I urgently required the lg hbs-a100 bluetooth headset with mic as i was going on a long trip. I ordered a black colour headset, but the seller sent me a silver piece. I asked for a return which took the seller 4 days to approve, then 3 days later a replacement arrives which is again the same colour.

So i contacted the customer care and informed them about asking them to send another replacement, now they are refusing to replace the product and only offering a refund.

When asked why they could not replace the reply i got was that the seller did not have stock in black colour. But amazingly flipkart still lists the product as available: https://www.flipkart.com/lg-hbs-a100-bluetooth-headset-mic/p/itmfa99rex6jevvb?pi...

They do not seem to understand how irritating it is for the customer to go through this specially when you urgently need something.

I have refused the refund, i have informed the useless customer service people that i will use all the possible forums to get the right colour delivered to me. All the had to say was happy shopping!!

I specially do not want a refund because I find flipkart policies are really irritating to the consumer. An earlier issue I had was related to a mobile exchange offer where the delivery man refused to accept my old mobile phone saying it had a scratch.

I told him ok screw the exchange, I will pay the exchange discount. Turns out that there is actually no ways to do that. He took away the phone saying that my order will be cancelled and money refunded.

These kind irritating policies are what has caused this company to never turn a profit in its history. They simply fail to delight the customer and on the contrary always find ways to piss people off.

So the latest update on this issue is that I purchased one more piece of the above headset in Black colour, with the cash on delivery option while the older piece is still lying at home unopened. When the flipkart delivery person arrived, I informed him that I need to check the colour, he said he cannot open the box without payment. So I paid him ₹10, 000 and then opened the box only to find that again a silver headset only was delivered.

So I not have two headsets, both in the wrong colour worth 20K lying with me awaiting reverse pick up. It is also worth pointing out that the gentleman from the flipkart social media team was so confident that this time only the black headset would be delivered (almost as if he had packed it himself). So essentially the wrong colour has been delivered to me three times. I am awaiting the 4th wrong delivery in the coming week because the seller simply does not have the stock but continues to list the product on the website.

Even after so many complaints, flipkart has not de-listed the product or banned the seller. I was also informed by the customer care that they do not have the power to de-list the products or take action against the seller, that is a separate team. So only work that flipkart customer care does is issue apologies using templates they have and request replacements and refunds. There is absolutely nothing else that they do.

As of now my refund and replacement for both headsets is still pending with the seller.

So the latest development as of today is that, the seller has again sent me the wrong colour. That makes it the fourth time the wrong colour has been sent. Now there is no replacement option either. The only option I have is to ask for a refund. Which means that, its now close to a month and Flipkart has still not delivered the correct headphones.

I just spoke to the customer care and as expected, they said the only option available to them is refund there is nothing else they can do to resolve this issue.

The social media team had promised that they will ensure that the correct headphones are delivered this time, but it seems like Flipkart simply has no control over their sellers.

Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was different from what was ordered. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the refund of the order. The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on (17th Feb 19). Hence, closing the complaint form our end.

The real issue has not been resolved, which is Flipkart has wasted three weeks of time and still not delivered the correct headset. Please at least have the decency to acknowledge that you have failed in all fronts and not managed to deliver the product as advertised and sent the wrong product 4 times!!

I still do not have a headset that I bought on your website even after three weeks. What is the big deal in issuing refunds? even a roadside vendor issues refunds for wrongly delivered product. The real top quality customer service would have been if you managed to go out of your way to procure the right product and send it, since you had advertised it wrongly and sold it not once but twice to the same customer.

Also, please be informed that I have received the refund only for one item, not both the headsets. The second headset has not been picked up and the refund has not been processed. Not that I care, but it is better you have patience and wait till that other refund is processed before you close the complaint.

I am never using Flipkart again!!

We'd like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as the reason selected by you while raising the return request was incorrect.Please create a new return request with the right reason so that the seller can assist you with this.

I am still not sure what on earth is wrong with my return request? I received a grey coloured headset instead of black and I have selected that.

The item was different
Ordered iron box received in damaged and unusable condition . When requested for return only messages are being sent not the item. It seems the return procedure is not a trust worthy. Be careful.

