Dear sir/ maam,
With respect to above subject, this is to inform you that i have ordered a red coloured top order id is : od[protected], which was about to be delivered by 21/07/2017, i also called your customer care at 21/07/2017 3.18 pm regarding status of the order she said it will be delivered to me by 6 to 7 pm of 21/07/2017 but on the contrary, i received a mail that my order is cancel without any prior information. I am also trying to reach your customer executive but unable to do so, please help with this and kindly resolve it as quickly as possible.
