Realme Smart TV installation is still not completed. Two technicians came. They didnot know to install. They promised another engineer will come to complete the installation. No one has come so far.

    PFA the photos of my bike during the delivery of the Order ID - OD[protected].

    Hey, I am Premkumar Chithaluru, a valued customer in Flipkart. Here the issue is raised on "The delivery person was damaged my bike during the delivery of Order ID - OD[protected]". On this, I have raised a complaint through customer care support, but the team was not taken my issue seriously and did not give any solution. However, I approach customer care, the people listen to my problem after that to see the updates keeping the phone on hold, after 1Minute the phone will get disconnected (I have attached the proof as a screenshot during the call and recordings).

    If you want, I will provide the video of the time when the delivery team hit my bike. So, will you make the decision on my query and respond to me asap. otherwise, I will approach the consumer court with all these proofs and raise the complaint against Flipkart and Ekart delivery team.

      Hi,
      I recently purchased JSB Knee massager product from flipkart for my father.
      I really dissapointed after seeing the damaged product.
      I asked for refund/replacement, raised complaint in portal and followedup with customer care executives so many times.

      The below are new ways of flipkart cheating:
      * They wont call back
      * If they call back they put ur call on hold automatically call get disconnected
      * They will say will get call within 72hrs and close
      * They said call forward to senior and call disconnects
      * They say dont worry we will resolve and close
      * They say signal issue and close
      * They say cannot here and call disconnects.
      ...ETC

      The above are smart ways flipkart executives are trained to loot customer amount by giving damaged product.

      I need an resloution and value for my hard enarned money.

        I ordered Laptop battery and got empty box in delivered item. Upon return they rejected my return 6 times by saying that I didn’t submit my id proofs al though i sent them every time mail of my Aadhaar card and passport. But at the end of every return they cancel my return send looted my 2.5k. More than 3 weeks passed and still I didn’t get any help and says your return policy is breached. IN[protected]

          Hey hi, I raised a missing product complaint for my recent order of iPhone 12mini. And the amount for this phone is 37999. Flipkart customer executive told me that my refund will credit in my bank account that I provide him.. With in 3 to 5 business days. But today morning I received a mail that my refund request is cancelled from the seller because the product is not returned to the seller. But when I already told that I received a missing product and I was not able to raise a complaint for missing product from my side.. And i called in flipkart and they also not able to create a missing product return.
          Now I'm not able to download my invoice as well that I can proceed with other options. Because I have registere a compliment in customer court and FIR in police station as well for my missing product from flipkart team.
          And your executive team, they put me on hold for 25 minutes today. That is really unprofessional and unexpected from flipkart for plus member.
          I'm with flipkart from last 3 years and still I'm facing this type of behaviour.

          This is really giving me depression now because my parents will kill me definitely. If flipkart will not help me regarding my complaint I will no longer be able to face my parents and my family. They will tount me on every and each time or topic. That will be really very hard for me. I'm already a deprecation patient and if I did something wrong with my self... I don't know what to say.

              I ordered airpods pro and got airpods 2 in delivered item. Upon return they rejected my return 6 times by saying that I didn’t submit my id proofs al though i sent them every time mail of my adhar card and voter card. But at the end of every return they cancel my return snd looted my 17k. More than 2 weeks passed and still I didn’t get any help

                Precaution to all: AKSHNAV ONLINE, a seller registered on flipkart is a fraud. Please be aware.
                Issue: flipkart delivered damaged 230 ltr samsung refrigerator and now didn't provide me the replacement. Every option being exhausted. No way to resolve
                Desired solution- kindly help to return or replace it.

                  Flipkart will be finished in next few years, they are doing this with loyal customers. Who helped flipkart to grow there business, who helped friends and faimly to buy from flipkart. But these indian compnies are so cheap and dumb, they suspends the account, They done same with me, since then i am using amazon to purchase. And i am very happy now.

                      This fraud company, show on palrl delivery timeline is 90 min but i am. For this order at approx within 6hr

                        I have ordered a phone from the Flipkart 17th Oct and my delivery date was 22nd Oct and it is already 25th Oct and they still havent made single delivery attempt It is not like i live in some village or something i live in decent enough city but still they are not delivering my order.

