I purchased a cooler on 25feb on flipkart, for which i got delivery on 6 march, but when i see the product it was completely faulty with swing motor broken and it was creating so much noise, for which i created return so next a teachnician visited at my place, and after observation he approved returns for which i got confirmation to pick my product on 13 march, but till 13th march no one contacted me and they cancelled my return request without any reason given, and once i called then on 14th march they told me that request had been cancelled by seller side and after opplogies they again created a request for return and as per their procedure again technician visited he approved request for return again for which again i got 20th as pick up, but today (20th march) they again cancelled my return request and denied to take responsibility and told me that some one else will contact me.
Now because of their services why i should suffer i have given enough time and i want my money, so would like to process legally against them.

Updated by Arpitguptaa On 20th March again I got call for same reason and again then they created another return request without putting any effort on previous complaint. I am seriously frustrated with this service. Please help me..

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on (25th- Mar-19, ). Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
