I had ordered a poco f1 mobile on 29 nov 2018 but due to some reason i cancelled the product the next day (30 october 2018) when i order.
Flipkart return process completes on 6 nov 2018 but till now my refund amount isn't reflected in my bank account. I called flipkart so many times but they said that there is a problem from your bank side.
I checked with my bank and also gave my refund id to bank for knowing the status but bank said that there is no any status regarding this refund id. I complaint against my refund on flipkart complaint page but no action taken till now against it, even flipkart team said that we need a confirmation mail from your bank side that they didn't receive any refund against it.
I don't know flipkart team said that they need a confirmation mail. Tell me how any bank or govt employee suppose to send an email to customer.

I am very much disappointed with flipkart. Its being already more than a month but my refund is not in my account.

I request you consumer forum team please take a strict action against my complaint.

Flipkart is such a fraud they just know how to take money from consumers.

I didn't get any satisfactory reply from flipkart team. Even flipkart team don't want to listen customers. You people just saying me that there will be a problem from your bank. Please tell me the problem that shown from bank side.
Still i am not getting any satisfactory response from flipkart side. Very poor service.

    I've ordered Transcend Storejet Hard Disk (2TB online) listed at ₹6399 for ₹6299 using MasterCard's offer on 1st December 2018 paying the full amount. The order was placed, shipped to mother hub and was then cancelled by the "seller". The reason they said was due to high demand of the product, and since they want to serve "others" better, they've cancelled it. Refund was given after a while. I called Flipkart customer care to address the issue. They have assured that it won't happen again and asked me to order again. The same events happened again. This time I've lodged a compliant against the seller, and Flipkart assured me to resolve the issue by December 5th. Instead of solving the issue, they have suspended my Flipkart account stating that there is huge number of cancellations. They acted on the customer instead of seller. In fact I doubt if Flipkart is doing sales volume manipulation by such tricks. Then it should be reported to SEBI.

        I have order a jacket... But due to size and quality issue i didn't like it... And a return request is filed by me... But after 7 days it gets cancelled and no-one contacted me in 7 days for return and consumer executive said to put it again and gave me a time of more 7 days but samething happend... And dey again said to put a retur req. Ni date is 8th dec. But again no1 is picking up my order and 7 days more are left in returning period i am exhausted while talking to consumer executive dey are trying to make fool and no1 is assuring dat pickup will be done.

            I have purchased a laptop by cardless credi, for 3 month no intersest plan. But automatically kshist/ flipkart change my option to 12 month emi at the rare of 25% emi. So finally o% cardless credit changed into 25% interset. Its best example of cyber fraud. If an intellectual can be cheated what about common man?
            Beware of flipkart and specially kisht.

I got an email and message from flipkart that your account details are changed. It is around 20 days and my return product is not picked up yet, if i contact with the customer service they provide me the same information as that seller doesn't update any information that's why we can't help you properly, why they didn't come to my address and not picked up the product and the customer executive will extend the date and i face the same problem again and again. I want my refund back asap that's it.

                  I had purchased a mi note 5 handset (Order no:od[protected] from truecomretail at flipkart.com on 23rd january, 2017. Recently, the phone started showing some serious software problems, and after diagnosis, i am apprehending the handset is a fake one (As also reported by mi authorized service centre chandannagar, west bengal, after their test).

                  Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered was fake.We have interacted with the customer and informed that Kindly submit the job card number or job sheet number from the authorised service center, hence cx told that he has submitted the phone with the authorised service center and once he gets the phone back, cx will submit the documents by (25/12/2018) by replying to the email, hence email sent and closing the complaint.

                    Flipkart again sent me a wrong order which is restarting continuously, and when i demanded for refund they are saying that technician will visit. I want to complain about bad service provided by flipkart. Seller is "truenet commerce".

                            I'm just giving the details of all the events chronologically:

                            12 nov, 2018- ordered dell inspiron 15 5000 (I5 8th gen, 1tb hdd, 8gb ram, windows 10, platinum silver colour)

                            15 nov, 2018- received dell latitude 3440, black colour, windows 8
                            (On the same day i filed a complaint for replacement)

                            23 nov, 2018- shipping master cancelled the replacement on his own and after talking to customer service they told me that customer is satisfied with the original product and does not want the replacement.
                            (Same day filed again complaint then they said they would look into the matter and resolve it by 27 or 28 nov)

                            25 nov, 2018- they said it would be replaced by 06 dec, 2018

                            29 nov, 2018- track order shows on 29 nov it reached my nearest hub i. E. Sigra

                            04 dec, 2018- 6 days has been passed and no development in the status.

                            I'm pretty much sure that this time also they're not going to deliver it by 06 dec and they'll again postpone the date.

                            Please provide some remedy since more than 22 days has been passed and the laptop which i had ordered is not delivered.

                              Flipkart has been charging me around ₹800 from my credit card. Now statement is shows up like this:

                              This month they have charged ₹790 and before this ₹800. This is not done. We don’t have anywhere to go and fight. Who do we go to. Is it mistake to save credit card in flipkart or is it mistake to even buy a goddamn thing from flipkart. They can’t just take our hard earned money on their own will. I want my money back.

                                Unfortunately the shipment i received was incorrect. I have enclosed the incorrect item and would appreciate a prompt replacement. I would also appreciate that you quickly ship me (Vita glow skin whitening night cream and fairness for all skins (30g) ordered on mon, 26th nov'18) which was missing from my order.

                                Since this an error by your company, i do not expect to be responsible for paying any additional shipping charges.

                                We've interacted with the customer and resolved the complaint by providing the refund and also shared feedback with the seller hence closing the complaint from our end.
                                Many seller on flipkart are keeping higher Mrp than the actual printed on the product and shows that its on discounted price. I think they are fooling customers by showing higher discount %.
                                Bulb doe not work, needs replacement
                                Does Philip offer No Warranty?
                                of Flipcart policy not to extend any support to actual end user of Philips?

                                    I purchased kemei km-3005a from flipkart under 1 year kemei india warranty on jan 2th. It stopped working despite charging 8 hrs.
                                    I contacted the retailer as advised by flipkart regarding same.
                                    I submitted original invoice, online invoice etc as per their wish through email.
                                    They also accepted documents on april 26.
                                    After that they stopped communicating and have not replaced my trimmer yet.
                                    Despite calling and mailing for the same.
                                    I hope they either refund my money or replace this trimmer.

                                      10days gone. After complaint u. Still i m unable to login to my account.. And u msg me to pay for the cardless credit amount. Other wise u charge me.. Late fine.. Stupid.. How can i pay ur payment without login in my account.. Just think.. Your customer service is useless and pathetic. Only say that please wait 48hr.10days gone but ur 48hr still not completed. I decided... No more shopping from your website.. After pay ur cardless credit amount.. And i m going to tell this story to all my friends and family members. I yugesh kumar unable to open my flipkart account. My phone number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Whenever i try to login an error pop up login unsuccessful please try after minutes. I have to pay my flipkart cardless credit emi. I have been try many times to forget password also. How can it is possible when i'm unable to open my account. Please resolve it as early as possible. Thank you
