Hi,

Am abhi and one of the user on flipkart i bought the
Asian running shoes and the seller name is asianshoe. The product is not up to the mark so i want to return the product.

I initiated the return of my order (Order id: od[protected] on mar 05, 2019. The next day scheduled to return (Return id:[protected]) the product on mar 07, 2019.

The process is failed by flipkart team. After i spoke the customer care then rescheduled the process to mar 15, 2019, with return id[protected].

Now the date is mar 20, 2019. Till now i didn't get any call/email/message from flipkart.

See these kinds of irresponsible behaviour of flipkart. How they are doing the business to give like fake commitments and false assurances to the customers.

Please help us to resolve the issue and thanks in advance.

I ordered Redmi note 7 pro on 20 march from Flipkart but my order was cancelled by seller instantly after my order is approved.I want a strict action against it and a solution of it.

    I ordered a redmi note 7 pro via flash sale on 20/03/2019 from the flipkart app. It was added to card and i was sent to payment page. I paid the money and it was debited from my account. But when i went back, they said there was a backend error and the product was out of stock. Phone was very urgent and wanted that phone. Can you do anything about it?

      I purchased a cooler on 25feb on flipkart, for which i got delivery on 6 march, but when i see the product it was completely faulty with swing motor broken and it was creating so much noise, for which i created return so next a teachnician visited at my place, and after observation he approved returns for which i got confirmation to pick my product on 13 march, but till 13th march no one contacted me and they cancelled my return request without any reason given, and once i called then on 14th march they told me that request had been cancelled by seller side and after opplogies they again created a request for return and as per their procedure again technician visited he approved request for return again for which again i got 20th as pick up, but today (20th march) they again cancelled my return request and denied to take responsibility and told me that some one else will contact me.
      Now because of their services why i should suffer i have given enough time and i want my money, so would like to process legally against them.

      Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed that the refund has been completed on (25th- Mar-19, ). Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

        From the past two days, i have been trying to log in into my flipkart account but all of those efforts made were completely in vain.
        I have tried every single method to log in to my account but so far i have only failed.
        I have been using this email id from the past 4 years and i have been a regular customer but then also i am getting no customer support whatsoever.
        Today i had to order my phone in the flash sale but due to flipkart's pathetic services here am i stuck with an email id which is of no use to me now until and unless flipkart resolves the issue.

          I ordered redmi note 7 on 6-03-19 where i got box on 08-03-19 empty box which seal has been tempered when i opened i got vim bar soap. I complained but flipkart was denying. I communicate with mail and call till today not got any solution i want my money back. My product cost 11999.

            I had ordered one orka xxl classic with stylish
            Footstool bean bag with bean filling (Brown) on 7-mar-2019 at 11:39pm with order id: od[protected].
            After that the bean bag was not delivered to me till 14-mar-2019.
            Flipkart customer care executive called and told me that the seller is not able to deliver the product to your location and the delivery time is also too long so we will cancel your order and she cancelled. And a cancellation confirmation message came from flipkart and in my flipkart application on my iphone, the status was showing return id:[protected] & updated as refund accepted.

            After that i asked her can i place an other order now..? She replied yes sir you can place your other order now itself..

            So i ordered flipkart smartbuy xxl classic bean bag with stylish footstool bean bag with bean filling (Blue) on 14-mar-2019 at 9:13pm.

            But the thing is both the bean bags (Orka xxl classic with stylish footstool bean bag with bean filling (Brown) and flipkart smartbuy xxl classic bean bag with stylish footstool bean bag with bean filling (Blue) came on 16-mar-2019.
            Now i cannot keep 2 bean bags in my home.
            I want the refund for flipkart smartbuy xxl classic bean bag with stylish footstool bean bag with bean filling (Blue) since the thread is damaged in the product.

            And in my flipkart application on my iphone, the orka xxl brown bean bag status was showing refund cancelled..

            It’s already been more than 10 days & i am complaining that flipkart is misusing my money by giving a damaged product and this is the worst ever experience in my life from flipkart.

            I want my money back (Refund) asap.

