I ordered nokia mobile worth about rs.13499/ on 22.10.19 from flipkart. On 24.10.2019 i got product delivery message from flipkart, but didn't get product. I raised compliant in flipkart on 26.10.19, but no response from flipkart. Still i'm not get product. From flipkart costumer care they told we sending mail to you reply for that mail. But i didn't get any mail from flipkart. Couldn't update my email address in flipkart....

I purchased a laptop which was delivered on oct 28th and the first day itself i found the laptop has a factory design issue. The ports are available on the left side and at the right side there is no option to connect you mouse and also the performance is very poor. Flipkart customer care is not responding me with firm reply and assurance.

I want to lodge complain against both companies for non execution of assured service in time....

I have placed an order dated 26th october 19 for the carmate leatherite 7d mat for maruti suzuki swift dzire worth of cost 4501 inr. It was assured to me that the delivery date was 4th of november 19.

Hello respected sir/ madam,
We have ordered 2 aurelia kurta & 1 w brand kurta on 20th oct.
As per their schedule it supposed to reach us by 22nd oct.

After the long follow ups on 28th we came to know that item was delivered to some unknown person with the fake signature. We surprised how these people can deliver to unknown people without our knowledge... Even no calls from the team???

I ordered during dasara. At first, they said it will take longer to delivery as their are many orders. Later, one day after so 20+ days i received a msg that delivery failed and asked to call the delivery agent and provided a number. When i called that delivery agent denied having order under my name and area. Later, i received same order failed msgs without any calls from them. So, i requested pickup from office near my area. My flipkart account has been blocked 20 days back from then i'm contacting their customer service but they haven't unblocked my account. They said the reason that you made many returns so we blocked your account. They've to warn me before blocking then i'll be aware of it but they had blocked my account without any intimation
I'm a loyal flipkart plus member and using the same account from past 3 years
So please do the justice...

Return zebronics spekaer around 25-oct but flipkart didnt accept return and blocked my account, saying unusual high number of retuns.

Total number of item recieved from aug -83 out of which return 13.

Out of 13 item returned 10 item was parker vector pen whose body color should be blue but recieved different color and design as shown in pic and every time seller send the wrong.

How it is unusual...

1. I have ordered one television set from flipkart against order id no.[protected] on dt.[protected]
2. I got damaged television set on dt. 06-10-19 when i placed return request they have accepted as replacement of television.
3. Till date on 02-11-19 i didn't get replacement.
4. Because of diwali festival & i need new television set as early as possible i bought new television set.

I am unable to login into my account whenever i try to login a message appears your email id has been blocked please contact customer care. They has not even delivered my parcel and for one i was asking for return which was not in good quality there is a stain on heels but seller refuse by saying the quality was intact on the time of packaging but it is not instead of solving my issues they blocked my account they dont have management skill.....

I ordered 72 register but 67 were delivered. I raised concerns and foolish people picked 67 register from my house and delivered 18. It's almost 15 days and i have been harassed by flipkart. Now understand that 54 piece has not been delivered. Everytime i talk to them i have to explain the issue and these fools don't have any idea what to do.

Everytime i try to order something on flipkart, it shows that the item is "currently out of stock for my location". I checked few of the items and it shows the same error whenever i was trying to place order for those items. It happened every time. It's really very frustrating!

It's preventing me from using the app also.
Can this problem really be solved? Otherwise i have to uninstall the app....

Ordered fan on it nd october, 10 days delayed for delivered, after that also wrong product received, asked for replacement, then accepted to replace after 16 days means on 1 nov 2019, today is nov 1st, still product not delivered, called customer care so many times and they are giving worst responses, i lost my money and product also.
