    In spite of repeated complaints flipkart keeps saying that refund has been processed, they can not even provide an arn number for bank reference. They tell me to contact bank and raise chargeback dispute request, but for that arn number is required by citibank. I am tired of contacting them repeatedly for help.

    I keep getting calls from their escalations team saying this is being taken care of and they would contact me after a few days. But no concrete solution so far from flipkart's end.

    Eventually i raised a dispute request with citibank and got a provisional credit but for a "transaction failed" type dispute. For a chargeback dispute, i will need arn number which flipkart doesnt want to provide me.

      Dear sir, i have requested one product from flipkart before 10 days. i recieved duplicate product from supplier when i talk with customer executive they said we replace you a product i said him please send me original otherwise don't waste time they again send me a duplicate product that i recieved today.
      i call to customer care and i asked who is the responsible for this they says supplier is responsible for this. Let me know who had appoint supplier to sell such duplicate things in your site.
      They said we do not have answer. only they asking one things you want to get money back or not.
      i am very disappointed with such type of answer and waste my time.
      I am asking you one things that you are selling product without any clarification from supplier and if it is sold then good otherwise we will take return.
      I am also asking one things to customer representative that can you provide me a detail of action taken by you on supplier they says we are not.
      what is the meaning of it?

      I am not satisfy with this type of service i want extra amount as a penalty to give such a duplicate item and waste my time.
      i am wait from your reply for one day and share same things to all our social media to aware all about the things happen here.

      Customer raised a complaint as he received duplicate product even after replacement, asking for compensation.
      We interacted with customer, apologised for the inconvenience caused. Issued refund for the product. Politely denied for the compensation. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

        My name is Prashanth and I ordered Milton Duo DLX 1000 ml Bottle orange color from Flipkart on Jan 23, 2018.Although in a review customers who purchased it they mentioned about fraud doing by both seller and Flipkart.They sent me a silver color bottle and i placed return complaint. I did not get my product until today.Today date is 16 Feb 2018 so total 24 days got over. But on Amazon, i did not face these kinds of issues.Friends, please do not trust Flipkart.If you want to buy go for Amazon.Even dont go for snapdeal.They are big cheaters.

            I have ordered lenovo k8 plus phone from flipkart which is supposed to deliver on 12-feb. Delivery boy didnt delivered the item and rejected delivery saying undelivered. When i submitted feedback to e-cart, they have called me 10 times and told me that mobile got delivered and please give us good rating as it will go against there incentive and all. When i reached home, project was undelivered.

            Now i am trying to contact all escalation level who called me entire yesterday, they are not picking up phone and not delivering product.

              Hi team,
              I am ashish and my order was supposed to deliver on 13th to 14th feb but not yet delivered. I am continously following up with flipkart team but team is not giving any resolutions instead telling system is down and we can't help.

              Please check and help me with order
              I am attaching screenshot which shows that order id and above flipkart message that item is late.

              I am continously asking flipkart team to co-ordinate with logistics team and check the status of item, but team says we can't do it. I am requesting for escalations but team is not escalating issue with logistics team.
              As a customer i have requested to provide for logistics number but team refuses everytime saying system is not up.

              Please escalate and resolve this asap.

                I have been following up with flipkart for refund against order returned of rs 561. At the time of placing order i had paid by icici credit card in the month of december 2017. Flipkart claimed that they had transferred money to icici bank and provided payment reference number and auth id along with date. When contacted icici bank they said they had not received any such amount via the mentioned reference number. And hence the refund was not credited to my account. Icici bank also asked for bank account number from where payment was made. However flipkart refused to provide any more details. When asked icici bank they told me that as issuing customer i can not raise the charge back. Since the transaction is initiated by merchant ie flipkart, charge back need to be raised by flipkart. The email from bank was forwarded to flipkart however flipkart refused to raise the charge back. Looking at the denials from flipkart for raising charge back as well as for sharing any details, i doubt if the payment of the claimed amount was transferred to icici bank by flipkart. Also i doubt the payment reference number provided by flipkart is correct or forged for the mentioned claim amount. Even escalating this to highest authority has not resolved the matter after two months of follow up. Please help to resolve.

                      Ordered a washing machine from flipkart & the dimension's mentioned online were completely wrong as the dimension was mentioned (depth 56 cm but actual depth is 62 cm ) so i asked that please refund my money as this dimension is big for my place
                      they said sir it's replacement only policy & we'll replace you the product
                      now, one thing i don't understand is that how will other machine that is same brand same specification, same model be any different
                      one customer care representative even told me that sir see the manual for dimension( i mean are you serious, objects in front of me, what will i do by reading the manual)
                      these are completely fraudulent malpractices people at flipkart are pursuing

                          I have bought 2 cricket bat for my young kid against order umber OD[protected] items) from flipkart value of Rs 3600. I have paid cash on delivery, When I have open the thing surprice to see that inside duplicate bat are there instead original SG make duplicate are easily available in market of Rs 500 each. I speak to customer care immediately and they are saying that they will replace the item and I will receive original this time but I am not sure. My kid need to play a tournament and I can not effort to buy from others. Please look into matter seriously as it i s a matter of his future. Also flipkart excutive told over phone that they are marketing only and no money shall be return and item shall only be replaced. I agree but they should make sure that no duplicate item should be on their website when they are mentioning that 100% authontic aproducts. (Picture enclosed.
                          When I ask them to provide a certification that it is original, they have refused then in this case how they mention 100% authentic??

                              Od[protected] i received the message that it was delivered. But it was not delivered to my home. This is not fare. The person told us that product was heavy he cant deliver home. So then y we send the address and all things. Your delivery teams are not good for your work. Now we have to take auto or taxi to take the product from your office it will cost 150 rs who will pay the taxi charges i need a full explanation. We people are trusting you guys because you people deliver to home.

                                The item tupperware polypropylene steamer was in deliver but it doesn't reach us and now it is showing that the item was returned. It was an urgent order. But we realize that now flipkart and it's delivery department is in the careless manner. We didn't expect these from you. We were waiting for our product. But now it is cancelled and when we decided to order it once more, it shows that it is in out of stock. Now we are disliking the flipkart as this problem was occured. Flipkart had a good approach to us. But now it changed. Now we are in a situation which making us hate the flipkart. We are believing that you will approach this complaint as a good way and solve this problem as soon as possible. Now also we are believing you as always.

                                      Have orderd transcedence 2 tb hard drive which costs me rs 2999 on 9th of feb 2018 by cash on delivery and the order is confirmed by flipkart via email but they cancelled my order on 14th feb by saying that there currier partner unable to deliver
                                      My order id is od[protected]
                                      Which i think is rubbish. This is the second time that my order got cancelled..

                                      Please help me out... I want the product because due to that offer i cancel my producr on amzon which cost is 3500 on sale and now its price is 8000. Or i will (Complaining state consumer dispute redressal solution) for that order.

                                        I ordered redmi 5a grey 16 gb today. (15/02/2018) i got confirmation mail from flipkart. However afterfew minutes they sent me email saying your order is canceled... How can they cancel my order without consulting or without any explanation... I got that phone in flash sale and now i have to wait for 1 week.. Please help me with this problem as soon as possible...
