[Resolved] Flipkart — Asus zenfone 2 4gb ram from ws retailer /asus | |||||
Flipkart has delivered me the faulty product 2 times and waiting for the working product from flipkart with the commitment of delivery in two days. 27th of oct 15, flipkart committed deliver in two days and as of now i am not able to track my product details. I spoke to customer care so many time but they are not able to give the any resolution and not bale to commit to deliver a proper product. They are saying they can not check the box packed product. So company is not responsible for that faulty product. Worst service of flipkart and ws retailer. Big lairs and making false commitments. As of now i have not received any product from flipkart, i do not know when i will get my product and in which condition. Was this information helpful? | |||||
