unable to change mobile number in flipkart account

I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number 709533xxxx. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable...

I have ordered biotique bio white advanced fairness face wash
In picture it is shown as bottle form 1 quantity - however it is delivered to me in tube form 2 quantity - which is complete fraud what shown in the picture - the reason why i chose this product because it comes in bottle from.

It is clear case of misleading the consumer - this materially misleads the public and give a false impression about the product. It is clear violation of consumer protection act
I request to concern person immediately ban such seller on flipkart and deal the matter at urgent basis.

    Flipkart has cancelled my orders repeatedly and now also banned my account.
    Also from my dad's account for the same order they have cancelled the oroeuctbafyer it was shipped and says order cancelled by seller.
    Tried to communocate everything but no resolutoon has been provided. Also fliojart alleged me of false accusations of repeated ourchase and resales whereas all the products are being returbed and apprived by seller and fliojart processed refund. This is absolute harrasment by the seller and flipkart.

Flilkart is repeatedly Sending me the same reply saying there has been a reselling activity trend identified on my account which js absolutely meaningless and baseless. I if have bot been able to order a product how can a reselling thing happen? Flipkart is not responding to my queries anymore

      Customer raised a complaint stating that the product was missing in the package. We have interacted with the customer and raised a replacement request with the seller. The seller has confirmed the replacement has been delivered on 14 February 2019. Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

        I got this phone from flipkart on 27th jan. Since 28th it's creating problem. Firstly i got problem with sound on incoming and outgoing calls. Then with music player alarm clock and even the sound option in settings is not working and i can't adjust the sound of my device. After contacting flipkart customer care and making escalations and everything else possible when no solution came i had to go to nokia centre for 3-4 times sitting for hours there. They too confirmed that this device updated software version is a problem. Bcoz of that they installed a lower version which ofcourse is missing much of the functionality and moreover i'm not able to access third party applications.
        To all this problems flipkart is just playing passing the buck game. Everytime you contact them they have 3-4 sentences mugged up which they will spit out irrespective of your question. Even to my statement of raising complaint against them in consumer forum the flipkart guy told is there anything else i can help you with???
        And the flipkart technician told me they can't help with third party applications if this device is not supporting them. So is flipkart going to provide its own applications or nokia is going to do that for this device. Every application is third party only.
        I need a refund for this device. It's been 10 days struggling with this device. This is the worst device i got and even more worse customer support.

          Someone in the name of your reputed company messaged me and calls me too that i had won a Tata Safari car in Lucky draw. If i have to claim the car i have to give them ₹6300.
          What the hell is this with your company!!! Someone making fraud calls in your name and you are taking no steps for that. Even they got my address, phone number, pincode too... How did they got this?? Tell me...

          I want a serious complaint registration for this...

            I have made online purchase of loreal xtenso 1.1/2 lt shampoo and other masque on 21st january 2019 and made payment instantly with my credit card.
            I realized after few minutes that I chose a wrong products and cancelled both items in same order in span of 20-30 minutes.
            Since then I have been getting calls from various customer care support team calling me every alternate days and not able to fix on crediting my amount spent. I have not got single call from senior customer care support team member on demanding to speak to them. Every time they have asked me to wait for 24 hours-48 hours as they claimed to Escalate my complaint made on refund. I fail to understand if seller tried to credit my money back it should go back to same card I have used and not ask for my other bank's account details! it seller is not able to credit my money he should refund in the form of DD at the earliest.

            Is this kind of a joke? Does online shopping refund takes 17 days?

                Day before yesterday i.e 1/02/19 thrle trimmer name NOVA NHT 1046 was delivered to me. After two days the the motor stopped working, I charged it fully then too it's not working, my father is scolding me badly. I didn't used that trimmer once also.

                  I had received this mobile on January 28 2019(Monday).This is the 4Gb RAM variant but Now I am facing this flickering effect.I got damn irritated by this action even i had got this mobile for 12, 000 rs .

                  I had ordered the Book "Burried Thoughts" by Joseph Annamkutty Jose -two quantities. The parcel arrived and it is written 2 quantities taking parcel charge of 90 (45+45) rupees. But inside there is only one book

I have tried to call them, mail them but only get auto generated responses... When i talk to them they say your issue has been escalated and you will get a call or email from them.. But nothing happens... They keep on giving dates nothing really happens... Help me.. If they can't unblock my account... Just they can provide their account no... So that i can directly transfer money in their account.

                        My flipkart account does not allow me to login using my mobile number ([protected]). I have bought so many items using flipkart and really happy with most of the products, for which i have also earned "flipkart plus" membership and 50 coins in my account. Now suddenly it is not allowing me to login with same mobile number. Due to this i am losing the warranty on all the products i have purchased and make me feel bad about flipkart services.

