I am writing to you to raise an issue about the mobile phone realme narzo 30A, I have purchased from flipchart
The issue that I have experienced was: i have purchased realme narzo 30A on on 24 th july
i noticed that the audio is not working
i have requested for replacement on 27 july
but i found that my request was denied with out any enquires
they are arguing that they have resolved the issues by troubleshooting. But there was no communication with me
I have make several attempts on 5/07/2021
I want a cashback Rs 8249/- and a brand new mobile phone as compensation for the child.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please take necessary actions as early as possible
