    I ordered this product LUMINOUS Zelio 1100 + Rc18000 Tall Tubular Battery + on 7th Oct. And the last delivery date they gave was on 26th October. When I asked about the product by calling the customer care they told that it will be delivered within 9pm and will get message if it's delayed. After waiting till 9pm suddenly the status for this product has changed as delivered that to on 17th. I immediately called customer care a raised a complaint they told they will check and come back within 48 hours. After that the status has changed to return, refund. I don't understand I told them clearly that I did not receive any product from where will I return. And everyday I need to call customer service they don't have any information other than telling to wait for 24-48 hrs complaint raised the upper department will call. But till now I didn't receive any call from them. I paid the amount and without product waiting for such type of service. No money, no product... don't know what to do. Such a bad service, irresponsible people, pathetic

      Hello Sir/Ma'am I have bought recently a realme 4K Smart TV on Flipkart while Big Billion Day Sale for 24, 999/-
      Purchased Date; 09/10/2021
      Delivered Date; 12/10/2021
      Installation completed by 13th Evening
      My unit has screen flickering and bleeding issues over the screen. So that, I have created a replacement request for my unit. Replacement Requested Date 19/10/2021. They said that the order will have a tech visit before approving your replacement product. I have waited until the date comes. However, they didn't send a technician to visit. Tech Visit Date was 23/10/2021 Still, which is shows your order is processing... If I had called the customer and tried to raise a complaint? In between the call the customer associates are disconnecting the calls. The waiting period is in between 8-35 minutes. However, they are simply disconnecting without giving any answer. Please kindly help me regards the issue of replacement. I am waiting since 19/10/2021. Still, not solved the problem. Kindly help me with the refund or replacement as earlier as possible. I'm okay with refund if replacement is not possible. Thank You.

        I purchased a television from Flipkart and as per policy, I was supposed to get the installation within 48 hours, it has been almost 18 days since the delivery but no one has contacted for installation yet. Also, they have closed the return window. Now in case the television is damaged, they will not replace the same as well. If I would have opened the box, they would have claimed that you should have waited for the installation.

        Further, I was supposed to get a coupon for Samsung sound bar after the return period was over, it has been more than a week, I haven't received anything.

        Needless to say, I have contacted the team almost 15-20 times and every time they have the same sentence to say "Kindly wait for 48 hours". They are not providing any details for installation nor the coupon code. It has been a nightmare dealing with Flipkart. On Twitter, they give bot replies which have no sense. The social media team doesn't solve the problem and asks to wait for 48 hours. Worst ever online shopping experience. I urge everyone to not order anything from Flipkart if you want mental peace.

              I ordered a battery worth 16000/- by flipkart pay later.Since 30 days flipkart was unable to deliver that product. Finally they cancelled my order. They give a assurance that they refund the ordered amount money. Since 30 days flipkart pay generated my credit bill. Now I have no product or no service but I will pay interest. Why everytime company cheats like that. Why a customer suffer for your bad service.

                Flipkart blocked my rewards in Flipkart Video section and gamezone and displaying that I have did suspicious activity but I didn't do any thing. And they talk about fair play but they do not follow their rules I have seen that score of games which shown in leaderbord and who got highest score they win big prize but highest score is impossible to chase and no one can make that score with regular gadgets like moblie or computer. I think that is either hacker or flipkart itself involved in this phenomenon. And If any one can make that score in front of me with regular common devices then I will ready to loose any thing for you flipkart. This is a scam and if you need more information about this scam please contact me

                  I purchased boat smart watch with 1999 gift voucher...watch is not working properly...I returned it and in app it is showing refund finished...spoke Flipkart customer team...one of worst team ( chat team).

                  Escalated to higher team also... there's no proper response...I am gng to file a complaint ..in court of law.

I cancelled the product many times and request for a refund. but, now it more than one month I didn't received any refund from flipkart. I am taking continuously follow up for the same. But none of your executive able to resolve my query.

                        We purchased machine on 21st oct and after that we had indefinite number of call with customer care person till 29th Oct. On 30th we checked app and found that installation is cancelled then we try to raise request for return but it did not happened . I called customer care people' and they told we did not respond to ifb service people' that's why they cancelled and then we ask them can we open they told if you open that then warranty will not be there. We don't know are they Playing game or what. Today we purchase new machine and thought will return this one anyhow but now installation team came and they told they received call today from flipkart.

                        Now what we do ? We already frustrated with flipkart and they are not giving us return.

