Recently i've ordered vivo y83 smart phone from flip kart with exchange of my old redmi 4 phone. Courier person contacted me and taken the old phone and submitted to flip kart team. But he didn't delivered new vivo y83 phone.in my account, it is showing that product delivered. I tried to contact flip kart team for this. Still i didn't got good proper response from them....

Flipkart play and win - 10 plus coins are not credited yet.they promised me the plus coins are credited on or before 17 th December but not received after they escalate the issue and promise it will be credited before[protected] but not received till now

I have bought led tv in exchange offer with crt tv, as per terms and condition mentioned the old crt tv is in perfectly working condition no missing parts, bu as its old tv it has aging on speaker grill some rusting, so delivery boy denied to exchange. Its flipkart i am too much suffering from it to order any product because of its delivery delay.
It's not only delay it's too much delay, delivery date out of date several times on my every order.
