[Resolved] Flipkart — automatically cancellation of replacement request. order i'd no: od[protected] | |||
I ordered a mobile, one day delivery. I needed it urgently. I got the mobile after 2days. Which was defective. I placed the return request. One support person helped me and guided well for more information regarding the product. As i am a service person with tight schedule, i request for the time of call as per my convenience. But they call in odd hours and even after my requests to call me during my convenience hour. They cancelled the request automatically. And now i have to suffer for how many days i don't know. I can't believe this is service of flipcart, and the behaviour of one support guy. I am regretting for placing order from flipcart. Was this information helpful? | |||
