I had ordered a laptop on 29/06/2017 from flipkart (Product name - dell core i3 6th gen - 4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home 5559 notebook (Black color) which was delivered on 07/07/2017. But the delivered product was different from the ordered product. The laptop which has been delivered to me has the product name dell inspiron core i3 - 4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home 5559 notebook (White color).

Also, the product package did not contain the product key and certification of authenticity. Product key is required to install ms office in the system, due to which i was not able to install ms office in my system.

I lodged a complaint on 10/07/17 with flipkart customer care about the inability to install ms office and non - receipt of certificate of authenticity along with the package. They assured for resolution of the problem by 12/07/2017. But i did not get any response nor any technician from the flipkart team visited to my place for this matter.

Afterwards, i asked for a replacement of the product on 12/07/2017. I got a mail from flipkart stating that they will resolve my problem by 14/07/2017. Due to the probable delay in receiving the actual product, i decided for return of the product and requested for refund on 13/07/2017. Then i got a mail stating that my return requests have been closed and a new return has been created. The new return and refund request was accepted by flipkart on 14/07/2017. They assured me for resolution of the problem by 15/07/2017 7 p. M..

Even after filing a complaint for product return and refund on 13/07/2017, i have not yet received a single correspondence from flipkart till date as to what would be the probable date and time for delivering the actual product.

Kindly help me for getting the refund money and expedite the refund process. The screenshots of the mail correspondence have been attached herewith.

As per the complaint there is internal followup made and once the product is picked up the refund will be processed and issue will be resolved.

Flipkart Team then sent a mail asking to resolve the issue till 7pm (15 July, 2017). Even after this time elapsed, there was no call or mail from the team. I called up the customer support around 7:15 pm and asked for a call back. The team called back and the assistant on the other end could not provide any solution and hence I asked for an escalation and was made to hold for another 40 minutes and no one picked the call. Eventually I was forced to cut the call(Screen shot of the call attached). I was then assured through mail that the issue will be resolved by 12 pm, July 18, 2017. Again, there was no follow up and upon calling the customer support and talking to Mr. Gaurav Vyas (Manager), he said a replied that the matter has been escalated and the product will be picked up by July 21, 2017 latest and the money will be refunded in 7 days. Though over call it was stated that the same will be refunded in a day.

The above situation is unacceptable and the refund (Rs. 36, 990/-) needs to be processed immediately along with damages for wasting my time and for prolonging refund.

    I want to cancel the order for a redmi note 4 phone[order id: od[protected], date: 14/07/17], but the cancellation process seems not working. Even though after continues attempts to cancel, the status is not getting updated and i have not received any intimation regarding cancellation. Customer care service is horrible as they are always busy to attend the call. Neither the call back function nor the live chat service is active now. And the funniest part is that for customer service through email they claim to respond within 24 hrs, but the response is an auto generated email asking for response time of yet another 48 hr. I have already paid the amount through net banking. My item has not been shipped as of now, as per the status from their website. And company policy mentions that an item not shipped can readily be cancelled and refund will be done immediately.

        I got the tv with a broken display. Even after 11 days of lodging complain with flikart they had not sent anyone to pickup the product. I am contacting them regularly but the are not giving any resolution. My order id od[protected]. Amt paid 35000. The tv is still sitting in my home. I work in other city and due to this i am not able to join there. I am losing that money by sitting here.

          Sir this is my order id od[protected] i have ordered this product on july 11 2017 i was ordered reebok ultra speed shoes for 2469 rps but this flip kart people have send me different reebok shoes with different price tag box i was complained this on same day within 1 hour they told me that they will take the product and refund the amount immediately i explained them clearly what product i have received and i ask them send mail to courier person also they have informed me we have escalated the issue to courier team also but they told me this will happen within 14th july 2017 but they have promised to pick up product only on 15th july 2017 that courier person came to my home and he was refused to get product from me because he dint get mail from flip kart so we cant pick up the order this type of issues we are facing often from flip kart and e kart people this people are trying to loot money from customers. We are explaining problem about the products to flip-kart and they are asking apology for their mistake and telling that courier person will come and pick up the order after courier person came but he was refused to take that product saying that we dint receive mail from flip kart after talking with customers executives they are telling that sorry we will solve the problem in next 24 hrs this is the way this flip kart people and e kart people are trying to cheat customers even though e kart office persons is complaining this is happen in flipkart not only for me lot of customers are facing this type of problems in flipkart so i request consumer court to take action against flipkart for cheating customers very badly i have every proof with me chating voice record screen shots etc i was very shocked to see both flipkart and ekart about fraud chain process

