I had booked an order for Natraj Comfy Cradle for Rs. 1240/- on 16/11/2012 online through

flipcart.com through OD[protected] by debit card. When I did not get the article I sent a

complaint to Flipkart. I was given the assurance that the item would be delivered to me

and a second order id OD[protected] was given to me. When I again did not get the item

delivered to me, I again made online complaint to flipkart, when I was given the

reassurance that the item would be definitely delivered to me by 17/12/2012. Till date,

23/12/2012, I have neither received my item nor a refund of my payment. I believe I have

made a grave mistake by shopping online on flipkart and making online payment. I have all

written proof of my correspondence with flipcart through e-mail. It is my sincere advice

to all customers that they should not do online shopping through flipkart as they are

neither punctual nor honest. At any cost, dont ever make advance payment to them. I have

totally lost faith on online shopping portals such as Flipkart.com.

    I have ordered an emergency light (Eveready HL-52 LED Emergency Light) from flipcart.com on Nov 9, 2012. I have not received the product till this date (Dec 22, 2012). I have contacted their customer-care 5 times in this period and requested for cancellation. But there was no good response. There was no mail communication or status update. Every time they says they initiated the request and within 48 hours you will get a confirmation mail. But it never happened. This is really an untrustworthy to a customer. I do not know what to do exactly to get the money back and how to deal with this situation.

      Team Flipkart, You are such a disappointment. I ordered a laptop on 15-December 2012 and was a confirmation that it would be delivered in 3-4 days. The way i planned was to gift it on my sisters birthday today. But Flipkart didnt deliver it to me (Order no: DP[protected] I talked to the customer care for 3 days with false promises. This has not been delivered till now. I have talked to customer care executives Neha, Sayed and supervisors Sagar and Sujay. The height of fooling is that Sagar the customer care supervisor promised me on call on record that he would deliver the product in the next 1 hour. But when i called you guys, it was told that it would be delivered only tomorrow. When i asked about a letter of apology for the distress caused, he just wants to avoid the subject.. Is this the same customer care that you advertise...These are the no 1 fraud company today. I have been ordering from flipkart for many years with more than 1 lac worth of shopping. But with this experience you have proved that you are nothing that you advertise. I want to warn all the future customers that please dont order anything from the company because it will never deliver as per expectations...Will flipkart.com be brave enough to admit their mistake on Facebook.... Lets see..

      letsbuy — customer service is worst

      Hi,

      I ordered a Videocon 1.5 ton VITA PLUS -VBS53.CVL1-CR using Letsbuy.com but they delivered Videocon vns53 cd1-ct model. When i asked about the same they told we didn’t have the same model so we delivered the similar model.

      Letsbuy guys will call you after raising a complaint in consumer complaints and tell they are very sorry for the fault in the service .They will also tell that we will look back the issue very shortly.
      After a week of time they will not connect you to the corresponding person and also they ask to hold the call for a minute and they will royally disconnect the call after a minute.
      I endded up spending 400 rs only for calling their customercare.
      I would like to express one thing be straight and correct in your business. If you are not able to rectify the proble please tell it directly to the customer and sort it out.
      I got my order somewhere at sept 14 and i still didnt opened the box simply waiting for the replacement.
      I wold like to present a guy (called pavan) from letsbuy in consumer complaints forum.he will talk very confidently as such he will solve the problem with in 2 days but ending up with out doing anything,.
      Their final agenda is the only one thing customer will get vexed up and will not call back and will accepts the whatever product they delivered.

        I ordered a Newport Mid Rise Slim Fit Jeans(Order ID: OD[protected]) on Flipkart on December 12 (Great Online Shopping Festival).They offered huge discounts on this particular day. They confirmed the order and assured delivery in 4-5 days. But on 19th, they cancel the order by themselves stating unavailability of the product. They should not display an item if it is unavailable or you can't get it from their supplier.

        All those discounted sale on Dec 12 was just a publicity stunt.

