Flipkart — automatic cancellation of paid order | |||
Order id : od[protected], I oredered an flipkart smartbuy back cover for mi k20, mi k20 pro ordered on fri, oct 25th '19 and the same was paid at the same time but today as on sat, oct 26th '19 flipkart camcelled my ordered item with my consent and and this is a clear case of breach of contract. A breach of contract occurs when the promise of the contract is not kept, because one party has failed to fulfill their agreed upon obligations, according to the terms of the contract. Breaching can occur when one party fails to deliver in the appropriate time frame, does not meet the terms of the agreement, or fails perform at all. I want my order to be delivered or flipkart should compensate for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||