    I purchased an mi smart tv 4a (43 inches) from flipkart in october. Since, then the product only has a name of smart tv in it because none of the applications work on it. When complained, an executive from mi visited me who had zero knowledge of the tv. I infact had more knowledge than him of the set.
    It’s been close to 6 months now and none of the applications, netflix, amazon prime, etc work on it. On confirming with netflix, i was informed that their application works on mi. See the irony, i have both, an mi smart tv and mi smart phone, everything works on the phone but not the tv.
    The response that i’ve received from flipkart/mi is that these applications are not supported with them, so stupid of them selling “smart” tv’s when these don’t work on them. I would not obviously purchase an expensive smart tv to use youtube on it.
    It’s been such a long wait and my issue is not resolved and the resolutions i’m given over the phone by the executives are such vague one’s.
    I request people who have faced such an issue also to reply over this post so that it’s taken forward and both flipkart and mi take serious action.

We have interacted with the customer and informed customer that the product that has been delivered to you is as per specifications. However, for any clarification regarding the brand requested customer to contact the brand. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
    I had order 4 mirror effect nailpaints in flipkart n 2 times they send different nailpaints. Even the color differs from which I ordered. They show 4 mirror effect m twice they send regular nailpaints only one is mirror effect. I as a customer fee cheated twice. Going to complain further .
    मैं इस बारे में शिकायत कर रहा हूँ कि मैंने जितनी बार सामान मंगाने के लिए ओङर करना चाहा उतनी बार उस सामान पर cash on delivery वाला mode of Payment का विकल्प नहीं था ।मैं कोई भी online Payment वाला app नहीं चलाता हूँ ।

      I was ordered realme 2 pro and mi basic earphones on 21/01/2019 and they update order will be delivered on 28/01/2019. But they didn't deliver on that time but i am waiting for another 4 days but they didn't deliver so i cancel my order on 1/02/2019. They update refund will be credited on 08/02/2019. But the amount didn't received on my account but they updated refund completed. My order details below

However, if the refund is not reflecting, requested customer to contact the Phonepe customer care with the reference number shared. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
        I had bought go pro hero 9 action camera from Flipkart, which was gift to my sister but when I turned it on it happened to defective one. When I raised dispute to Flipkart they said due to some issue it's showing product is not delivered and they asked for proof like invoice copy, QR code image and product image I gave it after all this they asked me for bank details even that I have but still is not resolved and they are least bothered to help me out.
        I have not received my order on time, i have been waiting today and the order ID status is not being updated and arriving today msg is being simply displayed... Its totally unfair ... .. its already 7 days today... ! I want my issue to be resolved nd delivery should be made as soon as possible!
        My order tracking status is not updated and today it is supposed to be delivered.I have no clue about my delivery status.No update still from flipkart i want it to be resolved soon.What is wrong with flipkart its pathetic.

          I have ordered this headphone but flipkart automatically cancelled the order without any notification. Flikart has been done the same with my previous order also and they haven't refund the amount i paid for these item and the previous order also.
          This is really getting bad i have lost my trust on flipkart..

            The delivery men delivered me the wrong book on 14th February 2019 around 1 am. When i unpacked the delivery i realized the book inside the packing was not "Atomic Habits" but instead a book entitled "The Blue Umbrella Stories by Rusbin Bond". By the time i realized i was given the wrong product, i had already signed in "Received" on their touchpad. I then informed the delivery man. He told me he cannot do anything.

            Please take back the wrong product (of Rs.70) and deliver me the right product ("Atomic Habits Paperback James Clear English" of Rs.595) as soon as possible.

              I ordered a 1500d canon dslr camera on 22nd january 2019. I received the product in time. But the battery of the camera was not charging. So i requested a replacement. (Order id was od[protected]. I got the order replaced on 3rd feb. But when i opened the flipkart box (Which was wrapped with flipkart tapes) i found a heavily wrapped lens and camera body case of canon. I opened it, the seal of the lens was broken as well as that of camera body. Inside the case of canon lens (18-55) there was an old used lens of tamaron!!! And inside the canon dslr 1500d body case there was a body of camera of olympus (Which was also a old used one). I was terribly shocked. I informed it immediately to flipkart. Called the boy who delivered it, but there was no action.

              I really don't know what's going on... I have been calling the costumer support everyday, but they tell to wait for 24-48 hours. It has been a week.

              I have ordered many things from flipkart but this has happened for the first time. I need my money back.

                First of all i have not done high numbers of returns (Please provide me return products history so that i can see which type of high returns product i have done??). Please recheck once again. Second i am plus member of your flipkart service also doing regularly order along with good excellent payment record also i m trying to login into my account but unable to sign in with my password (Via reset password too)

                Common answer for your high number of return massage is if i will not get product of my choice (Also recd wrong product) then what customer will do only return.

