      Hi this is Clema Pereira with my registered mobile no as×××××19434. I purchased a Micromax Rose Gold spark mobile phone in the amount of 4, 000/-.The order Id is 0D[protected]. This phone was delivered on Sunday 17th March. The phone was delivered without being tested. It takes 7-8 hours to charge and battery drains in 15 mins….Over the entire week I had two technical visits…both done by Farukh Shaikh from Jeeves the seller. First time he did not wait to see how my battery drains and sent a report issue resolved..my issue is still not resolved as I still cannot use the phone. The second visit he made me write the comments and I explained I did all trouble shooting steps but battery I’d still not working and draining to 3 percent. When I spoke to Farukh of how he could forward a false report he said call flipkart discuss your issue and take my team leaders number from them…I have been stressed over these two weeks. Finally the audacity of your customer service reps is now telling me to visit the service centre myself in Ghatkopar. If it is a new phone why should do customer visit the service centre??? To add to it I did visit the service centre but they did not even entertain me and asked me to contact flipkart back again. Is this the way you’ll treat your customers…who will pay my electricity bill for charging the phone….my conveyance to Ghatkopar….I demand total compensation for this and please issue me my refund as I will never shop with FLIPKART again. To add to it a third tech visit happened Akhtar is saying a low budget phone is like this only...its 4000 rs for crying out loud...third visit the battery is still at 3 percent...kindly read the customer comments attached ...

I ordered this as a gift for wedding happening on 5/apr. The seller is sending a replacement on 9 apr. I have called and sent numerous emails to flipkart saying i want refund of my money and not a replacement. They are saying their policy does not allow refund.

          I am an old customer of your flipkart. Actually, i had ordered, philips bt1212/15 cordless trimmer for men on 3rd april. But due to some unavoided circumstances, i cancelled my order within 5 min. But refund didn't happen till now. I have called your customer care service but they aren't helping anymore.             I placed an order in flipkart for redmi note 7 pro at 24th march 2019 in flash sale. The mobile delevered to me at 31 march 2019. When i unboxed my product it was very shocking for me coz inside the box i found a broken *lephone* mobile phone which worth may be less than 500₹. So i complaint for replacement of the product but i am telling very sadly that inspite of replacement they blocked my flipkart account. I contact with concern customer service and asked the cause of blocking my account they replied that from this account many products returned by me infact it was my first order. Then i request the customer service of flipkart many times within 8 days to unblock my account and they told me to wait 24 hour or 72 in this way 8days passed out. Finally 8.4.2019, they declared that my account will never be unblocked.
            So i request the flipkart consumer complainant authority to justify about this matter and assure me my product.

                My flipkart account was blocked almost a month back just after i tried to buy a pen drive from the seller, retailnet, who were cancelling my orders from their side and flipkart customer service officials were asking to me place the order again.. My email id is [protected]@ymail.com and my phone number is [protected]. I have always kept a clean order history with all the orders for either my personal use or for my family and friends. But flipkart, without any sort of proof or prior notice have blocked my account and they have not yet resolved it or properly responded to my emails. They are claiming that i am buying stuff as a reseller which in no way i am. I am a flipkart plus customer with a 60000 rupees cardless credit limit, which allowed me to purchase stuff for my family and friends on an emi basis and i haven't made a single late payment. So, this is my complaint regarding flipkart

                A representative called me up and i demanded detailed information regarding this block on my account and I told them that i dont need anymore pre written explanations. So someone from their tech team called me up today and told me that they couldn't find anythng wrong with my account and that they've unfreezed it...

                  I wrote a complaint against not able to claim buyback value. Firstly, they provided resolution very late and after using the resolution the delivery boy refused the phone saying it doesn't pass the test. But my phone is intact one can say as good as new. But he denied to exchange.
                  They are raising issue other way round.in a way, i didn't get a resolution.

                  No response given from them till now . I did everything they asked as their part of validating my smartphone but no response have been recieved from there end . They just send mail that they tried reaching me but couldn’t reach me but i didn’t got a single call from them or missed call or message that someone tried to call me .
                  I m facing this issue since 2 april 2019.

                    I have joined flipkart affiliate programme in 2013. As per their policy that referral fees only be transfer when the total due will be 5000/- or more for eft.

                    I have successfully completed generated the amount rs 6206 in the month of january. The payment should be transferred to my bank account in march 2019 (Completion of 60 days). But amount was not transferred in our account yet.

                    I mailed them several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

                    They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money. My affiliate id was kannan1raj.

                                I have orderd my product pocof1 by xiaomi (6gb, 128gb) on 27th march and on 29th march i received redmi note 7 (3gb, 32gb)
                                And on 29th i have reported this problem but your team again and again telling me to wait for 24hrs, 72hrs etc.
                                It was my first order from flipkart and i m having worst online shopping experience ever. Its been 12days i have placed the order and till now waiting for my product.

                                I ordered twilight saga book 1 from flipkart. When i got the book, it turned out to be a wrong one. I applied for refund for the same. They picked up the book. I got a message saying that the refund will be processed. Today i got a message saying that the refund was unsuccessful.

                                  Delivery executive named Mr. Khirod Hazarika from Bokakhat misbehaved by using slang word at time of delivery at Ekart office on a issue of delivery address details when i was there to receive a product bearing order id - OD[protected] from flipkart online store. Very poor service by Bokakhat E kart branch. They always refuse to deliver the order at home address, instead of that they asked to come to ekart office. Actual they need proper training on customer service professions.
                                  He dose n't even deserve one star. Very poor in delivery service.

                                    All was going well and it was even shipped...
                                    But it automatically got cancelled and i received a text message saying your cancellation request was approved...

                                    I checked to reorder it but by that time the price went much higher than it was earlier...

                                        (1) It is informed that I have ordered a waist coat on 13th March in 2019 in Flipkart.My order was delivered on 17th March. I have sent request for return and refund of that item due to size issues.( 2)Then this was returned on 18th March and Flipkart gave assurance to get refund on 26th March but my money is not refunded & said that my money already refunded but it is not credited on my account due to bank problems .(3)I contacted with bank and email also but that email was forwarded to Flipkart by bank & they said bank had no refund'sstatus . (4)Then I contact with filpkart customer care again and again they gives a time limit and then said same words regarding refund.Fellowing is my pictures is my evidence which is attached .
                                        Please kindly solve my matter as early as possible and I also requested to give compensation with my refund due to your fault and my harrassment .