                        Also after knowing this incident which i have posted in my working place forum (Famous mnc), all my colleagues are also worried and not happy with such worst services from flipkart.in this type of case, the buyback gurantee on the products also becomes useless for any customer.

                        Request you to kindly enable my login for the same number ([protected]) and give back my membership & 50 coins. This would be really helpful and will built more trust on the flipkart company and its products.

                          1. I am a person, who does not like purchasing things in credit

                          2. Without my consent flipkart has created a credit account for me
                          3. Then a fraud order was created for rs. 307 & the thing was delivered to my home.
                          4. I am very sure that this was not ordered through my devices, because the purchase time was shown as 7:30 am in morning. I will never use my device at that time, unless very urgent. & by no ways i will order an item at that time.
                          5. Immediately when it was delivered, i contacted customer care & i got a reply that the item is non-returnable.
                          6. These three acts from flipkart (I. E. First creating credit accountthen creating fake ordermaking it non-returnable) gives a feeling that it is a suspicious transaction.
                          7. I clearly gave them message that i will not pay for this & they are un necessarily wasting my storage space in home.
                          8. Now, every morning i am disturbed by their irritating payment reminder sms/email.
                          Please help resolving this issue & ask flipkart to take back the pack from my house.

                            On 29th january 2019, i tried booking flight tickets through flipkart's (Recently launched) platform which is their tie-up with makemytrip.
                            Upon making the payment for the tickets, i was again redirected to the "make payment" page. The money (I. E. Rs.10, 573.00) got deducted from my bank account, but the tickets didn't get confirmed as i was redirected back to the payment page.
                            I immediately contacted the makemytrip (Mmt) customer care, the executive denied of receiving any payment and asked me to check with the flipkart customer care since all their payments are received through flipkart's gateway. When i first contacted the flipkart customer care, the executive just disowned the responsibility to resolve my issue and me to contact back mmt since it is a "third-party".
                            After chains of calls, flipkart executive assured that the transaction might have been cancelled in between the gateways and the same amount will be automatically refunded back within 72 hours.
                            But i haven't received the refund yet.
                            I even confirmed with bank which confirmed that the transaction was successfully made from my bank to the flipkart, and provided me with payment id, consumer code and bill reference information.
                            The bank requested me to send it a confirmation mail from the merchant if the payment is unsuccessful.
                            I have contacted flipkart a number times through calls and emails informing them to just send me confirmation mail o[censored]nsuccessful payment in case they haven't received any money. The executive on call assured me that i will receive a call regarding resolution of this issue, but i haven't got any call regarding the same.
                            Now, the flipkart is neither sending me a confirmation mail of the failed payment, nor refunding my money. They have just stopped replying to my mails.

                              I ordered asus core i3 6th gen - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home) f541ua-xo2230t laptop on 02/02/2019 and i got the product on 06/02/2019 (Today evening). (Od[protected] but in packet there have only laptop and charger. No user guide, no warranty card. I also paid rs. 1449 for one year warranty extension (Flipkart protection). But i didn't get any documents regarding this. But when i track, i see the message 'delivered on wed, feb 6th '19'. So kindly do needful for getting user guide, warranty card, and warranty extension details immediately.

                                I ordered poco f1 on 23rd Jan 2018. Parcel got
                                delivered on 25th noon around 4pm. I opened parcel.
                                Everything was there in-place(accessories) but the phone
                                was missing. I raised concern with flipkart customer care.
                                They took my request for dispute. But seller rejected the request. I called flipkart n asked why rejected, they said we are working with seller & will let u know. But nothing was showing in my account. I called again and another customer care again raised request for replacement but soon I got the message your account has been blocked.

                                    I'm Siva Shankar

                                    Past few months i couldn't login into my flipkart account.

                                    It has showed my username password is wrong.

                                    I tried resetting my password by clicking the option "Forget Password"

                                    Then i got OTP instantly and i entered new password.

                                    But it is keep on showing that "Unable to update password"

                                    So i could able to open a new account also because my mobile number is already registered

                                    Help me please

                                      Account hacked on nov 29 2018 as my flipkart account is hacked by someone and has used my egv to place an order it is also delivered i have also informed them to block the account so the product won't be delivered that also they didn't do now i'm keep on calling them as they say we couldn't find your account then i will give the person who hacked my account to find my account and the complaints i have made afterthat they will say that we will transfer the call to our senior team and it keeps on ringing after 5 mins call disconnects this has happened more than 4 times. I have contacted their social team there if i send a message they say as our concern team is working they will contact you asap with a resolution everytime they only say this in different styles other than that nothing happen i feel that they itself might have hacked my account
