Hi,
I have ordered a PS5 disc edition from Flipkart on 13th may 2022. I have not at all received any update regarding the shipment of the product and its saying that the product is arriving tomorrow.[protected]. When i searched about the dealer RetailerNet.l, this issue is faced by many people and i think its a scam. I have paid the amount via emi and i want to receive the product atleast before the emi starts.

    Since morning have received atleast 10 OTPs as message even though nothing has been ordered from my side. if fraud happens flipkart will be responsible for everything.

        Hi! I have recently reviewed Vally Origins Keratin Shampoo on 23rd May 2022. On 24th May I can see that it's written as Published review on the profile but the review is not showing on the product page. Please resolve the issue. I have earlier reviewed products as a Certified Buyer and it has shown up on the product page easily but this for the first time I am facing such issue. Please resolve the issue @Flipkart Customer care.

          Today I saw a popup window from Flipkart lite explore plus.that have a offer, the offer for a redmi note 9 pro in 699 rupees. So I was ordered mobile, after order placed no reply and responce. I think I loss my money.
          That is really fraud and fake.please be careful guys,...

          I was ordering sebamed body lotion and was paying through my debit card.. Money deducted twice from my bank account and flipcart customer care says they got money one time only... when and how will i get my money back?

            I order some items from Flipkart Grocery after few the items I received was broken damaged and opened some of items are opened and closed with stapler pin.
            So I request for the return the product and I provide them the images also.
            And then they cancelled all the return request I don't know why..
            And the next day he just blocked my account.
            I spoke with customer care also they didn't provide me the proper solution and the reason why they blocked my account.

              Wrong product is delivered by Flipkart.
              I have placed order of Phillips gc1905 iron but Flipkart has delivered a different model gc1903 which is a cheaper version.
              I have raised a replacement request but the replacement is still not processed

                Today I checked and try to login into my Flipkart account as you said in the mail communication my issue will resolve on 23rd May but very sad to say that my account is not unblocked. It's very irritating for me, again and again, to ask to resolve my account issue. Again I am requesting you please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Because this Flipkart account is very old and also it's engaged my email or mobile number.

                I hope you understand my problem and resolve my issue.

                    Dear Team,

                    I have a complaint against Flipkart. I have ordered the book shelf on 1st May'22 and product delivered on 14th May'22.

                    Still my book shelf installation is not done. Tried to call all the customer service representative or written mail also. But my complaint is still not resolved. They have misbehaved and even still not giving proper time for installation.

                    How many days still I have to wait. I had a very big mistake to order this product. The person is not coming for installation not a I can raise the request for return. It's to hethic for me and giving so much trouble.

                    Pls help me resolve. It's harrasing me now

                      I have ordered a flying machine jeans but I received a formal paint of different brand. Then I lodge a replacement request on 10.05.2022. After that pickup boy came from ekart logistics and he deny to receive product remarks with that it is not a flying machine jeans and not in blue colour and rejected my pickup request. After that I contact with Flipkart customer care but they not given any satisfy reply.

                        In Flipkart, I have ordered Lenovo Laptop, but they delivered hp laptop(Order ID - OD[protected]. I have raised request for replacement, updated all the documents whatever asked and waiting for replacement till now (It is almost more than 13 days) . This is cheating and forcing the customer to adjust whatever they are delivering is terrible thing. I will take legal action if they didn't resolve this issue. Highly disappointed.Please resolve this issue.

                        After this complaint, Person from flipkart called and took the step to rectify the issue. After a lot of struggle I got my product. Thank you flipkart person for taking Action and my kind suggestion is take care on courier service side also, they are only behind this issue. Thanks flipkart for your help to resolve this.

                                I have ordered 4 product from flipkart but only 2 was delivered that to was late and the i am still waiting for the 2 products to be delivered. The delivery date is of 17 may and 22 may respectively and today is 23 may and i am still waiting for my product to deliver. I have called the customer care multiple time but they are of no use as they are always saying that the product will get delivered to you but by when they are also not sure. I am fed up of constantly following up with the customer care they are giving me a mental stress and also i can't go out and lock our house as it will get delivered. This all is taking a toll on my mental health.
                                Please advise me what to do now

                                  I purchase split ac with order id od[protected]. Which is replacement against my early order which is received on 6 may 2022 . At after installation & at the time of demo it is noticed by installation technician, a indoor unit is defective / damage & required for replacement. My return id[protected]. I have pay rs. 1415/- in cash to technician who come for installation on 7th may 2022. Now i have received replacement on 22 may 2022 after 15 days from your company which is very late. Now installation schedule on 23 may 2022. One technician came for installation & demand for installation charges for rs. 1415/- . They say to me if you not agree for pay of installation charge, i cancelled your installation.
                                  What is this sir ? i have pay for slipt ac on 4 may 2022 but till date i d'not use my ac it is clear that negligence of your company's system.
                                  Hence it is requested that kindly arrange for installation of my split ac without payment of installation charges due to this is replacement of defective / damage unit. It is not a my mistake. Why i pay second time of installation charges.

                                      I ordered the product. But when I received the product with Order ID - OD[protected] on 15th May 2022, one part of the Purifier is missing in the package i.e inner filter which name should be UF membrane filter. I raised the return request for the replacement of the product on the same day. They scheduled the call for knowing the issue. I explained properly. They canceled the replacement request. I have continuously applied 5th time the return request and talked to their executive about 20 times till now but no one able to resolve the issue and provide me the replacement. Everyone saying in product there is only on item in package i.e 1 water purifier and there is not mention any filter. But in package we got all parts like Purifier tap, 2 water containers, 2 filters etc and all we have to assemble by self.
                                      I have been very frustrated from this.
                                      PLEASE RESOLVE MY ISSUE AND PROVIDE ME THE REPLACEMENT OF MY PRODUCT.
