I ordered ac. They send me some part of ac that is inverter one and some is non - inverter one. That's why ac is not working. Now no one is responding. They r not rpying me. They r not ready to exchange or return. Worst service of flipkart. I spend 28k money. Now my money has wasted.
They r not even bother. Fake company. Worst service. Untrained customercare executive.
I want return or exchange the product. I[censored] can't then return my money. Almost 20 days has passed. Still no rpy. On male they said will give some resolution. N on call they simply dined.
If you people send wrong product. Then why are u not returning.
This is simple cheat with customer. After taking money to us u r not bother about product. U r simply saying talk to seller. We purchased from flip kart not from seller. It's your responsibility to solve my issue. If this is the case then i can directly purchase from seller why i purchased from flipkart. Now customer is facing issue due to your mistake. Then why r u not solving my issue.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and informed that as the customer has got the installation done by third party vendor, the seller return policy is void and the seller shall not be able to accommodate customer request for return of the product. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

    I have ordered a mi band 3 on 04/05/2019 and it delivered on 7th may to me but when i opened the parcel, it was really shocking and unexpected from flipkart to me. The box was completely empty. There is no mi band in the box. I have requested for replacement but there is no response from the side of flipkart till now.

      I have ordered a product real me 2 pro and mobile was not inside the box so at that time when my product was delivered on 16 of aprail i had raised a return req than on 17 aprail i have got an email that they are lodging a fir and wanted my consent so i have given consent but after than i am contuniously reverting on their mail and also talked with managers of flipkart customer care but my issue is not resloved till now flipkart also gives buyer protection policy as per their site but when i am sending mail on mentioned email than they guys are also not replying now what should i do the order id is od[protected] and i have raised the complaint multiple times they guys says that team will cntct you but till now no one has cntct they are just sending a mail that courrier has cnfrmed delivery and when i have cntcted with w/m he said sir we dont check the product
      And i have also frwrded mail to greivience. [protected]@flipkart.com but they are also not reverting pls help me

      I have placed 200 orders on flipkart but never faced this type of trouble but in this flipkart has # up me... After than i have placed a order for real me 2 pro... But till now i have not recieved my refund

      Last day i have cntcted with one executive and i requested her to not close my complaint but at 10.30 i have got a mail that we have resloved your issue and seller cant give your money and product

        I lost interested in flipkart, as they have rejected my order twice.in exchange, customer will exchange used mobiles and not showroom pieces. Even the phone is in mint condition and working perfectly, still they reject showing unseen reasons, and advise us to speak to call centre. Though every thing is in perfect condition, wish masters are trained in such a way, they will reject our mobiles, even the old mobile is in sealed condition..., pathetic way the flipkart treats, especially in old exchange,

            As i above mentioned order id is a replacement for the previous product which was defective in a battery condition so i choose for the replacement of the same product on 4th may and i have checked the box on 6th may 11.30am the product was missing and the box looks empty so i need refund of the product on immediately basis and also i have attached the snapshot of the box.

              I ordered woodland khaki color shoe size:7, but i got broken flipkart courier box and yellow color shoe and size:9 them it's damaged piece. Suddenly i requested to refund or replace my shoes, next day morning that request was rejected, i'm shocked then again i approached refund my money to flipkart. They asked seller and courier partners can't fulfill.. I ordered flipkart then why they told seller and courier partner issues.                       I have ordered infinix smart 3 plus order id[protected] why it cancelled give reason and replace my order. I got confirmation call also my order it was confirmed. I placed order from purnea bihar. Every process completed. When delivery time comes then it was cancelled by seller. It is not good behavior. You should not my order any way if any problem comes it is your responsibility to maintain and provide good service to customer and please don't excuse. Be responsible

                          Today flipkart shocked me when i got replay from them by email after 7 days that " We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account"
                          WHERE IS MY MONEY ? IF YOU CANCELLED MY ORDER ???????? TILL TODAY 13 MAY 2019 AT 18 20 PM I AM WRITING THIS COMPLAINT HERE I DIDN'T GOT ANY MONEY BACK TO MY ACCOUNT, YOU WERE USING MONEY 15441.00 RUPEES OF MONEY

                          3, what about my bills and guaranty and warranty of my purchased items from flipkart which are still running ?

                          4.you have right to block to order if client is not as per your rules, but no one had given right to block any one account in which they have bills and payment details to update in yearly account

                          i am going to complaint about all these issues in consumer court if my matter not solved out in next 7 days, last and final complaint then see in consumer court forum

                                  On 5th may i ordered a canon digital camera worth rs 70999 and later on due to some reasons i canceled it but haven't received any refund amout yet.. I was told that amount will be refunded by 7th may but no refund has been recieved.. They always do it.. Flipkart has been belo wpar when refunding amout back to the customer. Please help me in getting my amout back.. I have urgent need of it.

                                    I orderd a item, which was an offer that if you buy any item from 1st may to 3rd may 11:59pm on flipkart, you will get 10% instant discount paying by axis bank debit or credit card and order must be above 2999. And i purchsed around 3100 something but i didnot recived any csshback till today. I have screenshot of those cashbak offers. Plz help me..

                                      Why such mistakes done by such recognised company. I felt very upset today by seeing the product. I never thought such things happen in your good service company. I was plainning for my further shopping with your company. Saying goes first impression is also the last impression.
