    I ordered
    Vu Pixelight 108cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart TV from flipkart on 20 june, order id: OD[protected], , product got delivered on 22 june, after watching for a while i find out there is issue with videos in 1080p they are not clear its looking like i am watching 720p videos, and also some 4k videos buffering alot even i got 50 mbps connection with 4ms ping, product is hanging alot, product was on 10 days replacement so i issued replacement, technician visited on 25 june and he said they will change software of tv and will come on 27 june, on 27th june in late evening technician came and i showed him all the issues, technician got agreed with all issues they asked their tech support about issues and even after showing all proofs that tech support person rejected my replacement. Worst experience i ever had in ecommerce really disjointed with such behavior of flipkart personal now i dont want replacement i just want my money back from them

    i talked with customer care about it they issued replacement request again and said they will keep an eye on every step. technician came on 29th june again he agreed on all three issues i mentioned like previously
    1. 1080p videos not clear
    2. internet disconnects automatically
    3. before 4k videos used to hang even with 50 - 70 mbps connection and now even 1080p videos started to hang in front of him while checking
    there are other issues too like tv freezes sometimes but he dint agree upon that as he it dint happen in front of him.
    He talked with his senior about issues and again same thing happened he rejected my replacement request saying that there is no issue with pen drive videos so tv is fine and he said he dont care if any issue comes in any other apps like youtube etc. and rejected again my replacement, Now my trust on flipkart completely gone, Better to not trust on flipkart when you buy expensive products they dont care about you after you buy your product i have only one option left now to go to consumer forum

      I have bought a running shoes from flipkart of the brand asics, which is used for long distance running for amount 4400/-.
      When i started running with this i was having knee issues and i sent a mail to asics so they asked me to bring it to the showroom. When i took it there i was shocked to see that the product is a replica and now i have knee issues due to this fraud behaviour from flipkart.
      I need a new original product or i need a refund

        Today I got call from flipkart, they are asking me to cancel my order and re order as they couldn't deliver the order. But I have ordered it in sale for 15499 and now its price is 16999. And as I asked 'Now who is going to pay for the extra charge and my waiting time?', they just say sorry and repeat the same that they couldn't deliver the product and asks me to cancel my order.

          The item had already arrived the nearest hub. It was supposed to be delivered on 24th June . I was trying to contact the delivery partner in the number given by flipkart because they never contacted us. But that number was switched off(always).

              Sir, i have placed an order on 16.5.2019 vide no. Id od[protected] for a product viz hari enterprises 144 tc cotton double printed bed sheet for rs.254/-. The product was delivered to me on 24.5.2019. But on the day of first washing itself with ordinary cold water without using any detergent, the colour became faded. Apart from that, the cloth developed some holes here and there and gets brittle due to poor quality of the material or otherwise due to very old stock. Though i have purchased made products from you, i never experienced such a bitter problem.in this context i humbly request you to exchange the product with a good one at your earliest convenience as the product gets damages well before one month. Thanking you. Please protect the very good name of the flip care by making the replacement of the product within the least possible delay.

              Sir, Please don't supply these types of poor quality materials so as to protect the very good name of your co; In future I won't place any order from you since this is the first experience from your end .This tentamounts cheating a poor customer.
              Till yesterday everything was working, but today morning I got logged out and it's not accepting my user credentials.

              Call customer care and they are helpless.
              Now whats should I do?

              I have to pay "pay later" bill.

              Please help me on urgent basis.

                I ordered a macbook air on 17 june. The delivery date was 22 june then it changed to 27 june and now it’s 2 july. But i’m still not sure the product will get deliver by 2 july. The customer care is not working properly. I faced huge losses due to this. And i’m very disappointed by the flipkart service. I want them to take very quick action on the problem and i offered them extra money for the fast delivery but they can’t do anything. I need solution of this problem asap.

                  I really need the bajaj finserv option available on flipkart for asus 6z i wanted to order it as soon as possible. There is no bajaj finserv option available for it. Please resolve the issue regarding this. Truenet commerce is the only seller for asus 6z on flipkart and its only flipkart exclusive. Offline sellers dosent sell asus mobiles anymore. Please make it happen i really need bajaj finserv option available on asus 6z today. Its a request.

