    Today I have received Tablet from Flipkart without Stylus. I bought this tablet because of Flipkart offered tablet with stylus pen. But I shocked when I opened box and found tablet without stylus.
    Such type of cheating I can not tolerate. Your team has committed me to provide solution by 05 October, 2019.
    If you would not provide solution then I need refund 100% + Harrasment charges.

      I was playing games on flipkart since last 10 days, everything was great. But since i have one plus 6t phone with good performance, my friend used my phone to play and earn better rewards. Due to voilation of tnc of flipkart my id and my friend's id were blocked from playing games. Since all the id's are original and verified, and used for placing orders. So only because o[censored]sing same phone, banning is not right thing.
      So i request to kindly unbann me and my friends from gamezone.

        Hi,

        I am writing to inform you of a delay with my Order id - OD[protected] . I placed the order on 30 September 2019 and was assured that I would receive the order on 1st October 2019 .
        Due to some delivery issues from E-KART logistics i didn't get my order on the given date and I was informed by delivery person that they will deliver on 2nd October.
        So far i haven't received my order. For last 2 days i have been calling Flipkart customer care, but not getting any good response. Earlier they informed me that i will get my order on 5th October and now it has changed to 7th October . This is very disappointing.
        In addition I am not able to track my order on Flipkart site . It still shows, product will be deliver on 1st October 2019 . Attach is the screenshot . Please update tracking details .
        I am also very disappointed by the services of E-KART logistics. They are just delaying my order for no reason .
        Its a request to deliver the product as soon as possible or send me the addres of E-KART logistics Gurgaon . I will collect it from there .

I have ordered MI TV and Kent water purifier from your site, on 2nd Oct 2019. money got deducted from my credit card and I got the acknowledgment confirmation. by next day products got canceled automatically the reason was "Payment is not received from the bank".

          Could you please help with this, again I'm unable to opt the same offer with the products with same card.

                exchange option to my old laptop

                I have ordered an laptop from flipkart on Sept 30. using a exchange option where i was about to exchange my old working laptop (Dell Laptop which i bought 5 years before from US). flipkart asked for serial number of the old laptop on checkout page. where they gave the steps to get serial number (attached screenshot ) as get serial number from the invoice "or" from back of laptop "or" from typing a command in command prompt.

                    I have purchased a real mi xt phone on 30th october 19, which is last product for me and it’s my bad experience till now. Because this product is defective 1st thing betteries discharge within 2 hours and 2nd thing heating issue. I have made call many times for return but not any resolution in our side and visit the technician and wrong update and resolve the matter there after replacement policy extended.
                    So this is not my fault and finally in your side suggest to visit near service center but unable to go service because it far from that location aprox 70 km and they are living rural area.
                    Please return the product. I have mantioned complaint no. Above.

                        Hi team, i have ordered one product on 29th september 2019 from flipkart for my father order id - od[protected] but unfortunately while adding new address by mistakenly i have mentioned wrong contact numbers, on 30th sep 2019 i got a message on my app stating that my product is out for delivery but after so many attempts to contact courier person to update him about the correct contact number but no response i received from his end (Courier person did not answered my phone whole day) and when i contacted customer care and asked aluva area e-kart logistics contact number, mr. Nithin who claimed himself as supervisor in a threatening way said that they do not have the contact numbers of logistics and he said that their courier person tried to delivered the product but could not delivered due to incomplete address but in actual address in completely correct, i believe all senior staff like hod or zonal heads are sleeping or they are completely irresponsible towards their work that is the reason after so many complaints and follow up nothing has happened, flipkart services are becoming worse day by day and being a regular customer i am very disappointed with this incident, i have paid the amount for my product and now since 03 days i am chasing for the product.

                            On 30 th september i ordered tommy hilfiger men shirt and i got that order on 2nd october. When i opened that packet and found completely duplicate copy of tommy shirt. The quality of shirt is very low grade. I am regular customer of flipkart from 4 -5 years i have only faith on flipkart. Now my faith has been broken. I will never use flipkart in future. I am going to return the product and need my money back.

                              I ordered for groceries on flipkart and the bill amount was shown as ₹ 907 i paid the same through my debit card.                                   To avail big billlion day offer, i ve order 2 phones. But they were cancelled by seller with out any prior notification. And i did not get refund as of now and it's been 3 days. They told that it will take atleast a week to get my refund but by the time i get refund the offer will be gone. This is the worst online issue that i encountered and please resolve the issue as soon as you can.

I followed customer care multiple times, wrote them email and on social media, but it did not get delivered and no update has been shared. Finally i cancelled my product on 29 and placed a new order. Now my account is blocked, no update on new order and no money refunded on previous order. Its total fraud. They cheated me for 36 thousand and blocked my account.

If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department cell.

                                    I have not recieved the refund of my last two cancellations. I have cancelled first product on. 29th sep. They have refunded 599 rs from 18000 rs. What a cheat flipkart.

                                    I did not get ref6 for my any cancellations above two and my flipkart account has been blocked. Please dont buy from flipkart. They are cheating ccystomers wit sale. They have cheated me for 36 thousand and not refunding my money. Plaese buy from Amazon. I will take legal action against them.
