I had bought Moto X (2nd Gen) in Flipkart. I wanted to buy a new phone using the exchange offer. Wanted to exchange my Moto X (2nd Gen) for a new phone. When I type in the IMEI, it always gives me, "IMEI does not match with brand/model." Been following up with Flipkart customer support on phone and Facebook for about a month. They have acknowledged the issue but not able to resolve it. I feel totally cheated and never expect such poor deliverance....

I have ordered OBS battery from flipkart, within one week battery got dead so i have requested to replace battery. They have replaced battery but the replaced battery again turned out to be faulty. I was out of station for one month so i was not able to complain again as per flipkart policy .
This was quite unexpected from flipkart. I would like them to take the necessary action....

Flipkart gave me the bad quality redmi xiomi note 3 phone. They gave me the worst quality phone. I have seen this phone usually gives a backup of 3 days. In my case even 1 day battery standup is impossible even i am not using any app.