        Disappointed.

I am pursuing the matter with your executives but in vain. I am to say that courier company neither contacted me nor sent me any SMS. Without contacting me how courier company can be supposed to reach at residence for delivery. The fact is that my family members were available at home on 18.10.2014 and no courier boy came to my residence. Courier company is maligning the image of Flip cart.The suffering has caused me great mental agony. I humbly request you to take strict action against courier company for mis feedback under intimation to undersigned (as I intend to seek judicial remedy for mental agony) and my product may be delivered today itself (Ghaziabad, UP)

        Not a single time the delivery was attempted at my office. My office remains open from 9AM to 9PM. I even kept my office open on sunday in anticipation of the delivery. I even complained on sunday that no delivery person has visited to deliver. I am a regular purchaser in flipkart and my office is located at a very prime location. I even asked the local delivery office contact number but that was also not provided to me. And today i got the message that due to several attempts delivery cannot be made and thus delivery is cancelled. However neither any delivery boy came to my office for delivery neither I got the call from ekart for the delivery. Take strict action against the delivery person and send my order.

          My flipkart Order ID is OD[protected]. I had ordered lenova laptop on 24th sep 2012 and I had paid Rs.39125 in which Rs 38625 is the product cost and 500rs is processing fee using my credit card.

          But due to unavailability of this product, they themselves cancel that order and refunded only 38625rs to my credit card wallet. But they dint refund the 500 rs till date. For refunding this amount, I would have called more than 500 times their customer care and thrown 500 mails to their mail id.


          But nothing is happening. Finally Credit card banker has charged 250 rs as interest for that 500rs. Very very worst customer care service I have ever met......


          any one help me on how to send a legal notice to flipkart and how to lodge a complaint in consumer court against flipkart.

            I had booked a book from flipkart on 18th Nov'12. Below mentioned are its flipkart order number & title.
            Order ID: OD[protected]

            Title: "Mighty Spice Cookbook: Fast, Fresh and Vibrant Dishes Using No More Than 5 Spices for Each Recipe (Hardcover)"

            I made the payment online through my credit card. I got a cancellation mail on 29th Nov'12, stating unavailability as the reason. The mail stated that my refund will happen in 7-10 days time. Firstly my query why does it take 11 days to realize, that delivery cannot be made. Also till 12th Dec'12, I did not receive any refund on my account & will have to pay my credit card bill for the amount which includes the amount they are going to refund. After an enquiry mail on 12th Dec'12, I got a response that due to technical issues the refund amount will only reflect in my system after 24th Dec'12. Please help me in this regard.

            i ordered some items on 13th jan ..and not yet received 21th jan .. i want clam or more discount on the product i have purchased ...for late delivery

            i have placed an order on 11th febraury and made an online payment through credit card and they have delayed My shipment and each time i am calling the customer care they are disconnecting My calls.
            I reside at hitech city, Madhapur but as i would be not available during daytime because i will be in office, So i give my address as delivery address. Shipment details showing as in the attachment why it taking this much time to delivery. Last month only i ordered a book it delivered with in 2days...
            i did not get my lenovo a600 mobile.and today is a last date for it.
            i want it within 2 days.
            Placed an order with Flipkart on on 26-May-2015.
            1st standard delivery scheduled on 29-May-15. Then 31-May-15. Now 1-June-15.
            They don't even update the status on website for more than 24 hours.
            And the call center floor manager are best .. They bluntly say - "the order was not a 1 day guarantee delivery", hence delay. Till 28th May they kept telling me it will delivered as per schedule. All of sudden on delivery day the dates kept on changing and with no confirmed assurance from Flipkart. Well if its not 1 day delivery at-least do delivery in standard 4 days time. No update on site. No update from call center. Bottom line - Flipkart Mantra : order all products on 1 day delivery guarantee else expect delays. The delay is for reasons best known to them. Worst part is absence of any information from them. If I would have paid extra Rs. 90/-, then they would have delivered me next day.

