My order no is OD[protected] i had ordered a real me x2 on 20 dec but Flipkart delivered a brick inside the Flipkart packaging i am complaining about it to them so many so maany times but they aren't taking any kind of action they are giving date again firstly they promised 27 dec then 29 then they are giving 1 jan please help!! Asap they took my money and now refusing to refund please help me

    I have ordered a mobile handset through flipkart named Samsung Galaxy Note 9 128GB on 22nd december 2019 and the product was delivered on 27th december. When i unboxed the product i made a vedio of it(in the vedio one can clearly see the void seal written).During the unboxing i found that the factory seal was tampered and void seal was written on the box.Hence the product provided was either a refurbished product or an used one.The phone had a scratch on screen and had some technical defects.When i requested for refund, the flipkart service team is not confirming the return or replacement and arguing that the phone is not refurbished even though it has tampered factory seal. {The order ID of the product is OD[protected]}
    I kindly request the authorities to look into this matter.

          I have purchased Samsung on8 mobile through Order ID: OD[protected] from Flipkart. My mobile is not working from last month as it has hanging issue for which I have reached out to customer service center (Having 1 year warranty period active) for resolution. I would like to escalate you that Samsung service center response is not up to the mark and not even taking care about this by stating that the IMEI number of my new mobile is already registered 3 years back with them and cannot provide the service for the same. I am wondering how come my new mobile IMEI got registered with the service center 3 year back when I had purchased it very recently(Just 5 months old). This has really been frustrating, irritating, since i have contacted Samsung service center multiple times in multiple authorized server centers with lot of patience but I could not get the solution by listening the same reason again and again why they can't provide service for me. Even I have reached out to flipkart customer care to address my genuine concern; as per flipkart customer care(Ms. Nandini) advice I re visited the Samsung authorized service center to provide me Job Sheet however they could not provide me job sheet by giving same reason job sheet can't be provided to device whose IMEI number is already been registered with them. I got fed up with flipkart as well as Samsung service center guys with this issue, how many times i should visit authorized service center which is more than 15 KM away from my home leaving my job and personal things aside. I am expecting at least some solution from flipkart this time, since I trusted Flipkart and purchased product; Now i don't have patience and time to work on this, its been more than a month nobody is caring about this. What kind of products flipkart provides to the customers. I feel this is one kind of cheating flipkart has been doing with old products having some fake product delivery vendors to trouble, fool the trusted customers. To where i should go for this, to whom should I speak, what kind of things i need to do, how many time i should reach out service center. This is completing annoying and not expected from such reputed company like flipkart. This is completely Flipkarts mistake because Flipkart has delivered me very old product whose IMEI number was already registered previously with Samsung service center. Now please do not ask me to visit Authorized service center again to get the job sheet. I am fully fed up, lost trust on you guys, Its your responsibility to delivery good/New products, If required you guys go ahead and get the job sheet from Samsung service center i am happy to provide the authorized service center details for your reference. I am expecting immediate resolution for my concerns and also i request Flipkart not to deliver fake products and trouble the customers. Now its your duty to take this issue ahead and work on the solution as priority otherwise i will be going to take legal steps. Take your old mobile and refund my money if you cant resolve this. Hope you understand my situation, i could not sleep properly because of this hassle situation which is frustrating me every day a lot. Its my hardcore money invested for product and time which i spent visiting Samsung authorized service center multiple times which you even can't pay for it. Shame on flipkart and expecting at least some solution quickly.

            I had a very bad experience with flipkart game zone. I used to play flipkart games regularly and used to win occasionally through snake smash.

            Suddenly one day while opening game zone i got an error message stating "we encourage fair play with respect to our terms and conditions". I seriously was very disappointed. Upon contacting customer care they claim that it is sellers authority to remove customers based on some terms and conditions.

            The terms mentioned by them are very generic and state that seller has sole responsibility over disqualifying a persons account from game zone. I feel the seller has some internal bots to play these games and are just cheating and preventing people from winning.

            Me being a loyal customer and a flipkart plus member, am very disappointed as i am not getting any proper resolution from flipkart end as their customer service teams blindly says that they dont have authority over the same and cannot help.

            Kindly help regarding the same.

And i am also paid rs5084 & 100/- rupees of delivery charges but your non technical and non specialized delivery boy tell me your sumsung j7 mobile back cover is lose so i tell you know about sumsung mobile have a battery slop and sim card slot so please tell how i insert the sim and battery without open back cover your delivery boy take rs.1350/- as a fraud money charged me i challenge all mobile company they will point out any default of my sumsung galaxy j7 2016 edition. So kindly resolved my problem and otherwise i will be legal action against your company and also registered in consumer court. If your not resolve my proper solution.

                I was banned from flipkart yesterday without any reason.

