    I ordered a MSI GF65 Laptop from Flipkart, that has stopped working within 2 days of delivery, and I have been struggling to get a refund / replacement for over a month now.

    Timeline of issue:
    1-Aug-21 - Ordered the MSI GF65 Laptop

    4-Aug-21 - Laptop delivered (Charging light not working on delivery, but since the laptop was working we started using it)

    6-Aug-21 - Laptop stopped working and would not turn on

    7-Aug-21 - Raised a replacement request, since return / refund was not available as an option (apparently, return/refund was not allowed on this INR 75K product, which is absurd)

    7 to 20-Aug-21 - we were told that a technician will visit to check the device in 15 days, but no one came, and there was no communication around this. Tried calling the customer care to get some clarity on the technician visit but were told to wait till the 20th of August.

    21-Aug-21 - Called the customer care and asked the status and was told that they are raising an incident to look into this.

    23-Aug-21 - The seller 'CORSECA' cancelled the original order and raised a new order and accepted a replacement request on it.

    25-Aug-21 - A replacement product arrived through an 'EKART' delivery agent but the product replacement was rejected because the product on our end had 'not been sealed by a technician'

    25-Aug-21 - Called customer care and told them that the replacement agent was not replacing the product because the product was not sealed, and that no technician had come to seal the product. She said that she will check the issue and asked me to wait for a couple of days

    27-Aug-21 - Someone from customer care called and said that the product will be replaced without the need for the product at my end being sealed

    30-Aug-21 - The replacement agent came with the replacement product and refused to replace the product again, saying that the product at our end was not sealed. I tried to explain to him that the call center person had said there will be no need for the seal this time, but he refused to budge. He said he will write an email internally to sort this out and come back the next day.

    31-Aug-21 - The replacement agent called asking if we had received any communication from Flipkart. We had not and we told him that. An hour later our replacement request was rejected once again.

    1-Sep-21 - Trying to speak with the call center and the returns department, but they are unable to figure out how to resolve my issue. I am trying to return the product and get a refund, but that is not being accepted, and they have raised another issue to look into this issue and forwarded it to the 'Delay in Delivery' department, and have asked me to wait till the 5th of September.

    The call center agents don't have the grievance officer number. The returns department lady said that there is no head for the returns department that I can speak with. All I hear is 'we have forwarded the issues to a higher authority and someone will get in touch with me in the next couple of days to resolve the issue'.

    This is ridiculous that after paying INR 75K and receiving a defective product, I am waiting for over a month for a working product, even though at this moment I just want to return the defunct product and get a refund and forget this ever happened.

    By the way, I tried calling the grievance officer at +[protected], but the phone number has incoming barred. Then tried calling +[protected] and the phone gets disconnected automatically. There is absolutely no way to speak with anyone responsible at Flipkart who can take personal accountability to get the issue resolved.

    Whether this issue gets resolved or not, I swear and urge everyone else not to buy anything else from Flipkart again. Just walk into the nearest physical store and buy at a small premium. At least there will be a human being who you can talk to in case of an issue.

      I ordered boat airpodes 402 from Flipkart and i found that item was Missing in the box. I initiated a return requested and then got a message after few days that i need to send my Photo id for third party verification which I don't think is safe. And there was nothing as before. I want refund or my product asap.

        OD[protected] [Incident: IN[protected]]

        I have ordered Grocery on 9th of August, my promised delivery date was 14th August. So on 14th August midnight it has been rescheduled to 21st August without any notice or confirmation. After then on 21st August it has been delayed again and rescheduled to 27th August. I kept calling and mailing Flipkart Support, but all staffs always took the issue lightly. On 27th August asusual it has been delayed and rescheduled to 1st September. After seeing this trend, finally I posted some tweet on Twitter and someone named Pooja from Escalation Social Media Team contacted me and assured me order will be delivered by 1st September for sure, if it get failed to delivered by 1st September they would provide me the compensation and take necessary action against the seller/courier. Now today is 1st September, again the order got delayed asusual and rescheduled to 5th September. I mailed Pooja about the incident, she called me and now she turns 360 degrees and started backing up seller and Flipkart, she confirmed she provided misleading information on last call, she wont be able to provide the compensation neither the order delivery on 1st September, neither she can take any action against this incident. She forced me to wait again till 5th September. So after waiting this long time, Flipkart and Seller keep dragging the delivery timeline intentionally. Immediately take an action against them. Enough now. I have all the call recordings of Pooja as well, will move more higher authority, this way these people thugs people.

              Please note am going to file FIR because the invoice we received from from is duplicate and edited in case police caught any mobile purchase from flipkart they will not return us instead they consider as thift so am going to tell this to my all friends and social media.

