Hello sir my name is akil akhtar i am from kashipur uttarakhand. Fraud happened with me. And this fraud has been done by Flipkart and Jeeves together. After committing fraud, now neither of them is ready to take responsibility, what happened to me is written below.

My claim id for Jeeves is: CLCMC[protected]

My problem is for this flipkart order id:
OD[protected]

I have purchased redmi note 8 pro on 18 October 2020 with *1 year Complete Mobile Protection plan*

Flipkart already mentioned in Complete Mobile Protection "if we can't repair it, we will replace it"

Now my phone has been accidental damage, but flipkart and Jeeves Not replacing To My Phone.

So Please give me a full refund or replacement of this product as promised by Flipkart. Because Jeeves's terms and conditions do not provide replacement or full refund, but Flipkart states that if the phone is not repaired then we will give the replacement, as shown in the screenshot below. I don't have complaint with Jeeves, I have complaint with flipkart. Because Flipkart has written that if the mobile cannot be repaired then we will give replacement whereas Jeev says that we cannot give full refund or replacement under any circumstances.

I am troubled since 7th September 2021 because of this problem. I have also complained to the customer care of Flipkart many times but all the customer agents of Flipkart send my problem to the Concern team, then I get a call from the Concern Team and they say that we cannot do anything in this regard Jeeves only will help. But jeeves says that we cannot give full refund or replacement because our terms do not have replacement or full refund. Whereas on Flipkart it is written that "If we can't repair it, we will replace it"

But my problem not solved of this id.

So i need full refund or replacement from flipkart because replacement is promised on flipkart and not in jeeves terms.

It is clearly written in the terms of Jeeves that if your mobile is not repaired, then you will be given a refund of 80% to 60%. But full refund or replacement will not be given. This means that Flipkart has cheated us whereas Flipkart should not do this. I strongly appeal to flipkart to give me replacement or full refund as promised by flipkart. I am expecting good response from flipkart, Thank You

    I am a valuable plus member for u
    I would like to inform that while placing the orders transactions declined. It shows the message as "Transaction declined on the basis of risk checks". So many times I have contacted the customer care but of no use. My self so many times I have tried to resolve the issue like uninstall the app and reuse, tried in laptop and systems to place the order. But there is no use....

          Very disappointed with Flipkart's service. I ordered one home theatre which is of very poor quality but I can not return it, they are providing only replacement of the same product the sound of which just sucks.

          I want to order another product of the same brand at a higher price but I can't because of the stupid return policy of the seller & Flipkart. As if I will have to listen to poor quality music the rest of my life because Flipkart doesn't have the refund in their Return Policy.

          Very poor service and this happens only in India, they do not care about their customers. I will suggest every customer out there move to Amazon from Flipkart for a better experience. Flipkart sucks.

            I have placed order for reebok full sleeve shirt but due to poor quality and their are lots of stained dark spots i raised a request for returning the product. Return order is accepted by you but delivery boy did not accept the product. He told me that product was used and there are lots of dark spot.
            I didnt even wear it that product. It is impossible to make it dirty within 1 day. The size is also too large.
            As i am placing lot of order from flipkart and also received good service but this time i am not getting proper service from your side.
            Request to instruct the deliver boy to accept the product and refund my amount at the earliest.

                I order 55 inch Android led TV from Flipkart. It's listed price 50999. But I order it on 47790 with multiple discount coupon and payment done by debit card but my order is cancelled after ten hour without any explanation. They said your money will be refunded on 3rd November after 6 days of my order. The same led is listed on the Flipkart after cancellation of the led TV. If my order is cancelled due to some reason why it is still listed on the Flipkart. When I talked to customer executive about this they disconnected my call. This is totally fraud . They are not selling the product. They collect money from different customer through prepaid transaction and use it for their profit

                  I have placed an order for a Nokia 225 4G DS 2020(OD[protected]. I want to return the order for a refund and this is my first return since 2018. I am not happy with the product and wish to get a refund. Initially, I have initiated a return for refund unfortunately it was rejected from the seller. Please help me with the refund.

                            I ordered Asus Rog strix g 15 laptop on 12th of this month from Flipkart I paid the whole money in advance as there was no cash on delivery the product has to be shipped by 16th but it was not shipped and the expected delivery date was 21 of this month but it was not delivered I contacted Flipkart everyday but they are saying different reasons every time they said that they would contact me and they are not contacting me but I am getting mail that I am being trying to be contacted. My next promised delivery date was between 21st and 28 of this month but I didn't get the product it's been it's been18-19 days I am contactin Flipkart everyday and they are saying different story I can't cancel this product I want this . flipkart does not have stock available anymore I want this laptop as soon as possible I ordered this product as I am having online class but it's been almost a month and has not been delivered yet please help me. My phone is also broken so I need this laptop as soon as possible please help me out please Flipkart

                            Yesterday night I got another set of date that is from 29 to 3 November but then I got a mail today that the order is been cancelled by seller as it is been delayed. I ordered this laptop with much effort and Flipkart is doing this to me they havent shipped till now or done anything thing please give me this laptop or please put stock for this laptop

                              My flipkart account closed by flipkart i am not satisfy with the reason they provide. i called flipkart many times and said that i have pay later dues please activate my account so that i can pay dues, but every time they send the same mail that I can't login anymore, how can i pay flipkart pay later dues so that i can close pay later account.

                              Is your issue solved?
                              I dont think they will help you any further. Contact IDFC Bank directly to settle your bill/dues & permanently close your loan account. Only a suggestion, decision is yours.

                                They are not delivering my sofa bed on time. I had ordered it on date 6 October 2021. Firstly they assured delivery on 20 th October then 25th October then 28th October ...till date I didn't get my product.

                                    I ordered whirlpool fully automatic washing machine and got delivered on 13.10.2021 and on the same day technician called and told I will cancel your installation and demo service due to wrong pin code address, how is it possible if machine reached on given address. After that I have complaint many times even every day but issue not resolved till date. Now no one is responding because return policy date ends. They cheated me very badly. I have recodings how they treated me, every time they kept me waiting on calls for hours. I have all proofs.