                I was playing games in gamezone since october but flipkart had no issues with that. Suddenly out of nowhere they banned me yesterday without any reason.
                Even customer care number is helpless, they reply you “you didn't play fairly that's why you're banned”. I asked for the reason but they got none.
                They just mean to ban someone for playing good.

                Even senior executive is helpless, he replies the same. Not a single of the customer care executives have told me a reason for banning me.

                They have no reason to ban me at all. I was winning prizes occasionally since october. Atleast they tell me a valid reason, was i cheating somehow.
                If winning something is cheating then why have you made a gamezone. Someone will eventually win that game of yours.

                Atleast tell me how to remove my ban or something reasonable about the ban.
                I loved to play games on flipkart, you just banned my email and even my phone.

                I found this in someone's complaint and realised this is what happened with me.

                There is an issue with the algorithm used to identify unfair play and anybody's account can get locked if the below procedure is followed:
                1) select win a chance to play by referring the game to your contacts in "guess what" game.
                2) the above option will take you to whatsapp contacts to select the contact for game referral
                3) if you press go back button without referring the game to your contacts, your account will be blocked

                Flipkart please help me to resolve this issue.

                  I was playing "guess what" game on flipkart and on the first chance i lose and for second chance i shared gamzone link on whatsapp but when i returned for playing since then it is showing a message that

                  "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions"

                  I tried rebooting phone, re-installing app but it is not working out.

                  I also contacted the customer support even they don't know what's wrong

                  On 7th August, 2019 I have purchased a trimmer price of 1329 Rs. After that I have returned the product and they send me a message that my money is credited to my bank on 10th August, 2019. Till now I am not getting any refund

                    flight ticket booking

                    I did a flight booking on flipkart travel with booking id: ff[protected]
                    My money got deducted and it shown a message booking confirmed with flipkart and pending with airlines.

                    To much surprise, i received a message in next 15 minutes saying the booking failed.

                    This is very unprofessional to do the booking, deduct the money and then send a message saying "sorry your booking is failed". What i am left...

Bt the geniune reason for return i have the seller you provide for product they send me defult product, missing item, scartech on jacket, and the one reason is size issue also...                         Hello sir/mam
                        I have been a flipkart customer since 4 years, always loved flipkart more than any other website. Ordered alot of product was a plus customer.
                        But these last 10 days have changed everything due to your poor service.
                        What happened is, i ordered 11 products in a single order, out of those 11 items, i had size issues with 8 of those items, so on 20th december i placed my first return request for those 8 items.
                        That return request got rejected for on 22 december. So hoping for a explanation i called flipkart customer service, the customer agent said that he will place the return request again from his side and assured me that it will be accepted.
                        The next day 23rd december, that return request again get rejected. So i got worried and called customer care again to ask why are my return requests getting rejected? They were unable to give me an answer and told me that they have noted down my concern and team will get back to you on 25th, nothing happened till 25th so i contacted again customer care, they said till 27th your issue will be resolved. Then 27th came and nothing happened. The same happened again and again.
                        Today on 29th december my flipkart account has been blocked by you guys saying i am placing too many return requests. So this is the solution?
                        You've hurted the four years of trust i gave you, i am left with products that don't fit me, my so old flipkart account is blocked.
                        Thank you flipkart, you taught me very valuable lessons, never to trust you.

                        Also i have pay later balance due, how can i pay that now that i can not even login into account.

                            I placed an order yesterday and using google pay i completed the payment criteria. But even after the debited sms, it wasn't showing any reflection on flipkart. It shows my order is not placed but i already paid the money. I want my money back or deliver the product, please.
                            I hope i get a refund if my order is not placed. Debited money is around 9500. It's a huge amount and i'm scared of not getting it back.
                            Please respond as soon as possible. Waiting with hopes!

                              Whenever i play game in flipkart gamezone it starts to show a error message that 'we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions'. I started to get this error message after assessing the game zone with different accounts from same phone. I thought the problem will be fixed in one or two days but till date it shows the same error message.
                              I need clarity on terms and conditions. They say background check. It's kind of felt defamed. This is not acceptable. They explain terms and let consumer explain. Clear the air and i will never ever play the games.

                                I have complained you regarding the same problem on Thursday. On Friday I played the snake game and also 'guess what' too..when i tried for 1more chance in 'guess what' it's again showing me the same error which i have complained you before..why this happens to eventhough i'mnot using multiple IDs?? What do u mean by 'we encourage fair play in line with our T&C' ? Does it mean that playing with a single ID is not fair??

                                Please unblock me..and please do not repeat this..if this happens again i just want to uninstall flipkart..

                                      And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

                                      For last few days my account had not been opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                                      Then i used forgot password button and then received code.

                                      I entered the code successfully.
                                      After that it was asking please set a new password.

                                      Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                                      That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.
