I can't login into my account. Everytime i try it says "login unsuccessful please try in a minute". I can't even change my password everytime i try it says unable to change your password please retry and if i try too many times it says maximum login attempts reached please retry after 24 hours.       Hi officer,

      This is to share the bad practice and no action case from flipkart resulting in my frustration and inconvenience.

      I had ordered a mistashi washing machine which was delivered to me with a manufacturing defect. These kind of defective product are sold at lower price in unauthorized market and the seller is using these product to sell on amazon.

      I requested for a action against the vendor and my product to be returned. But to my surprise no action was taken and i was delivered another defective product.

      Further twice my return request has been rejected without any technician visit and no communication was made to me. I am totally disappointed and frustrated. Expect a return and appropriate action from your side.

        Dear flipkart
        I lost costly six dress whose amount around rs 5000 /-and above but you return the price of dress of rs 150/-send you. So i want to return you to your scarf from me. I never use your cloth still. But i am so sad due to lost my costly six dresses which is never fulfill by you.
        Note and remember one thing, i and my sorrounding never buy any item from flipkart. Because i heartily shucked from flipkart for duplicate products and it is not a single time. It will spread rapidly soonly.

          We had conversation with customer on [protected] for refund complain and informed that refund has been completed by seller of Rs.13999.00/- on[protected]. If customer has not received refund amount, he can check with bank and raise dispute for the refund amount.

              I ordered midea ac 1.5 ton inverter on 10 april 2019, delivered on 15 april 2019 and installed on 16 april 2019.
              And made full payment through net banking and received damaged product. After installation the technician told us that low pressure when he checked there was a leak in indoor unit cooling coil. I registered a complaint on flipkart but they are not turning up and sloving my issue. I asked for replacement and they said they will send a technician but no one has come yet to check it. Still i have that damaged ac. Even after repeatedly complaining in flipkart customer care they haven't solved my issue.
              I have spent 34000 rs on that ac and received damaged ac. It is really painfull when our hard earned money is taken by you cheaters.
              Tgis proves that flipkart is a big fraud. Sells damaged product.
              They are not at all solving customers problems.
              I request you ppl to reslove my complaint.

                I have a purchased a product (Tv entertainment unit) from flipkart. The product was received on 11april and expected to be installed by 12 april from 12 of april i am taking follow up from flipkart executive daily they extending timeline for installation still i got a promise to resolve issue with in 24 hrs. I prefer flipkart over a amazon as it's indian company but right now i am regreting on my decision to buy tv from flipkart over amazon

                  I ordered one oppo a3s phone, the promised delivery date was 16th april 2019, the product reached at motherhub snk kolkata on 15th april, but still the product not yet receive. They email me and told me the expected delivery date is 20th april, but today they again flipkart send a mail and said that now the expected delivery date is 23rd april. I called the customer care for regarding the contact details of ekart logistics for self pickup. They can't give me the contact details. Now my question is why they delayed the delivery. Why there is no information about ekart logistics. Why the flipkart is unable to delivery the product in right time.

                    J. [protected]@gmail.com i have claimed free flight ticket jet airways voucher against my 50 flipkart plus coin which i have earned after spending so much amount on shopping. I have been trying to use that free flight ticket voucher for last 3 months but i am unable to get economy class 5 seat as they have mentioned and can not use that coupon. Now when i have contacted flipkart customer care they are saying that you are late as your voucher expiry date is 5-5-2019 and booking should be done before 5-4-2019 for traveling after 5-5-2019 and if you had contacted before 5-4-2019 then we might have helped you but as you are contacting very late we can not refund you your 50 coins which according to me cost rs. 1000.00 at least.
                    I just want my fifty plus coins back worth rs. 1000.00. Cause expiry date. Of voucher is 5-5-2019 and i am contacting before that. I couldn't book flight ticket because it was not available.

                        I had made payment for redmi note 7 pro mobile using sbi internet banking for transaction of rs. 13999.0 to flipkart payments on 17-apr-19 at 12:01, but order was not succesful and amount was debited from my bank account.
                        I had sent mail on 17th april regarding the debited amount but unsuccessful order. The automated generated mail said they will reply in 24 hrs, i mailed again on 18th april but its almost 48 hrs and still no one from flipkart has responded.

                            I ordered to flipkart for 1 projector 1 hp printer and 1 tripod. After 2-3 day it was delivered to me but when i unboxed projector it was different in one box i got nestle biscuit material and in another box, i got 2 desktop ram dd3 then i thought it can be miss shipment that why i raise a replacement request. At that time it has been confirmed. But when i was trying to raise a replacement request for the tripod because it was not more flexible. But the second day my both the replacement request canceled by the seller and after that, i couldn't raise a return request then after one-hour flipkart has blocked my account by which i couldn't raise replacement request.
                            So it was all fraud with me from the seller or flipkart also.
                            So right now i'm in trouble, i didn't want to do shopping on flipkart anymore.
                            I just want to return my ordered and want my amount back because no buddy is providing me a proper solution. So just return my product and initiate my refund asap by which i could purchase it from another marketplace.

                            Resolution: return my miss shipment product or refund my amount or unlocked my account.

                              Actually i placed an oreder in flipkart through cod.. Then i paid money through swiping machine... The 1st tym the transaction git failed but the money has been debited from my account... And one more tym i made transaction this time transaction is sucess... But the problem is money has been cut for both the transactions.. So i need my money to be credited its 403rs...

                                  My amount got deducted from my account. But my product still not confirmed.
                                  It is more then 24 hours now.. They told to wait upto 23rd april.
                                  Y i should wait i want my to be refunded or else process my request.
                                  I was using flipkart earlier also but this problem i faced is horrible... If it is not solved by tomorrow i will never put order in flipkart.

I've ordered a phone which is redmi note 7 came to be not working properly with the SD card so ordered a replacement and the issue was same with the product so I'd to return it for which I got the refund back.recently I've ordered a product known as tagg inferno 2.0 containing scratches over the ear hook when I tried to return it my account access was blocked by the company for returning multiple products...this company is not able to provide adequate quality product but instead improving there work flow they just blocked my account so I cannot return the product and when I called the customer executive of Flipkart they asked me to Check the mail in which I've got that the access to my account is blocked for returning high no. Of products and when I called the customer care again they asked to me reply back to it for which I'm getting the same reply since 4 days.They are just mentally harrassing me and after the return policy of the recent product will end they will definitely say that we cannot return this product as the return window is closed.No one is helping me I tweeted 2 days back about this tragedy and Flipkart executive called after 1 hour of that tweet to ask about the issue and promised me to provide feedback within 2 days and still there is no call back. I'm still waiting for the resolution.i tried reaching the customer executive of Flipkart they are still saying reply back to the mail and here's what I'm getting since 4 days(sharing the screenshot).
                                        On 3rd April I ordered a redmi note 7 the other color Variant thinking that the isse must be solved with this but I was in fear that what if it isn't solved so decided to cancel it before delivery and on 6th April the confirmation for order cancellation was confirmed but the payment which I made through my debit card is not refunded yet and it was written that it will reach to me by 16 th april but today is 18th and I haven't got the return...I called Flipkart customer service but they can't see details to my account as the account is blocked and so they asked me again to reply to the mail I've got from Flipkart which is not providing any further assistance.
                                        I'm unable to upload the screenshot due to some error.i can mail them...but to where should I mail??

                                        Uploading the screenshot for which they(Flipkart customer executive)said to me resolution will be provided and so here's how they solve they still keep on sending the same mail and not providing the resolution.