              Homeshop18 — False commitment about delivery

              I want to hightlight something about homeshop18. They are making false commitment to it's customers for delivering time.
              For example on placing order they ensure you 6-7 working days (depend on product) but not fulfill.
              now i recive my order & i didt found wifi function in my lg t500 . in home shop 18 clear specify wifi is in lg t500 u can also check. sir

                About Fraud company called Flipkart .I ordered an item for 16000/- and it was shown as in stock and my money got transferred to flikpart . After 2 weeks they cancelled my order and increased the price of the item to 19000/- and asked me re order again for the increased price . they cheated me by saying that the item is out of stock, all the while the item was available and shown as in stock in the website. They are yet to refund my money. they never informed me about the order cancellation and did it secretly without my consent. Never buy from flipkart ,suspecting they are into big time online fraud , totally unreliable and untrustworthy .

                  It seems FLIPKART is now specializing in sending incorrect products or any products of their own liking to the customers and ignoring any mail or telephone communication made to rectify their mistake.

                  I have ordered an HCL tablet, for which they have wrongly delivered the product and now refuse to revert to any mails that I am communicating to them. Furthermore, every time their tele support person will require complete details and then say that they will revert on the same

                  Flipkart is getting to be highly unprofessional and bad service provider, totally unexpected from such a promising company.

                    I order one product Prestige Pic 3.oV2 from Flipkart.com and i place a order on : 11 November 2012, 1:03 PM Rs.4495 through HDFC credit card EMI 6 month emi option. 12 of November deducted form my credit card account and convert it to EMI. Then 10 days i am waiting for my product but i was not received any information from Flipkart about delivery, after 10 day i mailed to Flipkart about my product delay and asked them when i will get my product, then the reply on 22 of november this product is now out of stock and they said they not able to deliver the product and they reply that i ll get my amount refunded at 4 December 2012 at my credit card account. this is the mail below what they said :

                      I have purchased a Samsung galaxy note II from flipkart.Com in emi mode. My order no is od[protected] and ordered on 28th nov'12. I got the parcel on Saturday but when I opened the parcel my product (Samsung galaxy note II) was missing in the parcel.

                      After complaining the same to customer customer several times some one Mr. Som - technical supervisor of Flipkart committed me that he will be sending me the replacement by Monday.

                      But when I called up again on Monday to check the status of my replacement executive told me that we have not send the replacement till now, we have escalated this to higher authorities, and we will be calling you back in 24 to 48 hours but I have not received any call nor my product. After contacting to customer care number everybody says that Som is not available and we have escalated your case.

                      Flipkart is a cheater company. I have trusted on this site and made the payment through my credit card. I should have made the payment on delivery time.

                        Flipkart customer service is very bad. they always give false assurance & misguide the customers.
                        1.5 month passed but i am not able to use good hardisk.
                        after i got the transcend portable hardisk on 20th oct, 12. I checked it transfer speed is very slow.
                        I request them to reversal pickup. But they are lie to me that they arrange reverse pickup . but after 2 weeks waiting no body came
                        to pickup the hardisk. when i contact them in between they are telling me that after 2 days they will come. But in reality they not
                        arrange the reversal pickup. Then they told me to personally courier their product & they assure me that after that they
                        will refund my amount in theire wallet. So that i can buy new hardrive.
                        But again same thing . same false & liars customer service. 1 week passed & after daily communicating with them
                        they are telling tomarrow tomarrow.. even in email they told me tht they will transfer upto 1dec. but
                        today is 2nd dec. still no money deposited in my a/c

                          I had purchased a laptop on Monday 26 of November from flipkart. They said they will deliver the laptop to my address in 2-4 business working days. It is Saturday today more than 4 days and yet I haven't received the laptop yet. I have lodged a complaint in Flipkart (complaint number given by their executive[protected].
                          I had also tried tracking the shipment from Wednesday but, I was not able to track it. They said that the tracking update takes 24hrs so I waited; but I got neither the tracking update nor the laptop. I called the courier services First flight (Flipkart executive gave me their number) and they said they do not have the laptop.
                          I have called 3-4 branches of the same courier company to track the laptop but none of them say they have it.
                          Flipkart says they have dispatched it to the courier company and the courier company says they haven't got it.

