Flipkart has cancelled the order # OD[protected]. without any reason and without informing me.It was a gift for my uncle and in the last day I got a mail stating that the order is cancelled(after 3-4 days of placing order)

They don't have inclination towards the customers any more, I would suggest everyone not to buy from flipkart as it's just a money making organization rather than a visionary one with lousy and faulty web site and application where you get different kinds of errors.     I was ordered a formal shirt of purple colour from flipkart.com. It is arrived before the expected date delivery though it was good but the colour of the which i was ordered it's not the same. It is pink instead of purple. It's a harassment to the customers who buys any kind of garments from flipkart. I want to exchange my product with my desired one as soon as possible. Very poor & totally unexpected bad service by flipkart.com

      I had ordered a phone of worth INR 24069 from Flipkart. After placing the order i got a response stating that it will get delivered by 19 March 2016 and money got deducted from my account. However, few hours later i received another mail which said since it is not available with the seller and there is no clear date when they will have it in stock again so we are cancelling your order.
      I work in night shift, came around 3 in the morning, irrespective of i being so tired and sleepy, i thought of buying a mobile phone which i need urgently. After spending an hour i ordered a phone and few hours later i get a message that we are canceling the order. This is ridiculous, its so annoying that a person needs some thing urgently however, since there are such fake websites available on internet and he landed one one of them so he will not get anything after spending an hour in the morning around 3 am. This is actually harassment which this website is doing to the poor customers who go to this website for shopping. Why did they display that product on website if it was not available in stock. How can they deduct INR 24069 for any of such products from somebody's account.

      This website is fake and harassing all those people who unfortunately land to it for shopping.

      Please help me and take strict actions against such fake websites.

        I buyed Nike shoes costing rs 5599 from Flipkart on 25th jan of 2016. It was delivered on 14th feb of 2016. On the first hand, the package was damaged and when i opened the box, the shoes were of fake company duplicating 'Nike'.

            I ordered for pearlpet bottles. They sent me the wrong ones, which were also bent inside. I got them replaced and again the second time i got the wrong set of bottles. Then i asked for refund, which they told that i will get after 5 days once the bottles are taken back. Its been 17 days but i still havent got the refund! Although i called the customer care 5 days back and i was told that the issue will be resolved in 2 days. But nothing done till now. Really irresponsible behavior.

                  I brought a Michelin Energy Xm2 4 Wheeler Tyre from flipkart in month of October when I started using tyre it got cracked and tried complain to flipkart many times but no proper response or solution given to me. I myself contacted Michelin service centre regarding this issue but I was shocked after reply given by Michelin service centre they have clearly mentioned that "they don't sell tyre to flipkart " still i have not got refund and Flipkart is cheating people by selling fake products

                      On 11.03.2016, flipkart has refund my amount stating that pin no. Of my address is not correct. However, i have provide the correct pin no.

                      Now, the same product that i have ordered is not displaying on flipkart website. Means the product is out of stock.

                      If product is not available then why the flipkart displayed the same product and why flipkart kept my money for 3 days. I want interest of 3 days as flipkart has used my money for 3 days and after using it refunded to me on 11.03.2016.

                        I had purchased the VU TV 32'' from Flipkart on 8th march 2016 and got the TV delivered on 10 march 2016 morning. I got a call same day from VU for installation and demo. I had communicated earlier to flipkart that I am not available on coming sat and Sunday, so pl complete the installation by 11th mar 2016 EOD. The person who called me was promised me that he will install the TV on 11th march 2016 and will come sharply by 10 am. For him only I delay my office time by 2 hrs. when I called him he was given excuses like he is having training and not able to come. Now you tell me what is your priority. The training or customer service?
                        This is so ridiculous.

                        Secondly when I asked for any other contact of VU service person then Flipkart executive said that they don't have any such contact of VU. If so then why are you selling the product of VU if you don't have any proper communication.
                        I want to escalate this issue to Flipkart as well as VU for not keeping their commitment and worst time management.

                                  Just few days before i travelled abroad, I bought an asus laptop in flipkart because i needed it on urgent basis. At the time of purchase the keypad did not work. Flipkart representative told me to take it to service centre in Nehru place. In order to repair the keyboard, they destroyed the mouse pad. Now that i do not want to take it again to the service centre in nehru place, i called flipkart and opended a claim for replacement/ return, they totally banned me!!

                                  They did not want to help me and and instead told me to go again to the service centre. Now i am with a defective laptop 2 1/2 months old..

                                      I have purchased LeTv Le 1s. Phone is good but it has heating issue and very bad battery Backup. If I use internet on this phone it heated very badly and battery draining very fast. I requested for return but there customer care called me and giving a code to check heating and reject my return request. they trying to complete one month time and trying to avoid return. This is very bad. They return small amount product easily but for mobile they reject the request. I will not buy any thing from Flipkart. Very bad experience. I will not Recommend to any body to buy mobile from flipkart.