              But the thing is both the Bean Bags (ORKA XXL Classic with Stylish Footstool Bean Bag With Bean Filling (Brown) and Flipkart SmartBuy XXL Classic Bean Bag with Stylish Footstool Bean Bag With Bean Filling (Blue)) came on 16-Mar-2019.
              Now I cannot keep 2 Bean Bags in my home.

              I want the Refund for Flipkart SmartBuy XXL Classic Bean Bag with Stylish Footstool Bean Bag With Bean Filling (Blue) since the thread is damaged in the product.

              And in my Flipkart application on my iPhone, the ORKA XXL Brown Bean Bag status was showing Refund Cancelled..

              It’s already been more than 10 days & I am complaining that Flipkart is misusing my money by giving a damaged product and this is the worst ever experience in my life from Flipkart.

                I placed an order for apple watch series 4 (44 mm) space grey variant. After i received the package i opened it and to my horror i found a fake watch inside it.
                That took everyone by surprise as i had unboxed it infront of my friends. For some time i couldn't react and then immediately filed a complaint in the consumer care. It has been ten hours and no response yet. I have tweeted about this and i am very nervous as i paid rs.44000 approx for it.

                    I earned Some Money From Flipkart Affiliate earning Program But Flipkart is Not Sending my Amount to Me

                    Flipkart Affiliate Company Is not releasing My Earning Payment Since Last One year

                    Company Sent me a EVG gift voucher of amount Rs. 4735 with payment reference no [protected] But I didn't Get any Voucher or Amount

                    Scam!!! Flipkart affiliate program scam!!!

                    I worked really hard to earn rs 4735 from flipkart affiliate program in august 2018 to january 2019 and about to receive payment by october to november 2018. But they are playing with me and providing false assurance by saying “please be advised that your payment will be processed this month and you will receive the payment by end of this month.”
                    Four month passed not received any money. They did not respond my mail properly

                    When i complain regarding this to their grievance desk, they replied - They Are not responding the sent Email, I have sent them 100 of emails but they are not responding
                    Please do the good deed

                    I don’t know whether they pay me or not. I want money

                    They are totally fraud and scammers

                      Flipkart blocked my without any reason i tried to contact the customer care but they said that there is no information mentioned in their system about my id or ph number how it can be possible in morning everythin is working fine but after certain hours its automaticly logged out from flipkart app and unable to login or reset my password i am very old user of flipkart and i am aslo have a plus membership i have ordered so many things in past kindly please help to unblock my account.

                          I bought a mobile phone thru your site but from the last two days i am facing the problem in the phone...
                          - phone is overheating at the time of charging, at the time of talking even it is not in than also some time heating.
                          - phone screen is automatically showing the blank and all running apps is closed and if phone is on the running the call than call is also disconnected
                          - as i ma is not understand i am is fencing lost of issue tin this product and you are saying we only replacement policy but this is impact on my mind and i will not convened to use this product again.

                                  I had placed an order for oppo f11 pro on the 13th of march, 2018. It was supposed to delivered on the 16th of march. It was then edited by them itself and changed to 18th without any information to customer. Unable to cancel the order on the site as well. The response from customer care flipkart is terrible because no one is willing to take responsibility for this!
                                  I still have not received the order even though the status shows that the shipment is in the hub close to my house. Even now, there has been no action or any sort of grievance redressal by flipkart. Extremely irresponsible customer care and no action by flipkart!

                                    I have since then made several attempts to contact flipkart. [protected]@flipkart.com bounced. There is no customer support number, email, online chat or phone on company's website that can be used to communicate with them. I am currently in US and 1800 number is impossible to reach.

                                      Your site displays that I will receive 3 boxers for 468/- ( original price 1299₹) .I ordered two quantities for pack of 3. Actually I am supposed to receive 6 boxers. All I received was 2 boxers. This is nothing but scam.This product reviews shows that others have received 6 boxers.But I received only 2 boxers. Pls developer the balance

                                        The wish master is unnecessary delaying my orders mentioning mis location happened.This is pathetic, from same address i am ordering from last 3 years.last time i complained about him as he charged 800 rs extra for exchange order without any policy from flipkart so this time he intentionally delaying my order and flip kart is taking no actions.
