I have placed an order for an iPhone-11 from Flipkart. I got a dummy iPhone 11 (White), Instead of iPhone-11 64GB(Black). After 10 emails and calls, they accepted a replacement. In the replacement, they delivered soil- clay packed inside the iPhone box. After that, approx 4-5 times, my return request was accepted and immediately canceled it repeatedly. On-call they keep telling. It will be solved by this date that date. But it didn’t solve till today. I did not get anything except time, hope, and rejections. It's been 17 days. I have sent the FIR-filled form as well with my Adhar-card and all the required proof that I was asked for in the email. But again, after 48hrs, I got the email that my return request had been canceled, and my Flipkart account was blocked due to the high number of return requests. It is obvious until the refund, and I keep asking for return requests. They did not refund the amount and simply closed the concern and account. Is this the solution ?? I am requesting to reopen the case and refund my money. It is not a small amount, so I won't keep quiet until I get the refund. I have all the proof.
I have contacted them on every platform but didn't get the solution. It is miserable to a loyal customer of Flipkart like me, who has been with you for the past 6 years? And have purchased approx 250 goods, worth over 5lakhs.
Please help to solve the issue and refund my money.
