hello sir, i have placed a order on flipkart 06.10.2014 mobile model Moto E (Rs.1500) But my order automatically cancelled and i got the confirmation mail and message from flipkart but after few hour my order is cancelled by the company and now they gave me 500 rupees, i think its a promotional program of the company and i buy another product, after i saw that they cancelled my ordered, in liue of this give me this amount but i don't want that token amount i want my product, how can they cancel a order if there was already specified that the offer cannot be cancelled and I want my order to be approved and to be delivered...
