Pathetic service, please compensate for this service. I lost my project, i lost one of my sources through which i could have earned a bit. Ordered a lapop and waited 3 days for it to be delivered, you guys sent me a faulty product and now i will have to wait for another 10 days to get it replaced. This is not done, pathetic. Why should i suffer the pain, you guys do not have an email where i can send my queries, customer care agents not even expedite my requests. All i can do is wait for flipkart to call me and that's all. We live in a world where technology is booming and these guys cannot even send a replacement as per customers need. Why would some one wait for 14 days? C'mon guys. Your app doesn't work at times, i was not able to give you guys a feedback because of your stupid application. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Dec 27, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed the replacement product has been delivered on October 13, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