          I ask every one dont buy products in flip-kart they and their sellers and courier service are big fraud services even though i ordered mobile 2 days back i just cancelled that order after their fraud activities i ask every one plz be back to get products in flipkart. I can say amazon is best online site to get products they will give respect to customers their first preference is only customers and rest is next if it is amazon they will take immediate action and refund the money. Even amazon is fourign company but customers executives are good and also available for regional languages but flip kart is indian company they can speak only in english they dont know regional langauges but this is indian company lot of customers are facing with flipkart see this story is big but this is true

          I will be out of station on monday for one week i beg you consumer to take action against flip kart and refund the money iam attaching screen shot how flipkart is cheating customers every time when we calling their executives their response is our system is down call after 1 or 2 hours

          Today They have promised to pick up product from me and refund the money even i asked them lot of times did you share mail to e kart people they have informed we already shared this product issue to e kart this time that mistake will not happen again we are sorry for that previous mistake but today wishmaster came to my home and he did same process once again he refused to get product from my dad saying that that he didnt receive mail from flipkart so far this reason we are refusing to pick up product and he told flipkart people has not updated anything to us so this is they are trying to cheat customers again and again this process is going on for more than 5 days again i called flip kart executive and chat and they are telling your issue will be resolved within 2 days aim really upset on flip kart aim having their chat recordings etc with me how they are cheating their customers they told me if wishmaster rejects once again we will take action against ekart manager but hear big fraud is flipkart when i said this they told me to wait for 2 days issue will be resolved and they have given me request number IN[protected] only they are giving reference number but try to cheat me very badly they have not yet called me regarding this issue from the begging i was calling them about my product i ask consumer to take action against them they are trying to cheat customers badly iam ready to do whatever against flipkart

                    I have purchased a mobile set i. E. Redmi note 4 from flipkart on 16th may 2017. And during that period flipkart provides an offer of mmt voucher of 2500 rs. But till now i didn't received any voucher. The last deadline date of sending voucher is 30 june 2017. But they didn't send the gv till now. Almost daily i contact with flipkart with their call support facility and their representative assured me that their back end team will contact me and most of the time they didn't contact me and if they contact they assured me to send voucher within 24-48 hours. But in actually they didn't send. They are only making fool to peoples by telling about these offers. Please helo me as soon as possible...

                    After complaining with you., one of the back end team representative of flipkart call me and assured me that they will send me mmt vouchers within 24-48 hours. It was assurance given by them but they didn't send me voucher as usual. Now after 48 hours of their call i again contact them via call and now they again tell me that one of our representative will call you back. But as i tell they give me assurance that they send vouchers by 48 hours but they didn't send it. So please help me as i am in a big trouble. Please help me to provide MMT vocher of 2500 rs as soon as possible..

                      I send many mail last 75 days to flipkart and phone pe both but flipkart said contact to phone pe and phone pe said contact flipkart for refund money rs 474which was paid cash to delevry person when priduct arrived and paid also phone pe app which was flipkart infome us they refund due to no update in syatem i need ro pay cash to delevey person rs 474 after call amd conform to flipkart help center and they inform me to pay cash to him as they have recoding i guess for this. Now almost going to 3 month in this 3 month many many mail send to both companys but they play games with me still i dont get my money back this very bad which i provide each and every details order no flipkart is od[protected] whcih was show cash on delevery. And i paid now i am provide phone pe money was paid true app id p1705181012254128574556. Which paid true phone pe same amount 474. For same again order number so i paid twise them but for this they tack 75 days to conform and till now i dont no who going to refund my money i am tied of this i call many many time both company same answer getting from both side contack latter very bed please find attachment u can find all. Mails and the one i paid true to phone pe reciprt also

                              So one of the two watches is defected the lens is completely broken.
                              I want an replacement or refund.

                                Dear team,
                                I got this mobile on 14 july and after using it i found its battery performance is worst and it is continuously heating up and some of the important function is not available or not working properly.
                                And when i contacted with flipkart guys they said that refund doesn't comes under our policy for mobile and as per their policy i have to carry with this defected product.
                                Kindly look into this and help me to refund my amount so i can purchase a new phone.
                                Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                        I recently placed an order by paying the full amount. By mistake the order got canceled. Now, i no where see anything regarding my order. The detail are vanished. I've my money deducted from my bank account.
