Exchange of my old phone not happened. arrange at the earliest. customer executive called and told me to "sell back". but that is not what flipkart promised me. There is a legal obligation to take back my old phone at promised price. Bcos o[censored]r courier guy why should i suffer. Punish/penalise ur courier wishmaster for non-performance of contract. ELse i will legal charges against Flipkart. Be informed accordingly....

I recently brought a product from flipkart but the order was cancelled by the seller. Ordered Kolkata Orchid Online Zygocactus Red (christmas cactus) plant but merchant Cloud Farming sent Dragon tree cutting with thorns and it even bled me ### my finger, took it out thinking christmas cactus but it was full of thorns and different type of plant called pitaya dragon tree cutting.

Firstly I am Flipkart PLUS member, i've orderd a product and it was coming on 16th of june and i was out of delivery on 16th june but today is 17th of june and i still won't recived it so i called the number provided me in flipkart on my order with pin so the agent talked with me in very rude manner and hanged up... i am really unsatisfied from flipkart for this ! day by day flipkart is getting worse in delivery and about customer care !...

I don't know why Flipkart started Eating Customers Money by Account Blocking.

Money In Flipkart Wallet also Blocked Because of Account Block. If Flipkart Do not Want us to purchase through Flipkart Platform then they Should Block Future Purchases.

I ordered samsung A 23 from flipkart on 13th may 2023. I got mobile with different IMEI number on invoice and different IMEI number on device setting. So I applied for replacement but again after replacement i got same issue that is IMEI number mismatch on invoice and in mobile setting.So this time i requested for refund but they rejected it.So please solve my problem as soon as possible...

I placed the order for the motherboard on the 9th june 2023 and the motherboard was delivered on the 10th june 2023. I opened the package which was undamaged from the outside on the 11th june 2023 and found that the motherboard had a damaged i/o shield. I raised the issue with Flipkart and at first they said that the motherboard would be replaced but since then they have refused to replace or cancel the order and refund the money.

I had registered myself for the "Flipkart Pay Later" option quite some time now. I never used it, not knowing that Flipkart had opened an account in my name at IDFC first bank which is affecting my CIBIL score as it is showing that i have been sanctioned a loan amount of Rs.12, 000 by IDFC bank. And, now i don't have any clue on how to deactivate my PAY LATER. Please help as bank are seeking clarification on the mentioned sanctioned loan....

My Girf voucher was available of 500 and Evrytime I try to use it the error pops up saysing something went wrong and cannot place a order .

I ordered product (Motorola Edge 40) on 14 June according to their estimation delivery time is just 1 day but courier partner takes almost the 9 to 10 days for item pickup from seller I don't know why it takes so much time please look into it and try to resolve the issue....
