Placed an order for Samsung Mobile phone and it was a confirmed delivery of 3 days as per the site. Till now I have not received the items. They sent it through AFL Couriers. Below is the email confirmation from Flipkart.

I ordered this for my wife's birthday o 5th July 2011. I want compensation from the company for not keeping it's promise.

I can understand what you feel. I have similar problems dealing with big website like letsbuy and flipkart. they think that just because they have good prices they can get away with anything. I am really fed up with these people. they keep advertising on TV and make fools out of people. I have had better experience with smaller websites like www.dealsnow.co.in this is only for corporates such as Infosys and other companies. their prices are good, often better than letsbuy and flipkart. most importantly they care about individual customers like us and the service levels are pretty given that they work with only corporate employees and not general junta. dealsnow seems to have a lot of good deals like tata sky hd, flowers, lots of electronics and other stuff. even my friends at other IT companies use dealsnow

Letsbuy.com — Delay in Delivery

Let me start by telling "Lets not buy in Lets buy".
i ordered 4 stuffs (LG Optimus one,Lap cooling pad,8gb micro sd card,bluetooth[free with LG phone]) on Nov 30 2011.
Dec 5 th i got cooling pad and micro sd card[i was happy :)]
From Dec 7th onward i was calling "THE GREATEST LETS BUY CUSTOMER-CARE" daily some one will pic the phone and ask me to wait for 48 hours even to know the current status of my product. Till DEC 16 the same response from them.
Dec 17th i phoned customer care and asked "Please give me the product or refund my money[8999rs for phone]" they told ok refund will be done after 21 DAYS.Then i asked them to transfer the call to senior person. i asked his the same question. For that the stupid nonsense is replying like "DID YOU READ OUR LETSBUY COMPANY POLICY. WITHOUT READING Y YOU ORDERED THE STUFFS,WE DONT HAVE STOCK NOW SO U NEED TO WAIT OR ELSE WE WILL BE REFUND IN NEXT 21 DAYS". i would like to know who gave power to this useless waste[protected]---- to ask me like that.Then he cut the call. After some times he called me back then by GODS GRACE i got the product on dec 20[only the phone].
then i didn ask about bluetooth. After 7 days i got a call from LETSBUY and they asked ""DID u get ur bluetooth?" i replied "no" .Then i got bluetooth after 3 days.

REMEMBER : IT WILL TAKE 21 DAYS TO GET REFUND{Refer LETSBUY Company Policy } NOTE : My friend cancelled one ordered stuff and its about a month even he was not refunded.

CAUTION : I you could bear with all this things happening to YOU then go ahead with LETSBUY.

    what the hell is this guys... just got my mouse after a long delay and thereafter the product delivered is just full of . It is all crap calling them over and over again . They dont realise that is somebody's hard earned money ...all they want is just to fool people around!!
    Did you try emailing it to them? You might want to say which product. At the end of the day, flipkart is a sales site which can help you for replacement, but ultimately its more convinient to contact the manufacturer's service centre.

      i ordered a motorola wx295 which i received 3 days late from actual delivery date on 2nd july, 2011. order no. OD[protected]. the seal was broken, the IMEI NO. On cellphone and its box were different. the simcard slot was tampered apart from the scratches in the underbody. it had some messages stored in its phone memory sent from a delhite dated in september 2010.

        I ordered Samsung galaxy s2 from Flipkart, the website was showing that phone is available and will be delivered in 6-8 days, from the day I have ordered they have been continuing changing the dates on the website even without bothering me once. When you call them up they say that they don't have the product yet and blaming Samsung for non delivery...there are thousands of Samsung S2 available on ebay but only flipkart don't have them. there executive consider themselves the biggest buyer of the phone even bigger than Croma (owned by TATA), no wonder!!!! if you guys are awake! I posted a review about their service on their website and they removed it.....so they are showing the consumer the wrong picture....wake up guys.....they want to compete with Amazon. Amazon is coming in India in December, watch out you flipkart's though you copied their model but execution is the biggest thing they have....you will go bust once they are in market, as you are losing your credibility day by day..the demise is near..

        I had ordered for bigen
        hair dye of June 12th, 2015. Shipment was done on June18th 2015 and
        they had to deliver by June 22nd 2015. Now they say it will be delivered
        on 25th June 2015.very poor service by Ekart logistics. Goverment of India should cancel this ekart logistics license as there is no contact number or customer care for ekart logistics.

