Hi team,
I have been using Flipkart for I guess 5+years and have ordered lots of products. I was having good experience but now suddenly i see no order history.
Plus my wallet balance is also zero .i had around 4500 rupees in my wallet.
And when i enquired, i found that my number was changed to [protected].
My official number for Flipkart account is [protected] and i haven't changed this.
Could you please take action on this and provide me my money and account back.
The security of Flipkart is not so good. Please help me get my money and account back.

      There was a white willow order that was placed in flipkart which was delivered around 2nd august/3rd august. However, instead of 2 orders there was 1 order that was received. I tried calling for a week regarding the details of order, however sometime they accepted and some time they rejected and didnt respond properly. If account history is viewed, then it hasnt happened with one order but has happened with many orders. Few of them includes kadhai where I was told "kadhai aa gai hai kaafi h". They record the calls for training and quality purpose and I dont have recording. Request you to please verify and help me with the same.
      Post blocking of account, all the orders they have deleted which is illegal and unethical./ All the excuses of technical fault are provided with seller responded "Article is intact". When the photographs were shared, the package has 1 white willow size and no second pillow can be given

        I have ordered a mobile on Flipkart big billion sale on 22nd 12:10am and till now my order is not yet shipped! I have ordered it as a gift and im scared that Flipkart eill cancel my order. It is showing not yet shipped. And delivery date as 26th @flipkart please check this and fix my issue. Order is for my loved one! Order number is OD[protected]

        Today i called Flipkart customer care, he was good! And gave me ekart tracking id. Currently it is in Hyderabad mother location! Will update the status soon! Flipkart guy told me it is coming from selum! Also, in Flipkart app thought status is still same, i think automatically it is just showing will be delivered tomorrow! Will keep updating status here!
        Now Flipkart is asking me to wait till Oct 1st or 30th of Sept.. I have lost complete faith in Flipkart now! They are saying order will not be cancelled! But i can see only negative reviews about this seller in Flipkart everywhere in Social Media! I don't think Flipkart is not aware of this situation! Please help me Govt. of India @ConsumerCourt! I have faith!!

          I ordered a boat earphone with help of Flipkart pay later when my order come I take the package when I opened it i saw product is missing
          After that I raised return request but request was cancelled by Flipkart many times and lastly they blocked my account and i gave a loan amount

            Flipkart Seller Delivered Empty Flipkart cartoon Box in sealed condition i can't understand I am old primary User of Flipkart More than 6 years to go continuously buying from here never faced this kind of issue in my life.I have raised Return Request -[protected] on 19/09/23 They first requested to shared percel received images.I have sent they again asked me to shared documents I immediately shared after 6 days waiting they again Asking to share product received images ? Here is problem they avoiding to proceed refund that's reason they everytime informing Product shared images couldn't validated, I got empty flipkart cartoon box there are nothing anything fully empty I clearly maintained the issue, They avoiding and wasting return period timeliness to denied my refund please do take immediate action on it and refunded my money.                 Hi,

                I ordered dry fruits of almost 2700 RS and when it got delivered, it was a very bad package.

                When opened, there was brown plastic plant pots!!!

                Highly frustrated with flipkart service

                when tried to reach out they dont respond and there is no option to return as well

                      Flipkart blocked my account on purpose. Not provided any reason. They never update my review and their customer care always say we will look after the matter but do nothing. I got a voucher from Flipkart before they blocked my account.

                            Flipkart cancelled my order after 7 days of placing my order without my permission and it says it went out of stock but I placed order 7 days ago and the order was at sale price, now the price has increased a lot and also some products are out of stock and after contacting customer care multiple of times all I here is sorry we are not responsible for this

                                however exchange could be rejected if :
                                1. phone does not switch on
                                2. brand/model is different from what is mentioned
                                3. screen lock or icloud lock are not disabled
                                4. imei, does not match
                                NOW MY PHONE DID NOT FALL IN ANY OF THE ABOVE CATEGORY AND THE WISHMASTER [SO CALLED] REJECTED MY EXCHANGE STRAIGHT AWAY
                                THIS HAPPENS IN ONLY SOME CITIES OTHER CITIES THERE IS NO SUCH ISSUE, WHY SUCH SUBJECTIVITY INVOLVED IN SIMPLE T&C, ...

                                    I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                      OD[protected] is the order I'd which was cancelled by Flipkart showing reason for cancellation as seller went out of stock.

                                      Completely false claim as seller and Flipkart still selling same product at higher price.
                                      Also, product was already shipped and in transit before Flipkart cancelled my order.
                                      How is that possible Flipkart.

                                      Stren action needs to be taken against these ecommerce companies for fooling people and breaching sales contract.
