This is a formal complaint against flipkart and i am on the verge of filing a lawsuit against this firm. I have been tortured a lot by this company and i cannot stand it any longer.

Story starts on february 14, v-day, when i thought of ordering this treadmill as a gift for my sister and brother-in-law dipjyoti bora for their wedding anniversary on feb 27. I ordered this product on sun, feb 14, 2016 (Od[protected].

I kept on receiving messages till march 5 that the delivery has been delayed but i came to know from my sister that the box had been delivered on feb 26.

I took the courtesy of informing flipkart customer care that the product has already been delivered and should have been installed by feb 29 as per the timelines.

The saga began from that day and i keep on receiving messages and emails of apology stating that the installation has been delayed and shoul be done by the next day which started as mar 15, 18, 21, 23, 26, 28, 29, 30, .31 and then apr 1, 6... Wow! Are you guys nuts? I don't want this thing anymore and demand flipkart to refund the money and take back the product. I also demand a compensation for all the headache i have gone through! I want a formal apology from the head of flipkart or this thing goes on the air!

          My flipkart registered mobile number is [protected].Flipkart is a very worst online service I have ever seen.They are spending so much money for advertisement by saying Bilkul pakka products.But in reality they are not doing so.I am the best example for this.By my old mobile exchange I have ordered one model of a mobile but i have got another model.Due to this I have lost nearly 3000 since I have given my old mobile for very less price by trusting flipkart.For this issue I have spent more than a month.After these many days of waiting Yesterday I got a confirmation from Flipkart Higher executive escalation team that They are not responsible for their mistakes also and saying customers are only responsible for trusting flipkart.Also they are not bothering about customer concerns even though the mistake is in their side.This is the worst service I have ever faced.So Guys don't go for Flipkart and waste and time like me Because Flipkart is only for earning the money from customers without caring the customer concerns.

            I ordered for lg 32 inch led . The Company is delaying to install led of led of given my address . Which is matter of mental harassment and money fraud.

            Flipkart support daily take one business day for installation and at the end of the day he promise for next day but even i am not receive any call form him or his engineer who will install product .he always says your number is not reachable but i am in town and here no network issue.also i have provide 2 number for this case.

            I had given address on 16 march already he had taken 12 days but not receive any answer from him.so kindly help me .

              I have ordered a carrier split ac to flipkart, which some how i have to cancel the order so requested to cancel the order and to initiate the refund on date 09/03/2016 . But the flipkart says they have refunded back but till date no amount has been reflected in my account .
              I have sent them the bank statement which also shows no transaction of refund has been done from flipkart. But they are not taking action regarding this issue they keep on saying we will call you within 24 hrs, but no call comes from there side, i am not getting any solution regarding this issue.

                Ref: order ID : OD[protected] buying of washing machine

                There was an offer displayed - 10% cashback on SBI debit card on payment page. The offer was auto applied & payment to be debited was reduced to RS 14059. however the amount that got debited was Rs 15, 622

                through email, I asked for the differential amount of Rs 1563 as refund or cancel the order & provide me the full refund in my account. However they refused citing "that an instant discount would not be applied to your order as the maximum instant discount is already applied for the order OD[protected] and hence the total instant discount of Rs.1750/- as per the terms and conditions is already availed."

                If this was the case than how did the offer got applied ? I could have brought the same item cheaper elsewhere .

                I feel cheated as i made the payment of Rs 14059 however they charged me higher without my consent( it was the final payment page where I put the card details). I have the screen shot for reference

                  IPhone 6S ordered through Flipkart was supposed to be a "In-a-day Guarantee Delivery".

                  Apparently even after the item was out for delivery around noon on the day, the eKart delivery man conveniently changed & rescheduled the delivery to next day. When trying to contact the person, his mobile is not reachable as it was switched off, probably he was more interested in watching the T20 cricket match that was going on at that time and was not bothered about Flipkart's "In-a-day Guarantee Delivery".

                  So Flipkart get your logistics right and then only commit. If you can't meet upto such committments, stop advertising in media that "Flipkart matlab is bilkul pakka" its a hoax and you are misguiding your customers.

                  Still waiting to see if the phone thats yet to be delivered is genuine or doctored or something else.

                    I have ordered a pair of shoes on 03/20/2016, and i received the product on 03/25/2016. I have paid COD. While i opened the impressive package. The product what i ordered was not in it. Instead i got a used shoe with different color. I have raised a return and the person came and saw the product and he says it looks used. How the hell i know that a packed parcel i received is a used product or something what i received.
                    Its ridiculous that the delivery person don't wait until we open the product and confirm nor he gives us the product to check and then pay.
                    Looks flip kart is completely fooling the customer by their exciting marketing skills and steals the customer pocket.

                      Sir I have ordered a mobile phone Lenovo vibe k5 plus cash on delivery on 23 March 2016.
                      Having the order number as stated in subject line, but my product hasent reached me yet and have received a mail that the product have been delivered to me screenshot is attached and I have also got the invoice for the same.
                      Have registered a complaint regarding the same but no result your executive just says that I have to order another one. Why should I order another when I have ordered it once.
                      It is requested to you to please do needful and deliver my product as soon as possible. Else I have to go Consumer Forum.

