If any such transaction is done, request you to please provide details for the same.

    Hii this is pankaj, this specious subject is i am tried many times to book a mobile in sale from flipkart and my issue is after payment successful why my order is canceled and refunded me in 10 days this is wrong, i know in your side black marketing are happen for devices and i directly complaint this in consumer court and other places like prime minister app or it minister's official portal with prof.

      Hi this is clema pereira with my registered mobile no as×××××19434. I purchased a micromax rose gold spark mobile phone in the amount of 4, 000/-the order i’d is 0d[protected]. This phone was delivered on sunday 17th march. The phone was delivered without being tested. It takes 7-hours to charge and battery drains in 15 mins…. Over the entire week i had two technical visits…both done by farukh shaikh from jeeves the seller.
      First time he did not wait to see how my battery drains and sent a report s issue resolved.. My issue is still not resolved as i still cannot use the phone. The second visit he made me write the comments and i explained i did all trouble shooting steps but battery i’d still not working and draining to 3 percent. When i spoke to farukh of how he could forward a false report he said call flipkart discuss your issue and take my team leaders number from them…i have been stressed over these two weeks.

      Finally the audacity of your customer service reps is now telling me to visit the service centre myself in ghatkopar. If it is a new phone why should do customer visit the service centre??? To add to it i did visit the service centre but they did not even entertain me and asked me to contact flipkart back again. Is this the way you’ll treat your customers…who will pay my electricity bill for charging the phone…. My conveyance to ghatkopar…. I demand total compensation for this and please issue me my refund as i will never shop

      Any update on this issue as there is still no revert from flip kart…. Can you believe it tech visit to the house for the third time and my phone is still not working... Please get jeeves to refund my 4000 and take their phone back...

        Pick up was arranged 4th time yesterday. Pickup guy said imei number not retrieving from your mobile number. I showed him that imei which i got with mobile and it's also mentioned on the mobile box.

        But pick boy want on mobile. I said that stupid guy to retrieve the imei you must need to insert sim card in mobile. But he said i used to do this many times from another mobile. He didn't wait while i insert the sim & retrieve the imei number. He went away without picking up my product.

        You guys need to give training on customer service. Flipkart has a full bunch of # people who don't have the process and product knowledge just push bucket to next one. I am waiting for a refund from last month.

        I am fade up now. Please arrange to pick up on priority and refund my money.

          I have all the proof. I have not violted thei policies.. I ordered a phone and i recieved that product with defective data cable then i requested for return... Then i cancelled the return request also.. I thought "why would i return for just a data cable"
          Then they blocked my account.. I another product with me to be returned but they blocked my account... What can i do now... I have all the proof... Pls take immediate action.. I'm ready to provide everything whatever you will ask for.

                I got a call from Flipkart again they are repeating the same thing that because of incomplete address the order got cancelled. Please check this issue once again and let me know the final conclusion ASAP.

Both are Totally Different they are Cheating me. By Saying that Seal and Signature are my. There Logistics Team or Flipkart Prepared Duplicate Seal of my And shared me Seal and Signature. I have Sold my Hard Earn Money Goods to Flipkart, to do Business and Earn Money. But they are Cheating Small Sellers those who want to Earn and do Business. I Request Honorable Judge to See that there is Clearly Difference in Seal and Signature. and Ask them to make me the Payment for my Goods Valued Rs 9080/- Along With Penalty and Interest and Mental Harrasment, as i have to pay Interest to Bank from whom i have taken Loan. As a Small Trader where we can go and Fight.

                  They have send me the POD Details. Which i have Already Shared with you. I have not Received my PRODUCT. They Still Says me that they cannot Help me in this one.                     With reference to above no courier boy has visited the address however he called me in the morning that he will deliver it today. Just now I received atomated message that for delivery of shipment it will be tried on another day. I have taken products many times from Flipkart and seen promptness while being in Bangalore however I feel so bad with the behavior without even delivering it to address.
                    Please look into matter and take some action on the courier office in here. I am a decorated person and wasted my whole day for receiving this shipment. Please take some action against him and intimate me for a cordial relation with Flipkart. Surely I have very bad feeling about your service now.

                      I have purchased this item in the month of february, 2019. 1st time the phone was scratched. After giving return request, flipkart has changed the item but in this time i have received defective headset for what i have put request in several times. But still today i have not received any confirmation from flipkart. I have wrote several mail also. Suddenly, they block my account without any information.

I ordered this as a gift for wedding happening on 5/apr. The seller is sending a replacement on 9 apr.                                   I placed an order in flipkart for redmi note 7 pro at 24th march 2019 in flash sale. The mobile delevered to me at 31 march 2019. When i unboxed my product it was very shocking for me coz inside the box i found a broken *lephone* mobile phone which worth may be less than 500₹. So i complaint for replacement of the product but i am telling very sadly that inspite of replacement they blocked my flipkart account. I contact with concern customer service and asked the cause of blocking my account they replied that from this account many products returned by me infact it was my first order. Then i request the customer service of flipkart many times within 8 days to unblock my account and they told me to wait 24 hour or 72 in this way 8days passed out. Finally 8.4.2019, they declared that my account will never be unblocked.
                                  So i request the flipkart consumer complainant authority to justify about this matter and assure me my product.

                                      My flipkart account was blocked almost a month back just after i tried to buy a pen drive from the seller, retailnet, who were cancelling my orders from their side and flipkart customer service officials were asking to me place the order again.. My email id is [protected]@ymail.com and my phone number is [protected]. I have always kept a clean order history with all the orders for either my personal use or for my family and friends. But flipkart, without any sort of proof or prior notice have blocked my account and they have not yet resolved it or properly responded to my emails. They are claiming that i am buying stuff as a reseller which in no way i am. I am a flipkart plus customer with a 60000 rupees cardless credit limit, which allowed me to purchase stuff for my family and friends on an emi basis and i haven't made a single late payment. So, this is my complaint regarding flipkart

                                      A representative called me up and i demanded detailed information regarding this block on my account and I told them that i dont need anymore pre written explanations. So someone from their tech team called me up today and told me that they couldn't find anythng wrong with my account and that they've unfreezed it...

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I wrote a complaint against not able to claim buyback value. Firstly, they provided resolution very late and after using the resolution the delivery boy refused the phone saying it doesn't pass the test. But my phone is intact one can say as good as new. But he denied to exchange.
                                        They are raising issue other way round.in a way, i didn't get a resolution.

                                        Kindly help me get a resolution asap!!!

                                        No response given from them till now . I did everything they asked as their part of validating my smartphone but no response have been recieved from there end . They just send mail that they tried reaching me but couldn’t reach me but i didn’t got a single call from them or missed call or message that someone tried to call me .
                                        I m facing this issue since 2 april 2019.
                                        Kindly help me get a resolution as soon as possible..
