Have requested refund because recieved a defective phone twice. But it's been more than 15days Flipkart is simply playing with me increasing days n not accepting my request.i had ordered a Lenovo phab2 which was defective n so took a replacement but the other phone is also defective.n Flipkart is not bothered to resolve my issue.they are playing giving me fake mails n msgs about tech visit but since now no technician have visited nor I have got any refund.i have read the Flipkart return policy which clearly specifies that i[censored] r not satisfied with the product simply return it to us.but forget about the satisfaction m getting problems still Flipkart is not solving it.i want my refund now wihtout any time wasted because it's already 15days i have been calling them everyday but no problem is solved.please help me!

No issues have been solved yet. And the technicians are so smart that they dnt even recieve the calls and when they do they are either not well or have met with an accident. What a fake website. Flipkart has been the best website for me but my opinion has changed about it now. Have purchased many costly things from Flipkart but they lost a worthy customer by their unprofessional and cheap behaviour.

      I have ordered honour 9 lite on 7th feb 2018, my order was not conform and my amount 10, 999₹ has been debited from my hdfc credit card after that i have contact customer support they have said that refund has been initiated and within 8 working days money will credit and now its almost 20days i have not yet received my amount and customer support is still keep on postpone my issue for further and from my side i have contacted my hdfc bank they said that money have been debited by flipkart india on 17-feb-2018 and provided me proof of authorities code of transaction i have forwarded details to flipkart i have not yet received any response.

        I have placed online order for phone booking & after successfully placing i was waiting for my order delivery but today i came to know that my order has been cancel. Its really ridiculous to see that truenet commerce has cancel my order without any communication, i have been trying for a long time for placing this order & after successfully placing my order. Its a fraud by the seller & flipkart really doesn't care about it.

        Very bad service by flipkart & the vendor truenet commerce seems like they are selling the products in black.
        I Ordered only one piece why you guys cancelled that one in order to provide equal quantity to all customers what was that logic equally providing means not providing even one piece also
        I had placed a order redmi 5a after half an hour my order had been cancelled without any reason

          I had received a gift card in the form of e-gift voucher worth Rs. 5, 000. I am not a regular flipkart user. Due to oversight i missed on redeeming the e-gift voucher. It expired recently. Now, Flipkart guyss won't extend the expiry.

          The point is that how can flipkart so conveniently eat up all the money. Even after requesting to condone the delay in redemption effort and also after requesting that worst case they may levy some sort of penalty, flipkart won't agree.

          It is utter nonsense that due to oversight, flipkart will loot all your money. One person has gifted to the other person. Flipkart is an intermediary. Have you ever heard a platform provider taking away all the gift money an not considering any sort of delay? This is absolutely bizarre. They just cant get away with such ridiculous behaviour.

          The first rule of business is to please the customers and not loot them. Do you guys at flipkart have no ethics? Okay you guys are loss making, but this is certainly not the way to adopt to turn into a profit making entity.

          Such ethics will only help you lose your customer base.

          What if somebody gifts are worth 1, 00, 000 or more? Do you really think you should forfeit? At the most charge you commission and earn you margin, levy delay charges...but eating up the entire principal amount is just not acceptable.

          I hope that my concern will be addressed positively.

              I have ordered (OD[protected] using Gift card.I had issue with size, I looked for exchange but not available hence booked for refund.My gift card expired but I got msg as refund will be successful.

              Even if gift card expires end of day it is money, why can't you repay it?

              Flipkart customer care says its their policy to cheat people like this by not giving money and item...Why you have such beggar policy to steal customer money???

              In application it shows refund successful... For whom??let it b even 5rs it is our money why you wanted that???

              Either give my money or the product of M size.

                I requested for a replacement of Moto E4 plus as its display is not working well and the mobile is a defective​. They called and said they will send a service engineer by 28th of this month. Their authorized service partner Jeeves sent a message that on 26th around 10am itself a guy will come and check. But no one came. As i called customer care they said it will be solved​. I got messege that before 2.30pm of 28th will be solved. Agian they sent a message that 6pm of 28th. But no response from service partner Jeeves. They are just delaying it. Fake promises again and again.

                They sent a technician guy. He said it is a software issue. The touch is good. By hard resetting the problem is solved. I hope it won't happen again.