                      Already i contact with flipkart care about can not access game zone. They said i used different account in same ip, so they blocked game zone. After 2 or 3 days it will be work again. But till dated it does not work. Also i have a question, in same ip i can't access different accounts for game zone but how they accept orders through same ip used by different accounts?

                      SMS sent by flipkart online shopping that i have won price which was Mahendra car 14, 60000 they told me to deposit 6.5K for registration i paid that fees then they ask for 29K it also paid i denied the price amount they have charge me 9K for the refund the to i didn't got my overall refund amount(6500+29200+9000=44700)kindly help me for the case.

                          I have ordered 15.6 inch expandable bag of hp company with tracking id fmpc[protected] from flipkart.com
                          They have ensured the delivery at location of the provided address (Kanjirappally, pin code 686507). But now they informed me via email and sms that i have to collect it from arunapuram, pala which is almost 30+ kilometers away from provided address so that i have to travel this distance to collect my ordered item. While providing the address they haven't said the delivery to this address is not possible. Because of this i have to spend more money as transportation charge to avail this product. Please take necessary action and do the needful

                            On[protected] i ordered a mobile phone via order number od[protected]Vivo v15 pro mobile exchanging with my old moto g4 plus mobile). It was scheduled to be delivered on next day. But on the day of delivery due to language miscommunication the delivery person has reject the delivery saying that the exchanging product was not physically good. On the same i just checked with customer care regarding rejection and asked to send mail containing photos of exchanging mobile. On 20/06/2019 the gave a clearance that my mobile was good as per there guidelines and the wishmaster will attempt delivery with in 4 business days.
                            On 21/06/2019 in the morning i got a mail for flipkart customer care that the order was cancelled by seller. I checked the same with customer care and they are replying that i was due to miscommunication between flipkart and seller and asking for excuses. I tried to communicate many time with the customer support for escalating the issue, every time i got the same scripted reply saying "we are sorry for inconvenience caused...... We will improve our service based on your feedback".in addition to this they are asking me to wait till next sale.
                            Their negligence towards customer is intolerable and i just need my mobile
                            For the price when i bought it on 18/06/2019.

I used mobile handset its battery backup very less as comparison to same other handset. I contact to flipkart for this but they did not respond to me.                                   Refer to my complaint dated 15/06/2019 regarding wrong delivery of product ordered vide order no od[protected] dated[protected] in which it was requested to deliver to correct product that i have ordered and same was accepted and replacement was placed to deliver the correct product and picked the product as wrongly delivered.
                                  But the same request as placed by your self was yet not honored by your channel partner/vender who have to deliver the correct product that i have ordered and again sent the wrong product i. E. Two single pc's of eura micra brief which i have not accepted as replacement on dated 20/06/2018 due to wrong product because i have ordered the pack of 4 euro micra brief vide od[protected] dated[protected].
                                  Kindly look into the matter and issue instructions to vender to sent the correct product that i have ordered od[protected] dated[protected] on rs. 268/-.

                                      I made a payment for Flipkart shopping through Google pay but order not placed
                                      But i check my bank account the money was debited from my account
                                      I have proof for it
                                      I lost ₹2800. There is no good reaspons from flipkart i complaint for my query but they not resolved it
                                      Please accept my request and take action on it

                                        I had ordered Redmi note 7 pro today, and it got cancelled without any notice to me so i requested a call. Associate said me some reason, Senior executive said me that since i have ordered many phones in past and on my past purchase history, re-seller cancelled my phone. Is my data not safe with Flipkart? Manager Yogesh gave me 3rd reason for the cancellation and he was able to hear me but he kept my call without resolving my query. I also requested a call back but i haven't received any call back yet.

                                        I have ordered the product for more than 3 times.I don't have any other work to order again and again? Tell me the reason why it was cancelled and after cancellation i was not given any confirmation about the same. This is how you treat your customers? I hope going legal will make Walmart happy and Flipkart as well.
