I was booked a smart phone {realme 2 pro } from filipkart.
I received other brand of this product in 15 october 2018
But flipkart did not provide any resolution till now. Per day i am call to flipkart and talk about my issue, but flipkart only cheated me and harassed me..
And ekart also denayed to pickup this product two times.
But flilkart didn't take any action on ekart, all are cheating with me from 1 month. So please resolve me issue.

Mai batana chahta Hun ki mujhe kisi tarah ka koyi resolution nahi provide kiya gya hai...
Mai paihle se hi bahot paresan tha aur ab mujhe aur uljhaya ja raha hai. Mai per day filpkart me call kar kar ke thak gaya Hun, per day ek new bande se baat hoti hai aur unko pura matter batana parta hai, fir wo 24 to 48 hours ka time lete hain but hota kuchh v nahi hai.
So mai apna pura matter ab tak ka fir se apko update karta Hun, apse request hai ki ispe dhayan de aur flipkart aur ekart pe action liya jaye taki mujhe sahi resolution provid ho.
" Sir Maine 12 Oct 2018 ko ek phone book kiya tha realme 2 pro, jo ki mujhe 15 Oct 2018 ko delivered huaa, jab Maine uski unboxing ki to usme different brand ka phone tha, to Maine 15 Oct ko hi flipkart pe complain kiya aur replacement ka request dala, but seller ke side se use rejecte kar diya gya, Maine fir filpkart pe call kiya aur unko pura matter bataya aur ye v ki mujhe different brand received huaa hai, then filipkart ke side se pickup ke like approve kiya gya,
26 Oct ko ekart ka delivery boy pickup ke liye aaya but usne pickup karne se mana kar diya aur mere aur mere mother se sath unprofessional language me baat ki, aur bola ki same brand doge tabhi pickup Karenge, aur chala gaya. Jab ki Maine paihle hi ye mentione Karaya that apne complain me ki different brand receive huaa hai, but usne pickup nahi kiya aur reason me ye dal diya ki Maine damage product diya tha, but mere pas us time ka video recording hai jab delivery boy pickup ke liye aaya that, aur jisme ye clear hai ki Maine damage product nahi diya tha.
Ye sab hone ke bad mai fir flipkart pe call kiya aur fir apna matter bataya, aur fir 27 Oct se 10 Nov tak ye sab chalta rha, mai flipkart ko call karta raha aur wo "24 to 48 hours ka time" bol bol kar mujhe presan karte rahe. Is bich flipkart ka v call bahot baar aaya but koyi resolution nahi Mila, fir last call mujhe 10 November ko aaya filpkart ke side se aur bataya gaya ki apka pickup fir se arrange kiya gya hai jo ki 17 no ko kiya jayega, aur is bar apko koyi paresani nahi hogi. Then fir 17 Nov ko ekart ka delivery boy pickup ke liye aaya, but ye Banda dusra tha, usne v fir se pickup ke liye mana Kar diya, aur apne senior se baat kar ke bola ki apka Jo v issue hai uski koyi v jankari hmare pas nahi hai, ham flipkart ko mail karenge fir jaisa hoga aage vaisa kiya jayega, aur chala gya.iska matlab ye tha ki flipkart ne abhi tak ekart se contact nahi kiya tha, sirf mujhe 24 to 48 hours bol bol kar fasa rakha tha, then Maine fir call kiya flipkart ko aur fir Sara matter bataya, to fir mujhe bataya gya ki apki complain le li gayi hai so apka pickup cancel nahi hoga aur jald se jald apko update kiya jayega. But aaisa kuchh nahi huaa aur fir pickup cancel kar diya gya seller ke end se. Jab ki main continuously flipkart se contact me tha. Ye sab fir 17 Nov se 29 Nov tak chala aur fir mere pas flipkart ka call aaya aur ye bataya gaya ki apko fir se replacement diya ja raha hai, aur pickup date 4 Dec ka diya gya, then fir Maine wait kiya, but 4 Dec ko delivery boy pickup ke liye nahi aaya jab ki mera replacement vala product hub me aa chuka tha, so Maine fir call kiya flipkart ko to unhone rat 7 baje tak wait karne ko kaha. Par 4 Dec ko delivery boy nahi aaya. Aur fir mujhe ek msg aaya flipkart ke side se ki kisi karan se aaj pickup nahi ho paya so apko 5 Dec tak ka time diya ja raha hai, but aaj 5 Dec hai aur abhi tak mujhe delivery boy ka koyi call nahi aaya, aur Na hi pickup ka koyi msg, jab flipkar ko call kiya to fir 24 to 48 hours vali baat bola gya.
Mai bahot presan huaa Hun is pure matter me, then ab agar mai koyi v action lunga flipkart ya ekart ke against to flipkart khud uske liye responsible hoga."

Mujhe 24 to 48 hours ka time diya gya tha.. but koyi resolution nahi Mila.
Aur ye log mujhe 26 October se esi tarah bewkuf bana rahe hain. Jab call karta Hun 24 to 48 hours ka time diya jata hai but fir sare so jate hain. Ispe action liya jaye. Nahi to in feature me koyi v kadam uthaunga to uske liye flipkart responsible hoga.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
they have blocked my account and giving me some [censored] reasons without any proof.i dont use any of the ordered product for resale.so stop harrasing your consumers flipkart
