We had conversation with customer on [protected] and informed him that payment of Rs.498.00/- was successfully received at Phonepe with transaction id : P1904021137034484176265, but the same has been failed at seller end with transaction id TX[protected].

Request customer to check with Phonepe for refund of Rs.498.00/- and the same has not been received to seller.

We are closing the complain from our end.
The case is not complete as from phonepe's end the payment is successful, I already checked with their customer care. There is an error from the Flipkart's payment gateway. I request Flipkart to acknowledge their error and Provide a solution as soon as possible.

    This is joy kachhap from ranchi, by last two times flipkart sending me a wrong product, last time i returned it hand to hand, but today delivery boy not accepted it, when i told him i have already returned it hand to hand but he said u r lying, then he made a phone call to his team leader (Abhishek kumar), he misbehaved with me he told me do whatever want to do, m not returning, i thrown ur wrong product, my payment is done, and m making you sure from today m not going to buy anything from flipkart, it was very disappointing, u can see my all purchases and my transaction history, i can't deal with this kind of personals, they are for ur ranchi harmu branch, also they are not having their id cards
    For this team leader - abhishek kumar and delivery boy-santosh kumar is responsible.

      On 11th march 2019 i tried to buy few products on flipkart worth rs 2046/- through sbi net banking. The amount was debited but order was not placed. So i contacted flipkart customer care but they said they didn't get any money & asked to contact bank but i got the bank statement that the money was debited on the same day. So i have now put a complaint against flipkart on consumer helpline.

        sharing of my order details to third party who calls for some scam offers and money

        Hi team,

        Shocked to see my phone number, order details, address are shared with some 3rd marketing agency who has sent a message and calling me daily (Attached).

        Suddenly receiving calls daily from the attached two number and claims they are from flipkart and saying i have won the car based on my order which i purchased recently. They are asking for money to register and win a car. They are confirming my details...

        I have ordered corel queen bed from flipkart.. It is too short like sitting on the floor.. I had placed return option for exchange of the product... But it showing only replacement of same product.. I called customer care executive.. They are not responding properly... N telling like they can't do anything.. None of their business... We spend dat much money on that... Without any satisfaction.. And product is also not good.. Very disappointed by the flipkart 😟.

          Am trying to make a purchase using a debit card. This is a card i have used with flipkart many times before and am using with other vendors (Eg amazon) regularly. I received the message "transaction was declined on the basis of risk checks" (See attached screen print).
          Please advise how to clear this, so that i can make payments as before.
          I wish to make a purchase.

          I have subsequently received one standard response after another promising this issue will be resolved in 24 hours, 48 hours... It's now 3 weeks later!! Appalling response from customer care. No response from anyone with any sensible information. Just the same standard responses. Seems impossible to get to someone who can resolve the problem. Does flipkart want customers??

              I ordered a oppo k1 mobile and made the payment through my debit card. After an hour i cancelled it got the confirmation of refund till 28 march.. But its 2 march i havent got my refund. The customer care executive asked to co-ordinate with the bank. But the bank also refused that the payment have not yet recieved and there is no problem from the bank. Please help me in getting ky refund back.

We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed that refund has been completed on[protected]. However, if the amount is not reflecting in customer account, requested customer to contact the bank and raise a charge back for the same. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
              I have contacted the bank and they are saying the refund amount is not recieved by the bank. Now what should i do?? The bank manager is asking to ask from which bank the refund was generated and to which a/c it is being send. If the refund is credited to my a/c they have been informed me . Pls help me

                I am not able to login to my flipkart account.They have blocked my account.
                When I am entering my password it is showing that please try after a few minutes. When try after few minutes it is showing the same. I want this problem get resolved.
                I get late fee on my pay later dues.I am not able to pay the dues.
                I am not able to login, there is no other procedure to pay the dues.
                I am getting threatened for legal notice.
                I have contacted customer care people.
                No one is helping me.
                Social media people also can't resolve the issue.

                  I used 'Pay Later' as mode of payment on Mar 23. The amount was 1299. While clearing the pay later dues, I made a payment of 1299 to Flipkart through SBI Internet Banking. The payment got confirmed, I got the reference number of the transaction as well. However the amount didn't reflect in my flipkart account. I contacted the customer care and they told me to wait for 2 days to get the resolution. Later on they told me to contact the bank since the payment was being shown to them as pending. I contacted my bank and lodged a complaint. They told me that the merchant has received the money already and I should contact them.
                  Again contacted customer care but this time they told that the payment will automatically be reflected in my account on 1st April. Nothing happened. I again complained and got to know that my complaint has been escalated to the concerned team. Then again I got the call from them and told me to contact the bank.
                  I have no idea what to do now. Flipkart is just playing the blame game. They are only telling me that the payment is pending.