              OD[protected] here is my order number purchase from flipkart oppo a52 but recently police collected and not returned back saying invoice copy is fake there is no signature and seal. My mail id [protected]@gmail.com

                Warranty service for Laptop

                In 2019, bought a laptop for my work purpose. The only reason of attraction to buy from Flipkart was because of the extended warranty period of Flipkart. Before purchasing even I consulted with a few of my friends and read out all the terms and conditions of Flipkart regarding the extended warranty period as well.                   I've placed my order through GPay.
                  Payment was successful but order didnt placed and my money got deducted from my bank.
                  please resolve as soon as possible.
                  Else I'll move to Consumer court as it was not first time this happened.

                      I would like to bring your attention on to a serious matter, regarding irresponsible and a fraudulent approach / deal faced from flipkart side .
                      I had been ordered a mobile phone on 17th july 2021 with booking number 0000000 and the same delivered on 22nd july 2021 to the provided address.
                      After receiving the item I had gone for activation and noticed that the camera of the phone and charger provided with that are not working. Flipkart was provided defective/ damaged goods.
                      Later I raised a complaint to the customer care / technical department of flipkart regarding the same issues and they promised me that they will replace another mobile phone and charger. (The chat and communication details are attached for your reference).But the next day I received information from customer care department that I am not eligible for replacement. Later again I lodged the complaint for the same and got a response from CC team that they will proceed with the replacement. But the next day again I received information from the CC team that my order had been cancelled and no replacement or refund is possible.
                      I booked the phone to my children for online study purpose during this covid pandemic season.

                      Now I need full refund immediately which I had paid to them, INR 6850/-

                      your immediate response and action towards this issue will be appreciated.

                            I am writing here to lodge a complaint against flipkart for not providing any resolution on my closure request of flipkart pay later account. I have raised the request on 28th Aug 2021 via customer care no. They informed the issue has been created and the resolution date is 31st August 2021. However, I have not been provided any update on the same as of yet. I have called them several times and they simply informed that the issue was sent to their back-end operational team and the team would contact you shortly. However, I have not got any response on that from any of them. I am not sure why they are making so much delay on closing a request by doing the needful. They ask people to use flipkart pay later account but dont provide any clarification on the steps of how to close pay later account. It seems that they are avoiding these type of requests.

                              I have been using pay later service since last 18 months and did pay all my emi installments in time but when I am checking my cibil it shows pending loans right from the beginning which I have already paid on time.
                              Flipkart assures everytime that issue will be resolved but each time the TAT exceeds and there is no resolution.

                                Today i received an order with COD.They forced me to pay and receive saying that its placed by us.I denied but they gave me false assurance that they have already confirmed with my father on phone regarding this order.
                                My father was in office at that time.Later i confirmed with my father and he denied about any such order, as he dont even know to place online orders.
                                There is no sender details mentioned in package.

                                  Sir, I have bought Wadhwa Times Analog wall Clock on[protected] for Rs 1549 /- and received the product on[protected]. The product was completely damaged, so within 10 minutes, I have applied for return policy and to refund the amount. Concern Flipkart also accepted to refund and issued a date on or before[protected]. I Have received the Delivery Executive contact number on[protected] to collect the delivery, but he is refused to collect the item as it was not in Jurisdiction. Finally no one is approached as on day to collect the Item. The same thing I was given complaint on[protected],[protected] and[protected]to Flipkart Customer care. Today Flipkart is cancelled my Return policy. Its completely Cheating the customers. The problem was resolved Yet Sir. Hence I Request the Kind officer to resolve the issue as early as possible.

                                    Am talking about a complaint with reference ID - IN[protected].

                                    I've raised a issue with flipkart support that i havent receive a product that is ordered. From more than 20 days i've been trying to speak to the CS and tey always tell me some back end team will reach me on it. But it never happened. Everytime they made me wait for 5 days. Its been close to a month now.

                                    I've ordered some products from flipkart. One of the product was missing in delivery. However i've complained to them immediately after the delivery. They told me that they will raise return request and the amount will be refunded once the seller accepts it. Later i found that seller rejected it.
                                    Not sure why. From then, everytime i'm calling the customer care & asking them to escalate, they say that they have escalated to back end team and they will provide a resolution with in 5 days. This process is happening from one month but no one returned to me.
                                    No help from flipkart.

                                      I have recieved this mail from your side, day before yesterday that you will get your gift card amount within 24 to 48 hours screen shot attached.
                                      Again today I got a call from Flipkart side and somebody saying you need to wait till 15th sep.
                                      I have never seen this type of fraud company, everyday one one story.
                                      I am requesting you please rectify the things immediately.