                            Hi,
                            On march 5th i was trying to add gift vouchers to my Flipkart account, and the link were not loading.
                            I raised a ticket with Flipkart the same day.Unfortunately by mistake i gave the voucher no. along with the PIN number.
                            I was totally unaware that something can go wrong here.Then they asked me to provide screenshots of the error.And then on 23rd of March they came back to me saying that out for 5 gift vouchers of 500 rs, 2 have been already used by me for placing order on 19th of march.
                            I told them i have not used any of those voucher.They told me that may be my friend utilized it who gave me gift, If he need to such act why would he do that in march, the coupons were gifted to me in NOV. Anyway i called my friend and confirmed and he is saying he did not even have those details with him now.
                            I asked Flipkart support team that, if you know that someone placed the order why cant you go ahead and ask him that this voucher has been claimed by some other person, can you please verify details.But they are pushing the loss on me and saying you should reach to cyber crime team.
                            Guys please suggest what should be done for such CHEATERS?can you Put me in touch with someone who can help me with this? they are disagreeing on the part of sharing the details of other CHEATER BUYER(who is certainly from there customer support team)who misused the information provided in the support ticket.

                              I ordered a product from flipkart, on october 2015. The order number is od[protected]. The product wasn't functioning properly and i requested for a replacement but that turned out to be defective too. So i requested for a refund. Now it's been more than 6months since i raised the refund request and i haven't received my money yet. It's really annoying now, whenever i call them they say me the same thing that please wait for some days you'll receive your refund, but i haven't received my money.                                 Adfter posting this complaint, i have got a call from ur flipkart employee saying he will be transfering me money of 2700 to my account and he had asked me all the account details and he tried to made a payment of 2700 from my account.I got a call from [protected].i want to know whether flipkart has called me regarding this.
                                Flipkart is a very worst online service I have ever seen.They are spending so much money for advertisement by saying Bilkul pakka products.But in reality they are not doing so.I am the best example for this.By my old mobile exchange I have ordered one model of a mobile but i have got another model.Due to this I have lost nearly 3000 since I have given my old mobile for very less price by trusting flipkart.For this issue I have spent more than a month.After these many days of waiting Yesterday I got a confirmation from Flipkart Higher executive escalation team that They are not responsible for their mistakes also and saying customers are only responsible for trusting flipkart.Also they are not bothering about customer concerns even though the mistake is in their side.This is the worst service I have ever faced.So Guys don't go for Flipkart and waste and time like me Because Flipkart is only for earning the money from customers without caring the customer concerns.

                                  I ordered a pair of size-9 tan 'arther boots' from flipkart.com (See image-1-2).

                                  The seller of the boots i ordered was listed as 'jdrs, ' on flipkart. Instead of the shoes i ordered, they delivered loafers (See image-2)! As if the insult wasn't enough already, the loafers were size-10!

                                  Funny thing, i have received sms confirmations, including order confirmation and delivery confirmation, but the order is not showing on flipkart's order-tracking section.

                                  So far, i have ordered two shoes (The second is the one i'm complaining about). The first pair of shoes i brought were delivered and there are no complaints.

                                  I want the boots i ordered and action against the seller and flipkart.

                                    I ordered an Apple Iphone 6s 16gb (space grey) on 17th march, 2016 .

                                    Then what I got on 19th of march, 2016, gave an immense shock to me .

                                    When I opened the package it contained. a dummy phone .

                                    I made the video while opening the package as it seemed of lesser wait to
                                    me.

                                    I have sent Flipkart he video as well .

                                    My order id was : OD[protected].

                                    First, flipkart promised to solve my problem and provide me with the
                                    solution by 22nd of march, 2016.

                                    Then on 22nd march, I received another mail that your solution will be
                                    given by 24th march .

                                    The time has passed now . I called it's customer services multiple times
                                    but they don't even know the details and the process of your company .

                                    They are so helpless and unaware of everything.

                                    And then They told me that they have invetigated with their courier team and according to them courier team has delivered the right product to me .
                                    Now you only tell me that if I am giving you the video how can I be wrong .
                                    How can I make a fake video ?
                                    I know how much I have saved to buy this phone .
                                    And I can't let go my hardwork's money like this .

                                    I will suggest you to please cancel the order and be on a safer side . It's better to purchase from a shopkeeper beacause he will always be there to solve your problem and you can check your product in front of him .

                                    Please file FIR against Flipkart for cheating otherwise company will file false FIR against you. This was happed to my friend and he win the case and got Rs. 2 Lakhs as compensation from flipkart, court ordered.

                                      I had buy LG 32 inch HD ready LED .product is deliver on 16 March but demo and installation is not done buy flipcart.I had make payment before 15 days but not used product yet.please refund my money with 15 day's interest .because I have pay using credit card.when I call customer support .customer representative provides daily date over date .he promise to me on 23 March product is install but not install yet.                                         I have got myself a brute edt original on the 19th of october with order id [protected]. But yesterday when i tried to use the product there were discrepancies noticed. The product didn't have the essence expected from brute or for that fact there was no essence at all. And second of all the spray of the product wasn't working. This is highly undesirable from a company like flipkart. I have been a loyal flipkart customer and this kind of mishaps won't be tolerated. On one side you flash advertisements of serving original products and on the other you provide such ones. Either you fix the product or compensate us
