I have ordered a laptop for studies (OD[protected] before lockdown. It is automatically cancelled due to pandemic CoVid lockdown. I have accepted the reason... Then after, I have ordered another laptop (OD[protected] Big Savings Day. I am happy, for reaching the product nearest hub to me... Today(10/07/2020), I have noticed that, order was cancelled due to multiple delivery attempts. Till today, I haven't received any Out for Delivery... I will be waiting for the possible delivery time... It is not affordable for me to buy with increased price...Please make a look at this... We request you to place a fresh order. However, the seller has completed the refund on 11 Jul 20 and it will be reflecting in your credit card by 21 Jul 20. Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your credit card before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
