[Resolved] Flipkart — Automatically canceled my order without my conscious | |||||
I ordered a mobile phone from flipkart for 15300 which was originally priced at 25000 by applying certain offers during a sale on 3rd oct, 16. my product reached the nearest hub on 7thoct but i waited as my delivery date was 10th oct. on 10th oct my order was out of delivery and i was provided by the contact details of the delivery personnel but when i called him he said he does not have any product for delivery and he's on leave. then my delivery date was postponed to 12thoct. between 7th to 12thoct i called flipkart several times n they said order will reach me by 7pm the same day i used to call them. but on 13th morning i got to know they cancelled my order without letting me know n when i called customer care and their advised me to order again @ original price i. e. 25000. it is a request that please look into my problem and i want flipkart to send me my product on the price i ordered. Jan 2, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 08, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer and informed to him due to some issues our courier partner failed to deliver the product and also informed him about the refund. Customer said that he had received the refund. So closing the case.
