This is to keep you all informed that I have been having problems with my phone since the 3rd day, the problem that I had was the screen use to go blank when I attempt to make a call, I had called the customer service and informed the same, then I had to wait for an update, they said they would revert to me by Saturday which is on the 23rd of aug, and then I get a message stating that i would have to wait for another 24 hours, I was okay with that as well, and then I again get a message asking me to wait for another 36 hours, then i called the customer service, then the person i spoke to informed that the seller had sent an Email and had asked to me to go to the service center, I in fact informed that it cannot be a software issue, but then I agreed to go to a service center thought the phone is brand new, Now the problem is the phone does not even power on, Now do u'll think its still a software issue, even if its a software issue i should be facing so much of problems with a new phone and I would like to tell you I am not ready to go to a service center, I have called with in the 10 days warranty duration, and I want that to be honored without giving me a runaround, All i would need is a new replacement or my money back, and please have this issue resolved ASAP..My order number is OD[protected]
