I have ordered a Chimney from flipkart which was supposed to be delivered on 27th Oct which was acceptable to me.But now the delivery date is changed to 15th Nov. I have purchased this to gift it to someone on 30th Oct. Since now its coming after 30th this product is of no use to me. Thats the reason i asked them to cancel the order. Flipkart has refused to cancel the order. The product will be of no use to me now as its not delivered as per the expected timeline. My ask is flipkart should cancel the order and refund my money.

    I had ordered a home theatre from flipkart on 17th october, and the product was delivered on 18th which was not working(power not coming to device). I raised a complaint on the same and they approved replacement. And promised to deliver on 22oct. Then they postponed the date again to 31st oct 2020. When i checked with customer executive, she informed that the product is not yet shipped. I want a resolution for this issue. If they are not able to deliver the product, Refund the amount.

        Not accepting CRT TV exchange

        Hello sir,

        I have placed an order of lg tv in exchange of CRT TV in offer period. While delivering the product the delivery guy didn't accept the CRT TV in exchange saying that from top management we received the order to not received any CRT TV. If it is so then why flipkart is not informed me about this earlier.
        And the behaviour of delivery agent was so harsh that he is considering himself a owner of flipkart and...

        I have placed my order of Acer Aspire 7 laptop on 16th October 2020 and still haven't received.

        Customer care people are not at all helpful. They'll say just give us a minute and will put your call on hold and within a min they'll disconnect. Haven't faced such issue with any other website. Registered complaint against my product which is still unresolved.

        They are not even cancelling my order as it is already paid. Its been more than 15days today.
        Atleast provide me with some details where my issue can get resolved or just refund my money.

          Have been trying for a long time to collect 2500 supercoins from flipkart which can be redeemed against a flipkart shopping voucher worth 5000.The expiry date for voucher is 31st october.I made enough purchases(10's of thousands) to acquire the required points within the deadline...But now they r not crediting the deserved super coins on time.was supposed to get 100 coins on 28th for the purchase of a smartphone but haven't got it yet.Its gonna be of no use to me after 31st as the voucher am planning to buy with those coins will expire on 31st, as per new flipkart policy.

          Supercoins were not credited today also.So to make up the coins i needed i purchased hotstar subscription from flipkart so that i will get 200 coins and i will be able to buy the voucher using 2500 supercoins then..Then i went to vouchers section to redeem these coins against 5000₹ gift cart gift voucher and i saw they removed it from the list even though its expiry date was not finished..I did check like 10 mins before buying the hotstar subscription to make up for additional coins and i am sure it was there..it was as if at first they intentionally delayed my supercoins and then when i found another way to collect the necessarry supercoins even at the expense of subscribing to hotstar using 1500 rs, , they just removed the voucher from list.Not very customer friendly 😅

            I ordered one acer laptop for my studies on 16th october and the promise date of delivery was 22nd october and then on 22nd i made a call to flipkart and then they said your promise date is 29th october and on 29th again i called and then they said the date 3rd november and i already paid the payment and my order is not packed by the seller yet its been 15 days.

              I ordered a realme phone on 24th of October 2020. On 28th October, I got a message that my order is out for delivery but I haven't received it yet. I have tried to contact customer care but they always say the same thing 'it is showing out for delivery and you will get your order soon'.

              I am really losing my patience. I have ordered products till date but this is the first time I am experiencing such carelessness from Flipkart. Kindly resolve this issue asap or guide me through the refund process.

                  When ever i try to order a phone it gets cancelled.. it works like a scam.. i paid with card and waited for 2 weeks for the refund!! When they don't have the product then why are they listing the product..

                      I Ordered Acer aspire 7 on 19th October 2020 in big billion days having Order ID-OD[protected].I purchased the laptop at Rs.49990/-.(I pay Rs.47240/-after instant discount on Bank offers)

                      As my location bearing pin code 515571 is not serviceable, I preferred near by pin code 515591.

