I have recived a defective mobile with damged screen and seal also tampered and flipkart they are not responding properly my oder id od[protected] flipkart i am waiting sicse the 24 augest and they have givien time for 28th and again 29th and sent a tech visit fake vist and they i would take a legal action on seller i need seller details also. And they are saying to visit the service center why i need to vist for the new phone.

Updated by MS TECH Vision Star is the seller who is rejecting my replacement for 5times and refund also rejecting and there was no option to select the damged producet recideved and in my phone it is showing return option and in website it is not showing and in phone when i click on return option it will go to next page and it is complitly empty

Updated by MS TECH they are just keep post ponging my issue and they are not responding for my problem for 28th they has changed to 29th aug and now for 3 sep and again making me wait for 24to 48hrs and now again on 2nd sep they are saying 6th sep
