I have brought an LG Velvet dual-screen phone through Flipkart on 27th June 2021. The phone is faulty and not at all working. So I request for the return of the product as per the return policy guidelines and within the allowed time frame of 7 days. While putting up the return request there system is showing only a replacement option no refund option.

I have proceeded with the replacement option, i tried to contact their call center with no response, I requested a call back they have called but cut down the call thrice every 2 mins not allowing me to get the conclusion for the grievance. After these calls, they updated the return request as rejected and the issue has been resolved through troubleshooting, which is blatant lie and fraud. I lost my trust in Flipkart, I feel cheated by Flipkart and I'm disheartened as I have lost my hard-earned money of 55000 for trusting Flipkart. Please help me. Refund my amount.

      I am a plus customer of Flipkart. One product I ordered that was missing when I complaint about that, next day my account has been blocked. and the reason was written that due to high returns and cancellation it has done. I contacted to customer care and told him that please check my account that how many items I have returned or cancelled but they didn't resolved my issue. Unblock my account without any valid reason how can Flipkart block my account

        I buy a kids car in flipkart.. I get tha car in 4th July.. but car remote is not working.. soo I return the product nd replace... but some problems I change my adress... I contact customer service.. he told customer care call to u with in 11 minutes... asusually he told that like 4 times... but no one call to me.. and no one response to my problem.. nxt I can call to flipkart service number... she also same type response customer care calls to u with in 8 mints... but still no one call u... our employees is too negligence...

          Ear Sir / Madam,

          I am writing to you to raise an issue about the mobile phone realme narzo 30A, I have purchased from flipchart

          The issue that I have experienced was: i have purchased realme narzo 30A on on 24 th july
          i noticed that the audio is not working
          i have requested for replacement on 27 july
          but i found that my request was denied with out any enquires
          they are arguing that they have resolved the issues by troubleshooting. But there was no communication with me
          I have make several attempts on 5/07/2021

          I want a cashback Rs 8249/- and a brand new mobile phone as compensation for the child.

          I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please take necessary actions as early as possible

            Hello,
            Yesterday, while playing quiz time at 10pm, I got 1088 points. Two days before that, they have asked same set of questions. So i got to know all the answers. I was not aware of getting points more than 1085 will ban my reward section completely. Please unblock my account.

                I play Flipkart games oftenly and in that particularly I never miss the quiz time at any cost.I was playing the game on 4th of July at 8:00pm (IST) and while playing the quiz I noticed that all the questions were repeated. So I started giving the answers within fraction of seconds(as they are repeated all the answers were known to me) and my score was 1086. And in Flipkart T&C there is nothing mentioned like your account will be banned if you score more. And without any prior notice they banned me from GameZone and while I create a new account that was also banned. According to flipkart this is going to be violation of t&c. I'am suggesting these thing should be mentioned clearly in t&c or at least a notification on first time when opening game zone. So that we should be aware of this. I have won some supercoins which i didn't recieved yet. So kindly remove the ban from all my id's.

                  Dear Team,
                  My flipkart account ([protected]@gmail.com) is operated with my old number [protected]. This number is now use by other customer after i changed my number few years ago. I requested to change my new number [protected]. They can not change or synchronise with my latest information. This is a privacy and security breach concern. After knowing this security breach also Flipkart not ready to change information. They have asked me to give new number which is not registered with flipkart. But as i think phone number rotates. Still i am facing security breach issue. Please help.

                    I have created flipkart account 6 years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.

                    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                      I ordered a Realme Narzo 20 smartphone from your e-commerce website of which got delivered on 18th of June, 2021. After facing some technical issue, I demanded a replacement which got approved post technician visit.

                      Incident 1:- The delivery executive who came at my doorstep refused my replacement stating that I don't possess a "Warranty Card Booklet" in the consignment box. Despite I showed him the hard copy of invoice as warranty card.

                      Incident 2:- I escalated the same issue which was promised to get resolved by 1st of July, of which I didn't even get a follow up from your end.

                      Incident 3:- I was forced to have a re visit from the technician stating that the supply chain has been broken due to Replacement rejection and all the steps need to be followed again from the beginning.

                      Incident 4:- My second technician visit again approved the replacement and I continuously highlighted this issue infront of the Customer Service that this issue would repeat again when the delivery executive comes. To which the CRS said that it won't get repeated.

                      Incident 5:- On 2nd of July, the delivery executive came at my door. Didn't even contacted me and returned back while talking with someone over the phone. I called the concerned delivery executive to ask why didn't he came in for replacement? To which he said that Flipkart's Customer Service has told him not to pickup the consignment as I don't have a Warranty Booklet.

