9, 500 cash for it in 'blind faith'. The outer cover and the receipt said 'gold' but when we opened the pack we were shocked to find a black mobile which costs rs. 1000 less. We complained and were promised 'quick response' which happened after almost 15 days. The delivery man came, checked the imei no. And went back saying they did not match. Is it our fault? To reduce our problems, i am now herewith submitting the imei no. On the mobile as well as the receipt. Imei no. On mobile : [protected] / [protected]. Imei no.