          I placed an order with the website for 3 books (Date of order - 13th June '11. Order no. - OD[protected] ) The email received from them said I would receive all the books in my order in 3-4 days. Their site showed that the books were in stock. I received 2 of the books within 2 days. I waited for a week for the last one. When I logged on to my account on the site after a week to check the order I saw that the book's status was showing up as Cancelled. I called up their customer support and they told me that they were not able to procure the book from their sources and have refunded my money. I checked their site and my book was showing available there but with an increased price! I paid 333/- for it and now it is listed as 428/- I asked the customer service about it and they started saying Maam you ordered the Indian version and that is the International edition. I put my foot down and told them that was not the case. My book had the same status when I ordered it. They then told me to mail the customer service. I just got an apologetic mail from them with the same excuse. They did not have the basic courtesy to inform the customer if such a situation had taken place. What gives them the right to make a judgement call without checking with the customer first? Really unprofessional of them. The difference in money is not my issue. It is just 100 bucks but Im really angry that they took a step without informing me first. They had no right.

            I ordered a lava M30 mobile on 25/5/11 pic of that mobile was white and no other option for any other colour was there I wanted a white phone so I ordered it to my surprise I recd. a black phone I felt very bad & then I called them & they apologized for it & offered gift coupon of 200 but I refused so they agreed to arrange for a reverse pickup and send me a white phone which I wanted but my poor luck they send me same piece feeling very awkward I called them again & told the details their customer support rep. told me he will check it & call back to me but no one called me so it looks I am facing punishment of dealing with such ignorant careless site I wasted my 3675/- & also paid call charges to call them several times so I strongly strongly recommend to all people who are planning to shop products from them to stay away from such sites which may harm you financially as well as mentally pls. all of you beware of flipkart

              I placed an order for Samsung Galaxy S II mobile phone with free accessories on 12 June 2011. The website represented that the Delivery Time is 4-7 working days. Very promptly, Letsbuy.com (Etree Marketing Pvt. Ltd.) charged the VISA credit card the same day! I sent an email soon after the order was placed enquiring as to the status. I received a reply from one "Kanika" on 13 June 2011 informing me that the phone and accessories were in stock and would be sent together. Thereafter, there has been no change to my order status and absolutely no response to 3 emails sent to them enquiring when the product would ship. I then called their customer service number and spoke to one "Shabeeb" who was not particularly polite. After putting me on hold for about 5 minutes, he informed me that it would take another 15-20 working days (i.e. nearly a month) to get the phone. I then asked him to process the refund.

              The dishnoest business practices of this company are truly shocking. They misrepresented the stock status at the time of collecting the order/payment and also the following day but have since then stopped replying my emails.

              I only hope that this company is not disnoest in refunding the money and I get the refund in time and don't have to take legal recourse to get the money back.

                Last/previous years Flipkart attitude to customers are well.I ordered a Book to study or to prepare for coaching but these people not send/shipped my item till.I orderd in 5 th June But Now almost 10 days still these people didnt send My Book. what the customer service people doing there.Or they are not giving any value to their customers who is buying small items.Iam a regular customer , last year these people send items with in 2 days.But Now it reach 10 days. There are not shipped till.

                If they behave like they will lost their regular customers sure.

                    I ordered my book name 'the kabab maker and consultant' online at flipkart.com dated: 12.05.2011. Its said that the book will be delivered within 3 working days. Its almost 12th day today I have'nt received my book. Despite of complaining flipkart.com 3 times within these days am not yet received my book.

                    Now I have lost the interest to read the book. Eventually this is affecting publisher and the writer.

                    The amount of loss due to this is huge.

                    I have booked a Sonata wrist watch specially to gift some body in a function on 29.06.2014.While ordering, Flipkart given me a message to deliver it on 27.06.2014.However it is unfortunate that the same was not yet delivered on 28.06.2014 and when contacted with coustmer care offical, they have simply shown their helplessness .

                        FRAUD WEBSITE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, THEY GIVE SHIPPING NUMBER BUT THERE WOULD BE NO TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MORE THAN 10 DAYS. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT REPLY TO YOUR EMAILS.

                          I placed an order with LETSBUY.com on 19th april for a psp . they supplied me with a fraudulent blue dart # [protected] . Inspite of nummerous calls to them and a couple of emails to their " CEO" , i have not been given an answer when they will ship my order

                          I have ordered a Pen Drive from letsbuy.com on 10th July.
                          They claim to be dispathched the item by 11th and did not received it yet.
                          I don't feel trusting these guys.
                          I recently signup for this website letsbuy.com. heard that this company raised $6Million funding thought i will best user experience buy this silly website dampened all my thoughts.
                          I thought of making my first purchase at www.letsbuy.com and select 3pieces of transcend pendrives of 8gb capacity. I got a coupon "K70e25fc352" from some website saying Rs.250Off on purchase of Rs.1000 and above and i entered this coupon code and this worked and in the cart i got Rs.250 Off i was amazed and i thought this will be the best of the ecommerce website. then i clicked on pay now and entered my shipping address and selected the netbanking and clicked on paynow and the message i could see was "Oops! THE COUPON CODE YOU HAVE ENTERED IS NO LONGER VALID.".
                          If the coupon code is invalid in the shopping cart when i added the couponcode it must said it is invalid but at that time it was accepted and at end it showed the msg. This is the worst eCommerce consumer experience i ever had and thought this is a "Silly ecommerce website".
                          I have also not yet recieved my Order and Refund anything, They are worst, Dont purchase anything from them...