                      Points:-

                      1. The specifications of the product says:- Quick Guide with Warranty Card Booklet. (Ref. Specifications) But I have received a Safety Guide Booklet from the company which has not been mentioned in the specifications list. Then in that case why the delivery executive is being stubborn regarding a particular word "Booklet with warranty card" when there's something in the consignment that has not been mentioned in the specification list.

                      2. The Hub Manager of Hub No. 5711, seeks a mail from Flipkart end as stated by him. In order to complete my replacement. He earlier asked for a written proof of where it has been mentioned that Invoice is equivalent to a warranty card. To which I shared Screenshot of Flipkart chat process and he again denied and demanded for a mail.

                      3. Delivery Executive himself has confessed that there's no such booklet which company is providing nowadays. And these kind of rejections they have done to other 6-7 customers as well.

                      4. As a hardcopy of invoice is equivalent to a warranty card there's no issue of denial from this fact.

                      This case is a matter of paramount importance. And I seek quick redressal of the same

                          Respected sir,

                          my registered flipkart email id is "[protected]@gmail.com" i ordered 10 quantity of Dabur amla hair oil (Order ID -OD[protected] & Order ID - OD[protected] by paying 2736 rs, parcel delivered to me but unfortunately i received 2+2 products only...i have filled complaint with the flipkart and in national consumer helpline...my previous Grievance Number: 2793309, filled on 21st june but Flipkart sended email regarding this issue saying i will receive refund for the missing products, they asked me for my bank account details (i have attached snapshot of the email i received) even a day before i got call from them (i have full call recording) they called me to confirm my bank account details by Otp...i gave otp and they he told me i will receive my refund within 24 hours but unfortunately after 3-4 hour i got another email saying their system detected unusual high number of return in my purchase history but i can give proof that there is no return in my purchase history because i was not using Flipkart from past 2 years... please sir i need help...my previous grievance is still not resolved and i am creating another grievance. You blocked my account i don't mime but please either give me my purchased products or refund my money My new

                          Flipkart sending same email again and again, copy pasting only, even they didn't contacted me, they should not do this kind of things with their innocent users...i am ready to give all proofs even they closed my previous grievance on NCH, as my issue is still unresolved so i have created another grievance on NCH, Grievance Number: 2830707

                          I am not recommending anyone to use flipkart for shopping, they are cheaters

                            Hi,
                            I purchased a book on real analysis by Robert G Bartle and I got the pirated version. Even the book has some prints of handwritten notes which is bad. I returned the product in hope that may be it's a mistake but again I got the same problem. Please resolve this issue. If I paid for the book I have the right to get the original one.

                              Respected Sir/Madam,

                              I have a issue regarding while after earning of super coins by playing Flipkart win super coins games, I see an error Suspicious Activity Detected when I try to unlock the surprise gift It says I cannot claim any rewards from flipkart video.
                              I have played many games Till today date 5 July 2021. Suddenly it's shows error

                              I assure you that this account was never used for any unofficial and will never be used for the same.
                              Please rectify my issue. I don’t want to miss those lovely games & puzzles of flipkart.

                                Customer executive not resolve my issue

                                I ordered a saree which order id is OD[protected] dated 23.06.21. I received two parcel against my order on 28 June 21 from delhivery courier which is different from my order and second received on 29 June 21 from ecom express which is actual.
                                I contact many time with flipkart executive but they can't resolve my issue.
                                So I requested to you kindly do needful....

                                I have ordered my phone Flipkart 15/06/2021 but after some days phone has technical issue I want replace my phone technician visit done and approved my replacement but delivery executive not replace my phone and show undilivered after that I request again replace my phone but delivery executive not pick and replace my phone and use abuse language I am feeling bad Flipkart poor service I do not again purchase from Flipkart not recommend any friends ' family to purchase any product from Flipkart ...

                                  My self kanne nithin. I ordered poco x3 mobile in flipkart on 12th June 2021. I received a manufacturing defect poco x3 mobile in damaged package box. The mobile battery performance was very poor and getting hanging even after all software upgradation. Flipkart customer care send technician to check the mobile. The technician and seller rejected the mobile request even the problem and issue persist. Flipkart service didn't help me to resolve the issue. Every replacement request was rejected after 2 or 3 days by flipkart service. I need help to replace and return the mobile. Please help me.

                                      I bought boult headphones on 20th June received product was defective so raised for exchange. I did not received the exchange so i called Customer support on 24th june they said you will receive your exchange very soon that is on 29th june so i was waiting till then. But i didn’t receive any exchange. Then i again called on 29th i told her i want to raise a complaint customer support told me be calm will raise a return complaint the support team will call you and come to receive the product on 3rd July but yet no one has come to receive the product. I called them again more than 5 times after that i told them to connect me to the superior they always keep me on hold and disconnect the call. Flipkart is playing tricks and playing fraud with the customers. Fooling around and wasting customer’s money. So so so disgusting service. I wont waste my money i would file a complaint against Flipkart.
