Sir i purchased moto e4 plus from flipkart and after 3 days i complained about defect in sound and they sent their technician... Sir technician tried to resolve it but was not properly resolved.. I also complained to him that it's not properly done.. But he said it's better than before but was not as original... I requested for replacement within 10 days but they denied.. As per company norms if customer not satisfied with the product, he/she can claim for replacement within 10 days.

      Flipkart sent me a faulty phone and i make request within 10 days for return/replacement. No response after so many conversations. Every time Flipkart customer care saying wait for 2-3 days and very unprofessional behavior by disconnecting call. False commitment done by their technician who visit to my place. Phone has hanging problem, works slow and back cover is loose.

      customer had raised the issue with regards with the defective phone received as we interacted with the customer and we have arranged for the technician visit thrice to customer location and the issue has been resolved so informed customer as there is 1 year of manufacturing warranty requested customer to visit Authorize service center so customer has agreed for the same hence closing the complaint from our end.

        While placing order of honor 9 lite (32gb), it was showing delivery is not available on given pincode 411037. But when i was trying with 64gb variant, it was allowing me to place the order.
        What was the scenario please help me with my query as dont want to miss in tomorrow's fash sale.

        Due to some reasons my registration number is deactivated.so i want to activate it for log in to flipkart app.
        I orderd a power tempered glass for Samsung galaxy s7 on sunday 25th February 2018 and got a another temlered glass which does not fit my phone.Thus i got cheated and the product is not returnable. What shoud i do ??

          Your product page says "cash on delivery option is not applicable for this flash sale". So this means only online payment is available... But the product goes out of stock in some about 5-10 seconds??

          How the hell is this possible?? Even god can't check out so fast! To pay through the online payment option one person at least need 1-2 minutes if he has an insanely fast internet connection. How the phone can go out of stock with 10 seconds??

          You are literally running a scam. Flipkart & mi, you are cheating people with all these nonsense just to create a hype & hoax. You are the biggest fraudster in india.

            Dear sir,

            I have taken part in the flash sale of redmi note 5 pro black colour 4gb ram/ 64 gb rom veriant at 12 pm on 7th march 2018 and in earlier flash sale while the flash sale started the phone was succesfully added to cart on 7th march, 2018 but while trying to pay for the phone which was already added to cart, within the next 2-3 second, it is shown as payment failed and item out of stock.

            This is extremely fraudulent and corrupt behavior and doesn't suit a market giant as big as flipkart. I totally understand that the mi products have high demand and go out of stock in seconds during the flash sale but what i experienced today is completely unprofessional and unethical.

            How can it be out of stock if i have already added it to cart. Is this a right practice to do business? How can product will out of stock within 2-3 second?...

            After calling to the customer care, your customer care excutive - mr vikas behave badly with me. Kindly take urgent action to provide me the product as mentioned above. It is really you are making fool to the respected citizen of this society. This is the matter to taken to the consumer court.

            I am very annoyed with behavior and may quit flipkart permanently.

              There might be some Fraud. I wanted to buy Pro model today (7th March 2018). More than 5 of my friends tried along with me to buy this phone at 12PM. But it showed "out of stock" from the beginning both in website and in mobile. But normal version of Redmi Note 5 was available for more than 5 minutes. I think they didn't had any "Pro" model in stock today and faked sale.
              My order number is OD[protected] .. placed today and when checked again its cancelled .. talked with flipkart on fb n they said its due to some unforeseen constraints..
              what is that now ... took me 3 weeks to book phone and now its cancelled..
              i want my order .. do anything and get it delivered it to me asap

                I want to buy redmi note 5 pro. But when the sale start at 12 noon. The product did not snow buy now or add to cart. It directly shows out of stock. This was happen to me 3 times. Plz do some thing that every one will get chance to buy the phone.

                As my suggestion u can register the customer before the sale an during the sale sale the registed customer can easily but the product. It also help you about the product demand.

                    This complaint is being submitted with extreme frustration of an online shopper

                    As you have known already, online flash sales for redmi note 5 pro has been on since last february. I've been trying so hard to get a click on buy now/add to cart option for the past 2 sales but luck wasnt on my side i thought.

