[Resolved] Flipkart — asus zenfone 5z phone complaint | |||||
This is in regards with the asus phone which i ordered from flipkart on 11th oct and was delivered on 13th oct. I started using the phone from 13th oct and facing lot of problems with this handset. First of all there is a heating problem while charging the phone. If i insert the charger for like 15 mins then the phone becomes so hot. This doesn't look like a normal heating. Second there is always a network issue. On any random location other phones has full network but no signal in asus phone. If i change and insert the sim in another phone then the network is full, which means the problem is with the phone set. Third is the camera issue, the phone creates issues while in video mode. Fourth is the internet metwork. I am facing issues with wifi network. I already raised multiple complaints and the flipkart rep visited yesterday to check the phone and he agreed that there are issues with the phone. I was not expecting these kind of services from flipkart. It was mentioned on their website that phone has 10 days refundable policy. We contacted flipkart no.