                            On 31/10/2021: Expected delivery date of Midea Fridge (payment completed online)

                            We had flown to our permanent residence on a Sunday, especially and specifically to receive the product since we are temporarily residing elsewhere.

                            The delivery executive called in the morning and was skeptical of delivering the product at doorstep if the product couldn't fit inside the elevator, despite having a provision to deliver the same via Staircase

                            When he arrived at the address, we had arranged 2 helpers to assist in the delivery. But to our surprise and dismay, the delivery executive simply refused point-blank. He was extremely rude and wasn't willing to co-operate despite all the assistance from our side.

                            Flipkart must not sell products that they are unable to deliver at the doorstep or they must at least mention the conditions of delivery in advance rather than their delivery executive "dictating terms and conditions" in a highly impolite, uncivil, and inconsiderate manner.

                            I would request Flipkart to clarify their protocol on doorstep delivery and if in case it is universally applicable (as assured by customer support) then they must ensure the delivery at the earliest.

                              Hello Flipkart. I want to register a complaint. I bought samsung galaxy S20 plus on Oct 18th 2020 under Flipkart smart upgrade plan.OD[protected]. The exchange or pay remaining amount option is enabled for me but I'm unable available buyback guarantee due to some technical error "oops! sorry ABB not enabled for this account". Have been talking to your customer care executives for the past 45 days. no resolution provided till now. Also tried on desktop but no use.

                                I am getting the error message "We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions" from last 5-6 days and it does not allow me to play any of the games on the gamezone.

                                  I declined package FMPP[protected] but Ekart executive marked it as delivered. He refused to return the product. I gave feedback to Ekart but they didn't even bother to call me and understand my concern.
                                  Since ekart is a Flipkart subsidiary, I called them and lodged a complaint. They assured me that they will find a resolution in a business week, by Oct 27th, 2021
                                  Here is when it becomes more interesting. On 27th Flipkart informs me that since i have given them written acknowledgement of receiving the package they cannot help me. When I contested this, they sent me a scanned copy of the said acknowledgement letter. Upon seeing that I realised that someone in local ekart has sent a fraudulent letter on my behalf. So I sent them a photo of a hand written letter to show that the letter they got wasn't written by me. Now the ticket is reopened with a new date for resolution which is Nov 5th. No one from Flipkart or Ekart has contacted me since.

I told the customer care agent that I am still upset about the forgery ekart has done and requested him to raise an internal investigation request. But I guess customers won't be privy to those info.

                                      Hello Sir, I am Mr. Santanu Das, a plus member of Flipkart and my registerd email address is- superio.[protected]@gamil.com and registered mobile number is- [protected] .
                                      I have ordered a Motorola Zx pro Television behalf of Piyali Mondal dated 5th October 2021 and the Order ID is[protected]. After delivery I have face a problem with this Television is Screen Bleeding. The problem is more visible when the room is dark and the screen is black. It affects our viewing experience. So that we have decided to replace this Television. And we request for a replacement and Flipkart generated a technical visit dated 26th October 2021. And we waited for the technical boy to visit. And we received a message that a technical boy named Suman Dey was assigned For the technical visit. We called the boy to know when he is coming. He received the call and told us that he would not come, someone else would come behalf of Suman Dey. A boy named Mithun Biswas called us and told us that he would come. But we didn't receive any details through message from Flipkart . But still we allowed Mithun Biswas to the technical visit. After reaching for technical visit he told us that he don't have any technical knowledge about television. He was forced to come for this technical visit. We told him all the problems in detail and show some proof but he was unable to understand any problem as he don't have any technical knowledge about television . He took some pictures and went away. After that within a few minutes we have suddenly got a new message form Flipkart that a technical visit is arranged and Gour Roy would come for technical visit. And at the same time we have got another message that the replacement request has been closed based on the technical visit. How can a person cancel the replacement who did not come for technical visit? Someone was sent here who had no technical knowledge of the matter. I have informed the total matter to Flipkart. And they told me to mail the matter with all the details to Flipkart. From today morning we already received two different messages with the details of two different person that they have coming for technical visit. We don't want to waste our time any more. The service of Jeeves is utterly bad. They send us a message with a details of a technical person and send another person for visit. This is unexpected. For Jeeves we the customers are suffering. I attached some proof herewith this mail. I hope the proofs will clear all your doubts.
                                      I am requesting to you that kindly replace or refund this Television.

                                      Mr alam from Flipkart wrote me that on 2nd November will be picked up the defective tv...but still now we don't get any kind of resulation from flipkart.now a days the service of flipkart is very poor...we want resulation as soon as possible..we really don't understand why Flipkart waste our time???