                    Today, i have tried and finally got to add the phone in to the cart at 12:00pm and while i clicked next on the payment options, the phone was checked out as out of stock which i believe is cheating/fraud by the seller/flipkart whatever.

                    Considering the goodwill of your company and customer interests need a valid clarification or resolution for this online flash sales fraud

                      Flipkart is a big cheater so do not believe in this flash sale. They say sale at 12 noon at the particular day but at exactly at 12 noon they put out of sale. They are making others wasting valuable time. I wasted my time with them for two weeks. Sold out is added at exactly 12.00 pm. Why do they make like this others fool. Please stop these kind of cheating. If no products available then do not make it for sale. If you have 10 products then sell it in your own office.

                        This is extremely fraudulent and corrupt behavior and doesn't suit a market giant as big as flipkart.                         I am trying since last three flash sale to buy redmi note 5 pro. Last two sale, it was just hard luck that i couldn't buy it.

                        Today, with extreme caution, care and preparation i was able to add the product to the cart. But the product immediately went out of stock while it was in the cart. As far as a fair policy goes, a consumer should be given some time to check out. It was within fraction of a second that it went out of stock.

                        Completely fraudulent, rigged and corrupt system.

                          Recently i have purchased a pc game but after many attempts and communication with the game service provider i was unable to play the game. Therefore i apply for refund and it has been approved and asked me for bank details.
                          But to my great surprise the flipcart suddently told me that the product is belongs to "no return" category and your pc has no basic requirement for the game. So clarify the followings:-
                          How you have known that my pc does not meet minimum requirement? And from the flipcart page how one can identify that a product is belongs to "no returns" category? Within a span of less than 12 hours how two version for a single issue can be communicate from a flipcart?

                            From the day 1 it was damaged and i came to know after using it for sometime.
                            When i tried for return, they are asking me to submit the mrp tag which was not there with the product.
                            I have been given only the warrenty card and the box.
                            I need refund of my money.

                            When i contacted coustomer care of flipkart and told about my complaint. They are telling me that MRP tag is a must for return and it will never be missing with the product.
                            They are not agreeing that MRP tag was not there and the product is a defective one.

                              I am order fastrack watch on flipkart order id od[protected] which is delivered 23/02/2018. When i open packet im shocked because inside the packet watch is not available only fastrack box is available.
                              Please help me.
                              I also complains flipkart customer care but he told me to wait 3 to 4 day. After 4 day i call again to flipkart he told me to wait again 3 to 4 days.

                                password recovery of flipkart account

                                I failed to login the flipkart account, hence i tried to recover the same by clicking "forgot password", on both my mobile app and desktop browser.

                                I got otp on both email and phone number but it said that "please try again after sometime.." when i input the otp and new password.

                                I have tried couple of times and tried to reach customer care but all in vain.

                                Also, if i try to sign up as a new customer,...

                                  I purchased MOTO M on[protected] order ID: OD[protected]. From that day onwards it has problem when switching off and on. when switched-on the cell some shaking lines are appearing on the screen long time. It was continues up to 3 months, after that charging problem occurred. Then i gave to service center for solving the problem. They told me it was charging board problem it has been changed by them. Even though shaking lines are same repeated again after few days i went service center explain about the problem they told it might be mother board problem. After that they called me and confirmed it was mother board problem. They changed the mother board also, but battery charging was not properly it took long time to charge nearly 10 hours and discharging with in 2 hours. On this problem again gave to service center for solving the problem, they told that it was a battery problem, It also has been changed.
                                  The present situation, 15 hours taken time for full charge 99% . After one hour using it was switched off. Present position is dead position.
                                  So please give me money back to my account. I will send your phone by courier or will handover to your persons. If not i will go to consumer court.

                                      I ordered a combo of shoe(world wear footwear combo[protected], i got the product on 28/2/2018.i tried the shoes and i found that it is tight so i requested a replacement of shoe of 10 number size.
                                      Delivery boy came and without any reason he said your shoes can not be replaced, i asked why then he replied that talk to customercare, then i also talked to customercare but no action was taken and they did not replaced my shoes.
                                      I request that please replce my shoes with size of 10 number.