                Hope i have cleared are your concern.

                Now when i will get my flipkart account back??

                My ipro power bank USB cable stopped working . It worked very well upto now and now its not working properly. It's warranty is still present for 8 months. . I travel a lot. I really need this. Plz have a look at this and try to resolve it.

                  I have ordered new redmi note6 pro and i received it today. When i opened the box its was damaged box tampered and i found the phone to be a refurbished one with lots of scratches on the backside.

                    I'd placed an order on your website for a pair of shoes.

                    The order was due to be delivered on the 2nd of february.
                    1. The order was never delivered to me, heck it hasn't even been shipped.
                    2. Upon contacting your customer support team, they try to cancel the order, it goes on hold and get's approved again. I'm not getting my money back.
                    3. This cycle is being repeated with every customer support executive who gives me a call. And my refund is being delayed.

                    Request you to please look into the matter and help me get my money back.

                    Every time they Flipkart's Executives call, they cancel the order, it goes on hold and get's approved again.
                    I'm not even receiving my order, not am I getting a refund.
                    As shown in the pictures at 6:06pm, the order was cancelled and at 6:20pm again it was approved. They're not cancelling it and refunding my money, even through the seller hasn't shipped the order.

                    Kindly help me get a refund from Flipkart.

                      I have bought a denim jacket from flipkart order no od[protected].
                      The denim was not fitting my wife and we asked for refund. The product was not used. As per the refund policy (Screenshot attached) the jacket can be refunded. However the pickup boy said that reschedule the refund and put it as damaged. I rescheduled the same again the pick up boy said he cannot pickup the jacket and its against company policy and in between he took long time talking to someone before giving this reply, i have order the jacket at office and cannot provide that much time, he gave back the jacket to security. This is very bad experience i had with flipkart and will surely not buy any product from such thieves. Please resolve.

                        Team,

                        This is w. R. T to return request for my single bed. I have been chasing for this since it was installed

                        5th feb : the product was delivered.

                        6th feb : the product was installed.
                        But as the product is not comfortable as mentioned in the description,
                        I raised a return request under item quality issue.

                        7th feb : technician visited my home and mentioned that "the product is ok to be uninstalled n will be taken away and money will be refunded".
                        Agreeing upon this statement, my father signed a paper, which mentioned "visit completed".

                        8th feb : i waited the entire day still no one visited the home, thus i checked the return status in the flipkart app, showing the return has been cancelled.
                        Thus i called customer care team (Deepak), and asked "why was the ticket been cancelled???",
                        I got the response saying "technician has not mentioned any comments for cancellation of request".
                        I also spoke to 2nd level of escalation (Deepak 2) regarding how can the ticket get cancelled.
                        But after a long discussion, deepak advised to reopen my ticket for the return. Thus i raised the return request again.

                        9th feb : the technician visited and i advised jeevs team to uninstall the product, which was done and he mentioned "the product will be picked up by end of the day."

                        10th feb : no one visited the home to picking up the product. Thus called the flipkart customer service and enquired regarding the pickup of product,
                        The team advised me to wait for next 24hrs.

                        11th feb : again i had called flipkart customer service, they informed i will get someone to pickup the product today. I agreed.
                        I had excalated the call till 3rd level, talking to 1st level (Vivek), 2nd level (Paritosh) and 3rd level (Suprabha rout)
                        Meanwhile i received a call from jeevs, but as i was busy on another call, i asked them to call me back in 15 mins.
                        After 15mins, i received the call, but no one was talking, i could hear the person talking and the call was disconnected from the other end.
                        Waiting for next 4 hours, i called the jeevs customer care then the representative there informed that the today's visit was cancelled by the jeevs technician
                        Mentioning that the customer was not reachable.
                        Thus i called the flipkart customer care again, and informed regarding the current status and update from jeevs customer care.
                        Representative mentioned that the issue has been escalated and she will mention all this current status in her ticket.

                        I am really frustrated with return policy of flipkart, i need someone to assist me in this on priority.
                        I am struggling for this since the day of the delivery.

                        I request you to please look into this on highest priority and help me get the refund.

