Flipkart — Asus Laptop OD[protected]

It's really frustrating for me that I've to reach this level to escalate my issue with Flipkart Customer Service. I ordered a laptop which was delivered to me faulty. I raised this issue with flipkart and requested for the refund because I was getting pressure from my office to start working from home. I was told that the technician will visit and check the laptop and if he approves, then only the refund will be initiated. However, no one came to check the laptop. After several attempts of calling customer service and escalating the same on Twitter, end number of times, I got a call from one of the social media escalation helpdesk that they are going to send someone for the pickup of faulty laptop and the seller has approved the refund. She sent me the same as written evidence in email.
Pickup guy came and denied to pickup the laptop because he wanted to take some serial number inside the laptop, but because the laptop was faulty so he was unable to fetch that serial number and said that I've to callback the customer service and need to change the level of complaint. He don't care that one sticker beneath the laptop and on the box carries the serial number he was looking for. I called and again escalated the same. So, finally someone came to pickup the laptop and after pickup he called me late night same day that he's going to give the laptop back to me because this should be validated and sealed by an authorized technician by flipkart.
I escalated this again to the customer service and they suggested me to take the laptop back and they are again going to escalate this to the next level. Today is 02nd day but the pickup guy from flipkart didn't come to give me the laptop back. I'm calling customer service again and again but all I'm getting is fake promises. No callbacks from manager and no resolution. I've never experience this kind of pathetic customer service in my life so far.
Meanwhile, during all this, I've got the SHOW CAUSE NOTICE from my office that why I'm not working. I raised the return and refund request on 22nd of June and all I'm getting is wait.
Now I've no laptop. No refund. No callbacks. NO RESOLUTION.
I REALLY APPRECIATE IF SOMEONE CAN HELP ME WITH THIS NIGHTMARE.
