I am flipkart user flipkart have reported in the month of july that i have paid late so the amount is showing pending in my cibil report i forwarded all the problems to flipkart support team on 26th august with their latest cibil report But there was no solution, now I will complain in consumer forum.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    They rejected return request Without any reason take street action to get this right and refunded my money immediately.
    Here i am facing big issue by shopping with flipkart marketplace, before this order i already purchased high value product through flipkart but never face this kind of issue. I ordered Oneplus CE 2 Lite Amount Of 19673 and paid full amount without any confusion times of delivery. While i checked there are nothing any item and bill. Fully empty flipkart cartoon delivered .I am a middle class family boy what you have done to me by stealing so much of my money is very hurtful and painful my father is cursing me all day long and wishes me to die just for you I am begging you to give me back my money or else I have to die, if so much money goes like this there is no other option but to die, I have bought things from flipkart for so many years but never faced this problem, my request to youI trusted flipkart please don't break that trust. The day my money is returned to me, my family will be saved from this loss.

    I created first return request, return id -[protected] they asked me to share product images i shared immediately after 3 days later they rejected my refund request without any reason. I have just create new return id -[protected]
    Still not received any update and refund please humbly requesting here consumer support team take street action on it and refunded my money immediately the ordered phone was very urgency for me.

      I am New user Of Consumercomplaint.in i don't know How to Post complaint and How i can get resolution .

          Dear Flipkart Team,

          I bought a Samsung fold 4 phone by Flipkart. There is a offer along with phone for Samsung galaxy watch 2999, after receiving the phone i have discussed with Flipkart customer service for watch offer. They told me that u will get a code after 7 days receiving phone.

          7 days has been passed, still i did not received any code or message, now customer care service executive are saying we don't have any solution or knowledge about this type of offer.
          Attached files for your reference. Please look into it and do the needful on priority.

            Flipkart Gift Card Issue

            I received a gift card of 3000/- in my mail but I'm not able to redeem it. It says that it's already linked with a wallet but I haven't used it. The sender contacted customer care but they say that this is not possible. So no action is being taken from their end....

            Hi Sir,
            This issue is regarding my account.
            Flipkart blocked my account without giving any reasons.
            I am a plus member from past 2 years. Currently I have more than 500
            supercoins with nearly 200 on the way.
            I have ordered some products. Also I have to pay some pay later bills and
            I am willing to pay.
            Please let me know regarding the same. Atleast arrange a call back. I am
            not a reseller, I always oder products for my personal use.Even there is no communication from your team and I tried a lot.
            I want to pay my pay later bills and what about my supercoins?? Instead of
            taking actions on sellers who are trying to cheat your customers you are
            blocking your own customers.
            Not expected this from company like flipkart.
            Please kindly help me with the same.

            I have to pay pay later amount. There is no communication with flikart. I called them more than 20 times and also mailed them .

                I have been using fkipkart since 5 to 6 yrs but offlate they started doing 420 fraud activities i m a flipkart plus membership still they dont value their customer i ordered eggs from flipkart grocery along with other items in the month of July wherein they sent me eggs of other animal which i hve nvr seen tried returning no response from customer service they nvr arrange a call to get connected very cleverly they keep their chatbot disfunctional so that we cnt reach them in the same cobtext i ordered some more stuffs in Aug out of which one was charged double of Mrp mentioned which is totally unethical recently i ordered two buckets from Kuber industries out of which they delivered only one product by asking otp but in the app very cunningly they are showing both the buckets delivered whereas in the box there was only one now they are not giving my refund for the same saying that product is delivered which is not true The box was slightly torn nd loosely packed i wss the delivery boy too he said he doesnt know whereas the conversation was on recorded call This is the third time Flipkart is doing this fraduaulent activity nd no solution received from cust care I need all my refunds asap earlier to this also they have delivered a broken tempered glass and never replaced it

                    Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                    Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                    Entered the code successfully.
                    After that it was asking please set a new password.

                    Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                    That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                      I received a damaged whirlpool 9kg washing machine on 21.09.2022. Machine is broken at bottom side which is no easily visible due to its dark grey color and a hidden area. After 10 minutes of delivery i tried to contact the delivery people, but they didn't pick the phone deliberately. At the same time i mailed all the details of damaged product to Flipkart with photos and also made a call to customer care service. They registered my issue, but by the evening i received the mail that issue is resolved. I tried to replace the product by registering replacement request with essential details like photos and description but it was also not registered even after multiple tries. Just by offering open box delivery one cannot check all the product or every part which were hidden or in the bottom, so this kind of negligence of courier partner or depatch team must be taken care seriously. I need a replacement for my product please help me.

                          Hello Team,

                          I placed an order for "SHIRAZIKIDSWEAR Boys & Girls Casual T-Shirt Jeans" on 10th Sep 2022 which was delivered on 18th Sep 2022. But I found a defect in the jeans and requested for an exchange. However, your call representative denied for exchange and requested to go with order cancellation to process the refund for this order and place new order for the same product. I did the same but I haven't received my refund yet. The total amount for this order was Rs 291 but the refund which has been processed to me is only Rs 279. I have not received the refund of Rs 12 yet. I have contacted your call representative and they failed to provide even the reference number for the transaction of Rs 12 . I already requested to connect me with your senior but they failed to do that as well and simply denied to connect me with their senior team member.

                          Please have a look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible otherwise I have to stop my future orders and transactions with you.

                            I ordered a Moto g51 on 17 September 2022 through Flipkart. When I was tracking it, I found that it showed the status out of the delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my Pincode and address do not mismatch. Why they are doing so? If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order.

                                  Raunak Singh, and Mohamed called me 20 times in a day to make the payment and they promised me by lying about the benefits of the account managers paid services. I made the payment on 12th Sept 2022. They were just keen on getting the credit of the business and getting their ill gotten incentives.
                                  Once the payment was made the only email that I got was an introductory call from one of their Account managers.
                                  1. No AM has called me since past 12 days.
                                  2. No contact number of any AM is provided to me.
                                  3. No payment invoice is shared with me
                                  4. No Ads, No listing at shopsy etc have been done
                                  5. No productive assistance by any AM has been provided.
                                  I seek immediate refund and flipkart is running a scam

                                    Canon pixma printer ordered on 12th Sept 2022 with order ID; OD[protected]. Flipkart telling that we are not able to deliver the product because of logistic issues. When tried to cancel the product, one message coming from flipkart saying the we cant cancel the order because product already dispached. So, product not received, not able to cancel the product and refund also not processed.

                                      I have received delivery on 20- Sep-22. I have received an empty box from Flipkart. There is no product inside the cart which I have ordered. It means Flipkart vendor chit me. He takes money along with the delivery charges but couriers an empty box to me. I'm really unhappy with this Flipkart service. It is Flipkart's responsibility to refund my money along with interest, also arrange the call urgently. Attached photos for the same.
