I requested to return my mobile phone on 1st July, 2nd July as well as 3rd July.

Two times the technician came to my place, and both the times the conclusion was that my phone is defective. Also the technician also said in the report he wrote to you (as per the technician) that the phone is defective. Even after learning that my phone is defective, my request was rejected. I called your caller executive 25 times, and everytime everyone said that the technician did mention that the phone is defective however there was a miss communication. Also when the technician was scheduled to come the 3rd time, he didn't come and on the app the technician updated that the phone is completely fine, though he didn't even come.
