I had through my friends's mobile ordered the above mentioned bluethooth headset for my personal use. However, by mistake or error two similar bluethooth headset were delivered at my place. I through my friend had made return request (Return id no.[protected]) of one extra bluethooth headset under order id no. Od[protected], on 22nd february, 2020. However, on 24th february, 2020, my friend received e-mail stating that "return request was incorrect. Please create a new return request with the right reason".
Since my friend was out of station, he could not communicate this e-mail to me earlier. Further, there are very limited options of reason on your website, and i do not understand how can return request be incorrect or closed on the ground of not providing right reason. Flipkart cannot refuse to accept the return of extra product ordered and/or delivered by mistake or erroneously.
Please accordingly, arrange to take return of this extra product at the earliest and accordinlgy, arrange refund of the amount for the said product.