                    I have been receiving SMS OTP from Flipkart for login, though I was not trying to log in. Then I have received SMS from my bank with an OTP. Someone was using my Flipkart account and using the saved card.
                    I opened my Flipkart account and found two unauthorized address in my address book.
                    Please do the needful to save my account and help me from those perpetrators.

                        Hp v-285w x 64 gb pen drive was ordered on 16.03.19, quantity ordered 02 nos. Order i: od[protected], invoice no.: facmk[protected]. Seller's name: mvd infotech, f-91, c26/1, vaibhav market, new delhi-110040.
                        The product was delivered in a standard seal pack of flipkart. When packet was opened, only one (01) quantity of 64 gb pen drive was found along with invoice and docket in stead of 02 nos. Ordered and paid. Full amount of rs. 1590.00 as in the invoice was handed over to the courier agency. Now, when the pen drive was checked, it is found to be defective.

                        Kindly collect your product and refund my money immediately.

                                I bought a samsung s8 for rs 30990 on the 26th march 2019 and since then i noticed the device's sensors is not working like the auto rotate, iris scanner, compass, proximity sensor, like most of the sensors! I place a return on flipkart as they provide return within 10days but before that a technicain visit must be done as per their rule! So they send me a technician to fix the issue! A technician from jeeves visited my place and saw the issue but couldn't fix it! He said he would report it! I was happy that it would get replaced but then i get a call from flipkart saying that the device has been fixed so return will get cancelled! I was shocked as he didn't fixed it and see that there is something wrong with the device itself. I told them that it has not been fixed! So they made another technician visit with the same person coming to my house and i said him that the device is not fixed and he should have reported the problems! He says he did report the issue to their authority! But flipkart says the technician has fixed the issue but i know it hasn't been fixed at all nomatter what he did! He factory reset! Cleared the cache memory! Safe mode literally everything but the device sensors did not function! So again the second technician visit was the same! He took some pictures and said he would report it! But flipkart rejected the return again giving me the same reason! And told me to visit the service center instead! So i did and there the samsung guy tried to update the software but to no avail and confirmed that it is the hardware problem! He denied service and told me to get it replaced through flipkart! I have been running here and there to get justice! I am carrying a defective device and is this how i am being treated by all these companies for rs30990??? I need your help!

                                  Once agian my flipkart account is blocked by flipkart without any reason this time i have not made any transaction and not even placed any order i have just added a mobile to my cart of flipkart after adding product into my cart after sometime my flipkart account is automaticaly logged out and when i am trying to login again it says try after sometime even i cant reset my password i have to made a payment of rs 2199/- of the 10th of this month if account is blocked how can i pay my dues if i am not able to pay my dues by the 10th of this month they will add late fine towards my dues so tell me what is my fault why i have to pay the late fine beacuse of flipkart this is second time when ny is blocked within 10 days so please help me...

                                    Im a flipkart affiliate. I have earned more than 20000 through flipkart affiliation. That commission was approved february. But they are donot transfer money to my bank account. My documents are verified. Im waiting for that commission since february. I have mailed them many times. but they do not respond.
                                    Anybody have the same problem.

                                    Anybody know when normally Flipkart Aflliate Team transfer commission?
                                    I im waiting for this money since february.

                                      I have ordered a T-shirt from flipkart on 25th March 2019 whose price was 385Rs. I recieved it on around 27th March. In first impression I have seen that it was somewhat different from the image which was shown on site. I made a return request by stating "Different product recieved" . But I was shocked when I have seen that they need 72hrs to clarify the request. I wore the shirt then and felt that it was small too plus it was made up of cheap quality material which is available on street on 50-100rs and also have seen that there is not that bigger difference between the product and the display image. I immediately called flipkart and cancelled the current return request and placed the request again by stating "small size recieved". This time also the case was same. I have seen that they need 72hrs to clarify the request! I was really shocked this time. I again called flipkart and cancelled the return request for the last time. And again placed the request by stating " No more wanted ". But still the issue remained same. This time I called to customer care and asked for the resolution for this problem. That guy asked me to wait till 27th of March. I patiently waited till 27th of March. But didn't recieved a single call or email from flipkart. The request was on that same condition. This time when I called and charged them for not approving my return the guy was clueless as he himself didn't know anything!! At 31st I cancelled the return request again and placed again. But till today the request remains in the same state. The T-shirt is under 30 days refund and replacement policy. Then why you guys are harassing me like this???? My registered number is [protected].