                          I ordered a mobile from letsbuy.com.The order id is LSB-512184. They send a mail saying that the product was shipped by mentioning the tracking number of bluedart.

                          When i tracked in Bluedart, they confirmed that it was a courier to some other guy from some other vendor.

                          So please let me know the status of my order.

                          We have ordered for a nokia mobile more than a week ago. No product delivered and no response from those guys.

                          This is how it shows online.

                          Order # LSB-496816 (Ready to ship) Date: 16/10/2011
                          Same case with me. I placed one order LSB-809864 on 26.01.2012. The status shows order shipped by blue dart. The tracking no, provided were false and fake. They provided tracking nos. 3 times. The 3rd time the item was shipped from Delhi to Delhi and received by someone named Vishal. Whereas I stay in Orissa. I have called up to them atleast 20 times and written dozen emails but with no avail. Planning to sue them in the court.
                          I placed one order (My First) No. LSB-809864, on dated 26.01.2012 for 2 nos. Ajanta OLC-20 Digital Wall Clock.
                          After few days, I called up and also wrote to them inquiring status of my order, I was assured that the item will be dispatched soon.
                          On 03.02.2012 I got a mail from them that the item has been dispatched through Blue Dart with AWB No.[protected]..
                          When I tried to track the same in blue Dart's site, the no. provided found to be a fake one.
                          I again wrote to them, and also called them. I was replied on 09.02.2012 that they too are puzzled and they are escalating my complaint to their logistics department. The complaint no. given to me was CC[protected].
                          Again they confirmed that they have dispatched the item. The AWB nos. [protected] & [protected] on dated 13.02.2012. of Blue Dart. Again these nos. found to be fake. I again called up and wrote emails, to which they assured to look into the matter.
                          For the third time they said the item has been dispatched through Blue Dart with AWB nos. [protected] & [protected] on dated 17.02.2012. When I checked them out I was shocked to find that the shipment was addressed to Delhi and already received by someone named Vishal. I stay in Orissa, and how come the items were shipped & received inside Delhi. I again called up Customer care. They informed that the complain registered earlier has been closed. When I requested to talk with their seniors, after a long wait the call was dropped from their side.
                          I have made numerous calls and written dozens of emails. However, I am not getting any help and the product ordered not received todate.

                            the shipment was supposed to be delivered to me by three days

                            i contacted flipkart.com, they are convincing me that the shipment would be delivered to you, by 4 days
                            i haven't the shipment and they have not taken any action against it
                            This is a frequent problem with Flipkart.com They take your money and dont deliver on time. I ordered 4 books in January, I have received only two so far. There is no news about the other two books and they dont pick my calls any more. Absolute cheats.

                              I have not received the bill for the canon powershot A3100IS camera that i bought from Flipkart. I have called up the customer care number and given my order number to look into the matter. They said that i would receive it in 2days. But i am yet to get that bill and it has been 3 days.

                              Another thing that i found out now on is that the camera is being sold at lesser price on other online shopping site such as homeshop18, ebay.

                                CARE Jharkhand — The packet delivered to wrong address

                                On 16/9/08, we had sent an important document to our staff Mr. W Anjum, c/o Mr. P K Minz, Lohardaga Gumla Road, Near DAV, School, Dunduria, Gumla vide Consignment Note No. U[protected]as per the maual slip) handed over to us. When Mr. Anjum informed us regarding non-receipt of the document, we followed up with your local office who confirmed that the consignment was delivered. We requested for the document shipt tracking from your office. On reviewing the document we noticed that Origin (Ranchi) was mentioned correctly however destination was mentioned as Gounderpalam wrong destination. In spite of repeated request with the local office at Ranchi no action is taken to return the document. This is an important document and we need the document back urgently. Please take necessary action to trace the document and return us the same at the earliest.
                                nokia care in Ranchi does not care customers at all.
                                i had a problem in my NOkia n72. i gave it to nokia care in hariom tower. they called me for delivery after 4 days but the phone was not repaired at all. they again called me after 1 week after that. i called by phone to enquire about that but the result was same.
                                why the nokia care senoir to it is not taking the concern of these matters i don't undersatnd

The expected delivery was in next 3 days as they have mentioned in the shipment details. till today(7th Jan2010) i haven’t received the consignment.
