Trying to connect with customer care since 5 days. They are not giving proper solution. They are exceeding the date every 24 hours. Customer executive is very rude. I have already paid for the product. Kindly look into the matter.

    I have bought redmi note 8 pro (Halo white, 6gb, 128 gb). The website has mentioned the mrp as rs.17999, but however the actual mrp of the product in the official redmi website since the day of its actual release in india from october is rs15999 for 6gb ram 128gb rom only.

        My name is arpit srivastava, number: [protected], email: [protected]@gmail.com
        I have ordered a manq solid single breasted wedding, formal men's blazer, seller: manq from flipkart on 15 november; 2019 using flipkart pay later option.
        The problem is when i tried returning it flipkart blocked my account, then i contacted their customer care which replied that they are registering a complaint [incident: in[protected]], on 27 november 2019. Now its 4 december 2019, they keep on refusing to refund my money and even their senior customer care agent told me that nothing is wrong in my account and its a computerized glitch which will be fixed by 2 december 2019. There customer care is so irresponsible that they even told me they dont have the authority to solve my problem and are transfering my issue to their senior.
        Desired resolution is refund by 10 december as i am unable to log in the flipkart acccount and i have to pay the paylater before 10 december to avoid late charge.
        They just comment that they will revert on it but never do solve my problem.

              Sir, we have ordered shoes for 10 years old boy in flipkart but received 6 months baby shoes and raised request to return the shoe for 2 times and refund the amount back but no one has come to collect the baby shoe instead return request was closed for 2 times. Flipkart mentions as issue resolved with out consulting us for the last 2 times.

              Resolution: to send person to collect the wrong product (6 months baby shoe) and refund the amount - 999 rupees.

              Hello Flipkart, I think you did not understand my concern, product is still with us and yet to get return back.
              Please send person to collect the product and refund the amount. As you said 14-dec-2019 is still 3 more days to collect the return product and we have called customer care 3 times to collect the wrong product and refund the amount but all in vain or no action has been taken.

              Resolution: To return the wrong product and get refund the amount.

They have given a huge 40% discount so i paced the order. Now they are not delivering it. When i was calling in the customer care they cut the call without resolving the problem.                     If i violated return policy then not only block but also delete my flipkart account..

                        Inspite of talking to your executives multiple times you are not able to deliver my order on time which you promised. You just have one work to do and if you can't do that then what else can you do. It was a gift order and if i don't get it on time which is mentioned in portal then what's the use. When ordered it was showing g that it will get delivered by 5th of december 2019 but still there is no update. I am really disappointed by this and even i was not hoping such type of things from flipkart as the flipkart is most trustable online shopping company i do prefer more flipkart rather than amazon.                               Mobile handsetsflipkart not replacing the phone

                              My name : mohamed yazar

                              I've bought asus rog phone 2 (8gb, 128gb) through flipkart and the phone is having display problem.

                              For that i've put a replacement and they have registered a technician visit for me

                              The technician even checked my mobile display and told me it's display problem he took pics mobile with the reddish tint issue and told me he will update to flipkart.

                              The problem : the technician has given a fake update to flipkart that the issue is resolved although the issue is not resolved.

                              I'm having the picture of my faulty device which is having red tint issue below 30 to 0 % brightness.

                              Now what should i have to do?

                              The technician was from jeeves.co.in company which has tie up with flipkart and all the problem was with the technician who was giving wrong updates to the flipkart company.

                                I had purchased a microwave oven of bajaj electricals through and on your recommendations signed an extended warranty with jeeves. I am giving below the details for your perusal. Jeeves does not want to honor the warranty and has suggested getting the repairs done from bajaj electricals on a chargeable basis. You can see that the warranty is without any riders and is unqualified. I would request your legal department to deal with jeeves and teach them how to honor commitments

                                  I am fredy, i got lured into a fake website while browsing the internet. It looked very similar to the flipkart online market, with the name flipkart explore plus, the products were offered for amazingly low discount prices. Realme 3 pro was being offered at 2899 rs. When clicking on add to cart a page with just 3 boxes apoears, name, mobile number and full address. It raised a red flag but thought other details would be on the next page. I was wrong, it took me to paytm to make the payment. Upon clicking the amount got deducted. Saying "payment made to online mobile shop". Thinking that it was genuine, i ordered a mobile, and paid but got no receipt or anything. Please help. Photos attached below

                                    I have used my flip kart account [protected] for this no. One day without any information it will blocked. I have issue with ordered item. To inform the concern team the account is blocked. This is not fare, i pending pay later also. How to i close that. With out my account activation how to pay the bill. I am one of flip kart user last 1 years. Update issue asap

                                      Already i contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said i used different account in same ip, so they blocked game zone. After 2 or 3 days it will be work again. But till dated it does not work. Also i have a question, in same ip i can't access different accounts for game zone but how they accept orders through same ip used by different accounts?