                          I wanted the laptop by today as it was a gift for my sister. I want to say that the flipkart services shouldn't commit wrong dates of delivery and should have better tracking services.

                          I don't know what to do next. Flipkart services say that it wil take more 3 days for an update (they don't know when the laptop will come). What action should I take against them ?

                          Could anyone please guide me ?

                            This is Roopak k pal and this is regarding the delay of refund after cancellation of the product. Details are as follows

                            I was told that the product is not available and the money will be refunded within 23/11/12. And in the website it shows product is available and the product will be delivered in max of 8 days. I've emailed them regarding this many times but there is no one to bother about this. Hope I get my money back.

                            I have also had a similar experience from Flipkart. I was supposed to receive the order by 25th. But, now the site shows my order has been cancelled and the money has been refunded. I have not received my money back. I am amazed at how bad the service at Flipkart has become now.

                            I want to make a complaint regarding this wherever I can.

                                I have ordered one Motorola EX212 (Metallic Taupe) cell on 11/11/2012 through order number OD[protected] through credit card.

                                But today is 29/11/2012 they people don't deliver my product & also didn't gave back by money, whenever i call to their customer center thay always assure me that it will take 24 hrs to 48 hrs & dis 24 hrs to 48 hrs is not completing from last 10 days.

                                Now i am in complety in harressing position bcaz they don't bother about my product.

                                  I have ordered a Wildcraft back pack bag at flipkart on September. The order was not delivered, saying that the product is out of stock.
                                  The refund for this cancelled order is not done yet.. (It is more than 2 months). The assured me through mail that the refund will be done before November 3rd. still no reply from their side..

                                    Dear All,
                                    I have placed ordered Samsung Map (GT-N7000) with freebie of Flipcover under order no OD[protected] on 28-Oct-12. I had selected this product as this come with Flipcover. When I received my product through Courier Flipcover is missing and I have initiated the same to Flipkart to deliver the same.

                                    However, their executives giving me false assurance always that it would be delivered next week... next week, but that next week does not come yet till 24-Nov-12.

                                    Due to non availability of flipcover, my phone gets damaged in an accident (by falling) and its glass get broken and same is costing me 13,000 INR.
                                    I have approached to flipkart to pay these damages as they have not supplied flipcover and there is a high probability that if they deliver flipcover on time this damage can be avoided.

                                    As this a breach of agreement signed at the time of purchasing the product, they are supposed to pay the damages either fully or partially (50%), as they never intimated me and give false assurance every time.

                                    Though this medium, I want to make you all aware, to stay away from Flipkart, as they don't have professional ethics and request your support in this regard.

                                      I had ordered a HDD for laptop from flipkart on 11th Nov 2012. I got the delivery on 16th Nov 2012. Turned out they had charged me for a higher version and delivered a inferior version. I called up the customer service and they promised a replacement soon. Next time around, the same thing happened. Invoice claims a different product from the delivered. So warranty is void. On calling up the customer care, the CCA tells me that he has taken the complaint and now I should keep down the phone since there are other customers waiting in line. Thanks for telling me what a precious customer I am. On calling up again and speaking to Supervisor, I am told that the second delivery never happened. Their log shows that the courier guy found the door locked. I guess he forgot that he met me at the door and that I returned the product since the product was not what I wanted. Trying to reach the Customer Care Head was futile since I was told that he will not be able to attend to my complaint.

                                      To top it all, the product I had ordered is still available and that too at a lower price than what I had ordered it at. The product that was delivered to me is also separately available.

                                      So much for genuine products available on Flipkart.