                          I had ordered a product(Oppo reno6 5G) on flipkart big diwali sale which order id is OD[protected] dated 16 oct'2021 and the expected delivery date was 22nd Oct.
                          Since i had to go for a official trip on 23oct so my expectation was order to be delivered on time so I could take my new phone while trip, but till the 22oct my product was not shipped, then I tried to contacted flipkart customer support executive and after several trial, I could get connected to them and they said, due to some technical issue my shipping status has not been updated and they promised "product will be delivered before the timeline, don't be tensed we have raised a compliant ticket against this inconvenience " so I trusted them and waited whole day(22 oct) but when next day(23oct) I checked the shipping status, that was as same as the last day, then I again tried to connect customer care since on that day i had to go for my trip and again after multiple try I connected to them and explained, my product has not been shipped yet since yesterday from flipkart customer support executive had promised me to deliver my product by today only but they answered, your product has not been shipped yet due to delay by some factors and the product will be delivered by 27 oct and also told, we have raised a complaint on this delay.
                          After getting disappointment, I again trusted on them by assuming to get the delivery on extended date(27 oct), but today(25oct) I got a email and a text from flipkart that "We are sorry that your order for OPPO Reno6 5G (Aurora, 128 GB) was cancelled by the seller as there was a prolonged delay in the delivery of your order and they did not want to keep you waiting. " whereas on my oreder section showing like "delivery between oct 22 and fri oct 29" then again I tried to connect them but not getting connected through call on given helpline number[protected] after multiple tries and after multiple request on "need help" section I got a call from flipkart, again I explained about the today's mail and previous conversations they told they do not have any update on this then I requested to forward this call to senior executive but they denied.
                          I am really frustrated by this flipkart experience, not getting any genuine response from customer support care and on the current price of the phone is not affordable for me I had purchased the phone on sale session(ordered price was Rs24, 240).

                                    I have ordered a magnetic white board (replacement Order ID - OD[protected]. But I have returned it as the product was not received as mentioned on the website. But now why the seller is taking 17 days to replace the item. It's his fault that he has give the wrong item. Now customer has to wait for 17 days who has already waited for 7 days for order delivery. I have paid you for this and need it on urgent basis. Please deliver it asap. I tried to reach customer care but not received call back after 5 attempts. Your company take no responsibility after item is ordered.
                                    I will make sure not to order anything from Flipkart and suggest my family and friends to do the same. It's fake website taking money and not delivering original item on time.

                                    Don't fool customers. Now you mailing that you will update on 9th. 11th is last date to delivery and I have raised the concern that I should get it before 11 Nov. But your company takes no responsibility of anything.
                                    Now if I get wrong product again I will sue your company. Fake company making fake promises and no concern for customers.
                                    What you are doing your best. You cannot tell your courier and seller to deliver product asap. Now when I mailed then you people are calling and telling you are doing your best. I cannot see anything is moving. Dont call me now and deliver the right product or refund the money.
                                    Again Flipkart delivered a wrong replaced product after 15 days. What to do now. They totally wasted my time in delivering a right product in 21 days. Is there any complaint criteria that I need to follow to file a case against this fake company. We cannot call customer care directly or even mail as mail will not be delivered. They tell to call back in 11 min but no call received. I need my money back and need a compensation for wasting my time. I don't know how this company is making fool to customers. Not able to replace a right item and also not giving back the money.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have ordered the "Maxpro 405M 2HP(4 HP Peak) Multifunction Folding Treadmill" on 2nd Oct'2021 which is a cost Rs.25085. Flipkart is supposed to deliver on 14th Oct'2021. Today 25th Oct'2021 - Till date they were not delivered the item, also none of the Flipkart customer care is ready to take the responsibility to cancel the product and return back my money.
                                      The very lazy answers from the Flipkart team that, "Please wait for some more days to deliver the product". But order id and Ekart Logistics ID are incorrect and they couldn't able to find the product now.
                                      They told me to wait, I have waited till 20th Oct'21 from 3rd Oct'21. After that, they told me to wait until 23rd Oct'21. Again they said to wait till 25th Oct'21. Today they are telling me to wait till 27th Oct'21 which means no one does not know what happens to the below-mentioned product. They missed the product and they keep on postponing my issue. The Flipkart team is not ready to take the responsibility to return back my money also they are not even bothered to pay penalty or resolve the issue as soon as possible. I am escalating this behaviour about Flipkart and request the consumer team to take the necessary actions.

                                        Order id-OD[protected] I have ordered Realme GT Master Edition 6gb 128gb on 3rd Oct 2021. Due to the festival season it showed expected delivery date as 17th Oct. As it was already payment I took a leave for the same. I contacted to the senior in flip kart care center. He told that it has been extended to 24 Oct 2021. While tracking the order status there is no activity conducted from 21st Oct till 25th Oct. Worst service I have received till date. I have received a mail regarding i would get the delivery within 3 days and i have got no any compensation. still the product is not delivered at my place.I want a compensation of 1000 rs. Note- I want a compensation of 1000 Rupees on the same product only(Realme GT Master Edition ) SUMAN KUMAR Order id-OD[protected]
