I bought realme X7 Max on Amazon with full payment of over 27000 and after a year now my phone is locked and asks for payment to unlock(flipkart smart upgrade plan). Seems someone bought it from flipkart with the plan and sold it full price on amazon, what can be done for this issue?

      Samsung 4 star AC 1.5 ton was delivered and installed on 15th May, 2022 (invoice attached) which then caused cooling issue. I had then raised a complaint with Samsung. 2 Technicians visited but they could not fix the issue. Samsung told me raise a replacement request with Flipkart for the same. I raised a replacement request on 23rd May, 2022. Flipkart told me that a technician would visit and approve the replacement request. I communicated to them that the technician had already visited and Samsung has confirmed to get it replaced. I shared the technician's number with Flipkart who confirmed the replacement approval. Even after the approval from Samsung's end, Flipkart is not approving the request. With multiple follow ups with Flipkart, they are not providing replacement. On 4th June, finally they connected with me and cancelled the existing replacement request and raised a new one (reason unknown). On 14th June, 2022, they again connected with me asking for Technician's number. They are starting the same cycle again. They are completely ignorant with communicating with Samsung and bothering me every-time with Technician's number. Flipkart provides a replacement policy and not a return policy due to which I am now unable to return the product anymore. After almost a month's followup, they is no progress regarding the replacement. Hence, I would want the product to be returned (not replaced) and would seek a refund

      After raising the concern again on 15th June, 2022, Flipkart raised a replacement request again by cancelling the previous request. This cycle is going on since a month, every other day they would cancel a previous request and raise a fresh replacement request just to make an impression that the request was raised recently. I do not want a replacement of the product anymore, I would want a refund from Flipkart's end for the inconvenience caused since last 1 month

        I have ordered realme earbuds and it was delivered to me on 8/6/22 and I received a full different product nothing was matching that with whatever I have ordered from the website so I have complaint on the customer care support they have said that you have to return to the service centre so i said them that if i get wrong product so they will not accept that product right so they said that okay we are creating a request of refund of 3299 but the request was rejected by Flipkart and i again raised request of replacement and again same it was rejected so on 8/6/22 i have raised a request on consumer forum regarding that so after getting docket number i raised a request in mail of Flipkart and a message came that we will contact you within 48 hours and its today 15/6/22 i didn't get any single response from Flipkart and also not got my refund and Flipkart is doing fraud with me.                       I purchased boat rockerz 450 headphone with order I'd "OD[protected]" in july-2021 and
                      Recently i noticed sound problem. As the device is under warranty i contacted the product customer care and they informed me to submit the invoice.
                      The invoice is lost and also not found in my registered mail id. I checked in flipkart under my order but for this product invoice option is not showing.

                        I had cancelled my order of OnePlus tv within minutes of ordering it on 7th June 2022. The payment was made of INR 14999 .Order Id OD[protected].

                        Since then I am following up with Flipkart support for refund but they have not given it yet. Each time I speak with support team they say refund will be made within 24 to 48 hrs but I am yet to get the same.

                        I feel being cheated, pls help

                          I purchased Hindware snow crest cooler and delivered it on 17th May but got product damage. I have raised 3 times replacement but the Flipkart rejected the replacement after that raised the 4th-time refund process but again Flipkart rejected then customer care raised again refund process which process completed date is 29th May 2022 but after 29th May is still not processed then call to customer care then Flipkart team call me and again told me we refund money from 1 June 2022 and I received regarding mail also but asking for ID proof for refund process and gain Flipkart rejected my Refund request without given any reason.
                          I don't know why asking for ID proof if debit card payment and I have already confirmed that refund money in the same account then why asking for Government ID proof and Flipkart return policy also not mention for ID proof compulsory if product return.

                          31st May Refund reject I have again reopened the case and asked the Flipkart to give a reason why need to ID proof but no one has given any reason and every time replied on chat that one of our specialists contacted you for the solution but still no one contact to me and gain 13th June he again send mail and asking for share Government ID proof for a refund but not give any reason why required ID proof

                          Already 30 days gone and Flipkart does not take seriously for refund

                                Bought a butterfly matchless gas stove from Flipkart which had 7 day replacement policy in the listing. The product was delivered in really bad condition .. there where dents and scratches, also parts missing . Seeing all this I lost trust in the seller and wanted to return the product and get my money refunded. But Flipkart says now that refund is not available and only replacement is possible .. even now the product listing has 7 day replacement policy ! Still Flipkart Denys return and wanted to push replacement !

                                    We had sold quite a lot of sarees through Flipkart but in the recent months we have been encountering fraud activity on almost every order that we dispatched.

                                    Upon delivery the customer had returned the order claiming remorse.

                                    After 7 days we got the product returned from Flipkart. It was not the product which was sent. Usually in return we are getting a same color fake product. We clearly dont sell...

                                    I am Prabhjot Singh from Panchkula Haryana, purchased MarQ Flipkart convertible 4 in 1 cooling 1.5-ton Inverter AC (Order ID: OD[protected] which was delivered to me on 24 May 2022 I requested for replacement during the Flipkart replacement period because the cooling was not working.
                                    when the technician visited he filled gas and canceled replacement and the next day again cooling was not working so I first called Flipkart Customer care they told me that the replacement period is now over we don't have any liability so you have to contact Jeeves services.

                                    The next day I registered the complaint and after 2 days technician visited and again filled the gas.
                                    On the next day again the same issue started and I again complained about replacement but they keep sending for repair. And it's been 20days of continuous harassment still no replacement. Whenever I asked they just filed complaints about repair again and again but the issue is not solved.

                                    When I call Flipkart Customer care they just give me Jeeves Contact No. in name of MarQ and they are refusing replacement.

                                      ) ( transaction id: EXTLINK[protected]_6) that flipkart send me on my registered email id ([protected]@gmail.com) ..so i completed the total payment...even after making the payment and making endless calls to the customer care no one resolved my issue... after making payment a month ago i still receive due notifications and endless legal notifications...please any resolve my issue...i worked so hard for the money that i paid... please don't make any purchases on flipkart if you care about the customer service this is the worst customer service that i experienced on my life..that too i'm a flipkart plus customer.
