Flipkart — Auto-cancellation and Non-delivery of ordered items frequently after taking on-line payment by Flipkart

Flipkart is making fools of customers frequently.

Flipkart is conducting SALES on the name of BIG BILLIAN DAYS, DIWALI SALES ETC. by offering so many product offers.

Customers used to attract and pay advance payments for the items they ordered. However, Flipkart is not delivering most of those items which they offered lowest prices and autocratically cancelling these items orders for which they took advance payments.

Despite contacting and rising complaints, they are not solving issues. They suggest to re-order (at higher rate). By the time, customer tries to re-order, prices are definitely higher. In this way, Flipkart is making fools and idiates of all Customers.

Flipkart is not making any effort to sort out the problem, despite may complaints and rising issues. Even there is no mechanism or system in their App or website to rise these issues clearly. Their Auto / AI chat or answering system is making customers as fools and bewakoofs.

They are throwing issue on sellers, . Unfortunately, many times the seller is Retailnet, etc which are the sister companies of Flipkart itself.

Further, when an item is offered in sets (like 5 sets), customer used to get only 1 set and on with grate difficulty of reaching Flipkart, they throw responsibility on Seller and won't take any compensate action to Customers.

I am facing all above problems for last several years with Flipkart. Flipkart must compensate Rs.1 Lakh for each of isssue or problem caused to me due to mental agony and waste of my time and effort.