                      Due to mismatch of pin code, delivery partner has not deliver the product and returned it to seller with inform me. Flip kart cancelled my order on 30/10/2020

                      The present price of above laptop is Rs.54990/- Because of cancellation of this order I loss Rs.5000/- .So, Kindly help me to get the product at same price or to revocation of cancelled Order.

                        Hi, this is Ishwar kushwaha who oredered a Kodak tv. Order is delivered on time. When the installation date 29/10/2020 came and i recieved a message in that message i got the information regarded to the techinician and his contact number. But when i call him he refused to come. After that i raised a complaint to the customer care and told everything what was actually happens. But in return what i got. Delay... Delay... Delay... The installation date extended to 4th Nov...
                        Just after one day Date again extended
                        To 5th november.

                        Still the name of technician( VISHAL PANCHAL) and his phone number is showing in my account. I am helpless. Flipcart is worst company. Customer care are not giving me proper answer.

                        I will never suggest anyone to buy anything from flipcart.

                                On the above order I made the payment of Rs 3615/- on 15th Oct 2020, around 12.32 pm, vide Paytm Wallet linked to my mobile number [protected]. Paytm confirmed that the payment credited to Flipkart vide PZT[protected]N4Z9P02, for the order which I raised OD[protected] on 15th Oct when your sale was open. But the order not confirmed, my paytm wallet got debited for the amount of RS 3615 ( attached the paytm wallet statement from 15th Oct on wards). I ordered a number of other items but no issue on those.

                                You can see the another order with you and the item for that paid and it got cancelled as well, no issue in that order. Only issue is with the 15th Oct order which I paid through Paytm Wallet and up to know I'm not got the credit for the unconfirmed order amounting Rs 3615

                                  I have come across google play cards on flipkart store, which are being sold more than its MRP . Products MPR is 1000 and is being sold at around 1300 RS. I find it quite illegal to sell a product more than its actual MRP . Over the extra price, Flipkart is adding delivery charges to this google play gift card which dont seem legit . I tried to contact to their customer support. All their agents were I'll mannered and left the chat 6 times . No agent answered me .Nor theirs any accountability in their system for such employees . Their agents are truly unprofessional and are just getting paid for sitting without resolving the customers issues.
                                  1) I will be attaching the chat proof of agents. 2) The Product with is being sold at more than its actual MRP . I will be registering this case in consumer court too personally, as per the records I have forwarded this matter to you too.

                                    Tv purchased on 21-Oct and delivered on 24-Oct (Order Id OD[protected]. It was promised that installation would be done within 48 hours. That was not done.
                                    When I called on 26-Oct I was told that it would be done by 11 pm on same day. That too did not happen
                                    When I called on 27-Oct (Incident Id: IN[protected] I was told that the installation was cancelled since my contact number was not reachable. But there was no SMS or email sent mentioning that the Technician is trying to reach me.
                                    Again when I called again on 29-Oct to check status on this incident I was told that it was auto closed by the system. So I logged another complaint (IN[protected] and spoke to the senior Executive who told me that the new date for installation is 4-Nov.

                                    So I decided to investigate and called Jeeves the company that handles installation for Flipkart and I was told that THERE IS NO TICKET LOGGED BY FLIPKART for installation of my TV!!! It means that all this time Flipkart was bluffing regarding the installation.
                                    It is also indicated by fact that while the Flipkart system is able to call me they claim the installation person was not able to reach me. To avoid any such problems I even gave them my alternate number on 26-Oct and was told that it will take upto 29-Oct to get it updated in the system...4 days to update a contact number!!!
                                    Additionally there is no email Id available for raising grievances. In fact they did not even send an email / SMS for every complaint that I have logged. I had to maintain record of these details .

                                    Going by the other complaints regarding Flipkart installation this has been a regular problem faced by many customers. If the company is seriously committed to serving its customers and retaining them it should address this problem IMMEDIATELY!
