      I cancelled my order in 17 feb 2021 mi led 4A 80cm but my refandabal amount 14999 rupees is not credit in my account in yet time so please my debit amount is credit in my account farther

        I hv ordered ARC Soft Lovely Heart, cushions and paid Rs. 249/- on 8th February, 2021 and got delivery on 14th February, 2021. I was supposed to get two pair of hearts but received only one. Since 20 days i am chasing for 2nd pair of heart and complaints so many times on customer care but till date no solution and i have been told that i will get call from your senior on or before 7th of March but no one has called even after giving reminders.
        I want my second pair of heart by tomorrow of else i will complaint to your CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy. This is the way Flipkart is treating his valuable customer and giving support and their Seniors hv no time to call.
        I want my delivery by tomorrow or else i will write in Twitter and all social media about Flipkart.

          Flipkart is the worst platform to giving the services to the public..
          Flipkart always denied their promises..
          On 26th of feb i ordered poco M3 on flipkart ...and this was my biggest mistake that i ordered the phone on flipkart...flipkart diliverd the phone on 1st march..after that i face alot of issueses on phone.. speaker quality is rediculous..even i m not able to hear another person's voice call..camera quality is worst..phone heating up on charging.. and it takes 3-4 hours on completing the Charging 100%...i file return request on 3rd of march..but after technician visit they canceled my return request..then again on 5th of march i again file return request they again cancel it without any solution.. Their policies their promises all are fake...

            Have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few yesrs ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

              Account [protected] change to [protected] [protected] is not in use so when i update phone number i am not able to because old number is not in use and the system send otp to old number and new number new number otp can be entered but not old number otp can be entered so please change without asking otp

                On 3rd March, 2021 I ordered a Casio Edifice EX488 ( EQS-920DB-1BVUDF ) Worth Rs. 11, 995/- When I got the product (5th March, 2021) I got different model of Casio watch. Then within 10 minutes, I contacted Flipkart and told the whole situation. They told me to refund the product. Then I do the same With mentioning the reason that "Got different product as shown from the website" As told by the flipkart. But when wishmaster came to me they refused to take the product as the product don't match with the image shown on the website. I tried much but he didn't even tried to understand me and denied my request. And after sometimes I got that my refund request is cancelled automatically.
                Now, tell me what's my fault here. If I have highlighted that my product didn't match the product I was ordered and that's why I am trying to return it. But the wishmaster is not taking my product saying the same thing that the product didn't matches with the image of the website.
                I am very depressed and mentally harassed. What my fault here? That I believed Flipkart and bought the product which clearly mentioned the return policy of 30 days. But Flipkart is not helping me. Everytime when I contact Flipkart they say the same thing that you will get a resolution within 48 hours. And the same thing is happening again and again. Please help me I am in trouble 😭😭🙏🏻🙏🏻.
                Please Flipkart, It's my humble request to give me the refund of my product. I have everything which I got with my product. Help me please!! I can't do the same thing for whole one month.
                Hope you will check my issue as soon as possible. For this I will be grateful of yours.

                    An amount of Rs. 379 was debited from my account for an order that i successfully placed on 11/02/2021. Later i cancelled the order but didn't get the refund till now and flipkart is saying they have refunded the amounte. Please help

I have done one payment of Rs 800 on 3rd March 2021 from Google pay application to Flipkart.but because of banking server problem at that time payment not completed.After sometime app was showing that payment is successful & my account also debited but Flipkart merchant didn't received that payment.They are saying they have received only one payment...

                            I have placed order for Gold Con form two different account, details as mentioned below, from the total of 8 gold coin only 5 is being delivered but all the 8 coins are being marked as delivered and no one is aware about the shipment delivery -

                            The another mess is 3 tracking number from the mobile #[protected] and #[protected] are similar, though the product order id is different.

                            1) Why the tracking id is same for multiple product which are different order ID and different address
                            2) Even if the tracking id is same why there is only single product in the shipment it should be two then in one box.

                            one of the most third class customer service I have ever come across, I would like to file a case against the service and also want refund for my order which was placed.

                            Spoke with multiple rep's and all of them have disconnected the call when asked for the supervisor.
                            Rep's are very unprofessional.
                            For all the error made by Flipkart and for the stress/ Mental Harassment, I have gone through will definitely charge a huge sum.

                              We have purchase mobile but its camera is faulty.
                              We have raise return request within timeframe but it has rejected without any consolation. for this case we have call customer care 10-12 time they did not give any answer and after some time just cut the phone and very bad, irresponsible answers from customer care agent. . So irresponsible, kamchor and harmkhor e-commence portal.
                              Flikart is cheater.

                                This is to bring to your attention an utterly disappointing and almost humiliating experience of me trying to follow-up for my refund of 845 Rs. pertaining to the order placed by me.

                                Flipkart app shows refund processed on 10th December 2020 and I have been following up since then stating that the refund has not been processed. I have also shared my credit card statements multiple times for them to evidence that such amount has not been refunded.

                                For the last 01 month, I have been chasing their customer service team to provide me the transaction reference number w.r.t. refund processed by the seller and they are yet to provide me the same.

                                Today I have reached a new low o[censored]tter disbelief in the way of response - their team has written to me stating that the seller never received my payment in the first place. It is absolutely shameful and absurd.

                                Please assist me with obtaining resolution of the same and processing of my refund.

                                    We purchased a tv for around 20, 000. The first piece screen was defective ao they sent replacement which was defective too. So we asked for refund. They said technician will come check and once he confirms produxt defective then they will refund money. Its been more than a month and there has been no technician visit so far. We have chatted and called the flipkart CUSTOMER service but they are simply lying saying return request yet to be processed other agent told us its already processed, other agent said some guy will be coming today only other agent told us some date so.we are hearing different stories from flipkart but no refund yet. When we call they put is on hold indefintely or cut the call. I am writing to you out of frustration at this ### flipkart company who are cheating CUSTOMERs like me. I need a solution and i need my refund. I can show you chats of how they have given false promises of a refund.
