I have ordered a manq solid single breasted wedding, formal men's blazer, seller: manq from flipkart on 15 november; 2019 using flipkart pay later option.
The problem is when i tried returning it flipkart blocked my account, then i contacted their customer care which replied that they are registering a complaint [incident: in[protected]], on 27 november 2019. Now its 4 december 2019, they keep on refusing to refund my money and even their senior customer care agent told me that nothing is wrong in my account and its a computerized glitch which will be fixed by 2 december 2019. There customer care is so irresponsible that they even told me they dont have the authority to solve my problem and are transfering my issue to their senior.
Desired resolution is refund by 10 december as i am unable to log in the flipkart acccount and i have to pay the paylater before 10 december to avoid late charge.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Arpitthebrave They didn't return the product, just told me to wait till 9 December for no reason specified, no call from them yet, sir help me flipkart is not refunding the order everytime I call them their senior customer executive tell me they can do nothing, they keep neglecting my problem .

Updated by Arpitthebrave Flipkart is such a fraud company, blocked my account and now replying so late and that too the same rubbish they wrote before .