                          One hr named riya singh (Hr executive) from gurgaon i asked for referrel for a job through linkedin, she replied and asked for updated resume and appointment letter of current company. I sent and she asked to pay 450rs through transfer so i transferred from my friend account and she told it is not acceptable, we will refund your friend money and asked me to send money from my account so i have sent from my account and she asked for appointment letter of currently working company. After that she told i have doubt in your documents so pay 10 days salary in advance, i refused to pay that then she told your 900 rs will not be refunded now. Please refund my money.                             Using my flipkart giftcard, the amount of rs.2995 was used by somebody to purchase the product. The amount was logged by somebody and utilsed my amount. There is big issue in terms of security flipkart. Everyday i make call to flipkart, but they are not respont. I request flipkart to refund the money. I am already spent 3 hrs and more stress. Please file the case against flipkart.

                              Just before final payment the option of buy back guarantee vanishes in option while buying xiaomi pocophone f1.

                              Also nothing is mentioned about incompatibility options in flipkart.

                              Therefore, buying in Flipkart is becoming very difficult and customer unfriendly.
                              Chatting facility is pathetic. it remains unanwsered for a long time.

                              view above, i want to know if i can avail buy back guarantee along with claim buy back as well as complete protection while buying Xiaomi pocophone F1.

                                I ordered a game "grand theft auto iv" cd/dvd for my pc for rs.470.00 from flipkart.com, this order was placed on 30/01/2019, i got it delivered with next 2 days, but when i opened the package, i received a pirated cd/dvd, and it doesn't worked in my pc.

                                If i wanted to buy a pirated product, i could have simply bought it from anywhere, but i trusted flipkart.com for a genuine purchasing platform, but this company cheated me by delivering a fake and pirated product.

                                  I used the flipkart pay later services in the month of november for an amount of rs 2766. My bill was to be paid by 10 th of december. But flipkart blocked my account on 6th december due to which i was unable to pay the bill. After 10th december, i am constantly contacting flipkart regarding my issue with the flipkart account and my flipkart pay later bill. But they are not helping me at all. I have raised the incident on their social media platforms, communicated with their customer care but no one is providing me a way to pay the bill. I have been continuously contacting flipkart regarding my issue and approximately have commmunicated my issue over 100 times but they are not at all listening to me. They just say that they are very sorry about my issue and would say that their flipkart pay later team would contact me but they are not contacting. It has been 60 days and they are threatening me that they would take legal action against me and continuously harrasing me by sending automated calls and messages. I don't understand why they are not just allowing me to make the payment and let me get out of this issue. I have replied to each and everything they send me via email but they are simply not allowing me to pay the bill. I just want either of one thing from flipkart:
                                  1. Either they unblock my account for allowing me to make the payment for the flipkart pay later bill or else
                                  2. Send me a link or give me any mode of payment so that i can pay the flipkart pay later bill.
                                  Because continuously sending me emails and messages without providing me a way to pay the flipkart pay later bill would not help me. I was very satisfied with flipkart services but i literally hate now shopping on flipkart as they have been so irresponsible regarding my issue.

                                  I will attach all the emails i have sent out to flipkart and my tweets regarding my issue. Please see to it and resolve my problem as soon as possible as i am very much tensed about this whole issue.

                                    I had purchased google pixel 2 phone on flipkart on jul 16th 2018 with hdfc credit card.. And there was an offer rs.8000 cashback on hdfc credit card and the cash back should be credited by 20th jan and i haven't received the cash back amount of rs.8000. When i called flipkart they said the bank is now responsible and when i mailed hdfc bank they replied that flipkart is responsible. Is anyone responsible here?

                                      I returned as soon as i noticed that the book is used one, flipkart picked up my book and it's been already more than 2 weeks still i haven't got any refund amount, when i contacted customer care one flipkart superior official (Pratik) said i can't help you with this.

                                      Yes i got call from flipkart, they again another asked for another 48 hours which is over, So it is actually 72hrs + 48hrs + 24hrs + 48hrs + 48hrs = 10 days
                                      Why in the world it's taking 10 days for refund which is still pending. If you can't satisfy a customer why there is something called flipkart.

                                        I am not able to login my account. My account is freezed and i had received the email from [protected]@flipkart.com stating that your purchase history trend shows that you might be a reseller that's why you won't be able to login. I had replied to that email giving my explanations that i had ordered mobiles for my friends and relatives and there is no such prior intimation given by them that if you will order more then your account will get blocked. Also i am a flipkart plus member. I asked cc about the bonus coins that flipkart credited me to avail free flipkart plus membership, they told me that customers who are having good purchase history are getting these bonus coins. My purchase history was good according to the flipkart, the day i got bonus coins, but after that, they found flaw in my purchase history and they freezed my account. Isn't that ridiculous?
