Dear sir,

I have purchased 1 unit of Melomane Opera On-Ear Wireless Headphone from flipkart but item is missing from box.

So please advice us, what i should do for reimbursement,

It was duly packed when i was recieve this shipment through courior, and i trusted the service of courior company but i just wonder after i open the box of courior

    When I try to UPDATE my NEW mobile number, the OTP are being sent to both the new number and the old number.

    I got the NEW number OTP and ACCOUNT password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as I lost the number and I don't have it.

    This is making me UNABLE to change the MOBILE NUMBER.
    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

      I would like to bring to you notice the I have order the mobile phone through Flipkart app and I got payment option that if I pay amount I'll get the product by next day...today morning I got surprised msg form the flipkart team...stating the product will be deliver by 30th aug, 2023., which is highly disappointed me...since the morning Flipkart team members making me fool every 10mns one new guy replaying...is this the way to treat customers?...its completely cheating to customers...

      I need my product asap or else I will stop ordering the products from Flipkart and I will inform to my family and friends to didn't order anything from Flipkart.

          The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number and Now i trying to connect flipkart customer to know but they haven't respond, last date for order place will be 31st august so how can i get my order.
          Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Still not get any update From Flipkart And day after tomorrow will be the last day to delivery my product so can can i get my product if i don't have my old number and account from which i ordered my product now i want to respond by you.

            Received fake pilgrim product from flipkart

            TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

            I placed an order of two Pilgrim hair growth serums from Flipkart. The product I received is completely different from the product I use. On complaining to the Flipkart customer care they refused to accept that it is fake and they refused to place a complaint and they also refused to return the product. On requesting them, they said they can’t help as per their senior’s order.

            Ordered ramraj vest the seller sent N95 mack instead of the vest. No rerun policy and flipkart support is horrible they clsoe the concern without any resolution staring Seller has no return policy and closing the same.

            FP must contact. The seller and ask them to resend or ban the seller for malpractice.

              I have an amount of rupees 542 in my account as gift card balance. I have been trying to use this gift card balance as the payment method for the past 2 months. Every time I try to pay by gift card an error message pops up "Please try after sometime."
              I have been trying to contact the customer care but I am unable to do so.
              Please reserve the issue at the earliest or refund the amount back.

                    I have ordered microwave oven of LG brand with grill option but there no option to grill . Flipkart is not responding to emails or requests that raised in the flipkart app . The tickets getting closed without resolution. I need to return the product and amount back or need full invoice amount compensation.

                              On August 21st, the Motorola G42 smartphone that had ordered from Flipkart was delivered. After using it for three days, I encountered some software issues. These issues include frequent application crashes, lagging while scrolling on Play Store and Instagram, and a purple line that appears when scrolling in dark mode. Additionally, the screen flickers with weird purple lines black smearing is one of major issue it has. This smartphone has become a headache for me.

                                  I've bought office chair on 8-October-2022
                                  From Flipkart Seeing 12 months warranty as described on website. It's been 7 to 8 months now, hydrolic of the chair stopped working, that's the main part actually, when i ask for warranty claim CELLBELL company say Only 6 months warranty for parts, so they can't replace it i need to pay the amount to make it fixed. Which will cost me almost Same amount of new chair, so when i ask Same things From Flipkart, they say i need to talk to product company people and solve the issue Flipkart can't help. So I've been cheated i need justice.

                                      Regarding issue its been 72hours almost still order is pending.Attached order details and my Gpay screenshot.I have already paid through UPI and the amount got deducted from my account.Also confirmed from the bank the amount successfully credited to seller account.Then why its showing order pending .Either confirm the order or cancel the order and refund the amount ASAP