                The seller rejected my return request without visiting of technician guy. When i called flipcart customer service they just said the same thing. Now again they started from beginning. Agian they scheduled technician visit. Now I am ready to raise a complaint in consumer court. When read about seller reviews big cheaters. They did same to many. Iam ready to lodge a complaint if they are not resolving problem.

                The technician guy came and checked the problem. He said it is a software issue. He gave a hard reset. The phone is working finely now. I hope the same problem won't occur again. Thanks for the response.

                            I ordered these 2 products from flipkart received 2 of same product in completely worn out and broken and with fungus and parasites in product.

                            I tried reaching for refund and i am told that by flipkart that no refund will be given on these product and only chance is replacement so i agreed but not getting even replacement as product seller have sent me product of other brand and pick up guy disagree to pick as there is no branding in product

                            2 prasities product is lying in my home and i can't even throw them as they would require for replacement daily prasities are running in my house also none of flipkart coustmer care executive is able to resolve i have talked to saurabh raj senior khyati sweta and pankaj but they are giving protocolish answer nd no surety or clear information on steps further

                            I think it's enough i am going to do free publicity for these harassment on social front these is clear case of cheating and stealing money

                                  I purchase the handset from flipkart & same delivered on 15th feb' 18, & past 7 days i m facing concern with network connectivity issue & same was inform to flipkart but they didn't response correctly & said that will resolve concern soon but still no response from their side.                                   So request you to resolve my concern as soon as possible & if possible so help to replace the headset

                                  Recently flipkart technical person visited at my address & said mobile have network connectivity issue, so please help to resolve my concern as flipkart customer care executive said we can't help now.                                   Customer complained staing that his mobile is having connectivity issue.
                                  We interacted with customer and informed that as per tech visit we got an update from technician that his issue has been fixed by the technician & there is no defect in the device. Hence, we're closing the complaint from our end.

                                  As per today's visit by technician, mobile have some connectivity issue while using internet & also he click the picture of my mobile for update but flipkart executive said that there is no Paramanent resolution on this problem & also said that if facing same problem then again call to customer care & now they said we will not doing anything according to status & field executive said I will update you soon. But still no resolution given by flipkart team
                                  I have booked/ordered a Redmi 5A smartphone through flipkart flash sale on 23rd February. Order was confirmed as shown on flipkart page. But after few seconds a sms was delivered that my order has been cancelled by the seller.
                                  Why this type of cheating with me?

                                  I am regular costumer in flipkart... I am purchase redmi 5A mobile 2 peace but 1st peace charger pin breaked and 2nd peace charger is already off... Not working on mobile and I am contact to pickup center instantly. And use your replacement service... But flipkart have blocked my account... Permanently

                                    From the very first day of my purchase of xolo era 3x from flipkart, the phone continuously hangs and also gets frequently switched off, and has over heating problem.
                                    I tried to get a replacement of the handset from flipkart, so i put up a replacement request from flipkart site. But within 3 days they closed the issue without any solution. This has turned down for the third time and yet no solution has been provided. It's really frustrating to not get any help from flipkart over such a defective mobile.
                                    Please help on the issue. Find the details below:

                                      Hi flipkart this regarding the mobile purchase of samsung a9 pro iam sending pics abt the invoice its yet under warranty but the cudnt claim warranty from samsung cause they say it's malaysian origin i need clarification according to the imei number and serial number its highlighted as vaccum cleaner but the imei and serial number from my mobile it says its samsung mobile model a9 pro... Kindly solve my issue... I feel iam cheated the imei and serial number on box and the invoice from flipkart is tallied but the imei number on phone software is sumthin else...

                                      Purchased Samsung mobile model a9 pro black but imei in flipkart invoice is sumthin else had visited Samsung authorized centre's in banglaore but can't claim warranty cause it's not Indian origin...

                                        Flipkart has cancelled my order of high demand redmi 5a phones which i have booked after a long time. They have prevously also cancelled my order of jbl headhones wihout any reason.

                                        When i contacted they are saying that it was cancelled because you have placed two orders. They have never mentioned that order will be cancelled if you order more than one on their site or any where else.

                                        If second order is not allowed then they should not allow me to order that.

                                        They have cancelled both orders.
