Hi, this is reference to my Order OD[protected] placed for new Morola G-9 against exchange of old Morola G-5S on 16th October 2020.Today your delivery guy came for delivery, ( already late by roughly 3 days) He gave some excuse of delivery boys not ready to attend such calls consisting exchange offers by your company, now this argument was not undersatndable at all. Anyways, my phone which i had to wxcahnge is in good condition, but the delivery boy showed no interest of handing over new mobil i ordered and made weird reasoning and calimu=ing my phone is not in good condition Also he asked me to give Rs.750 extra from the value my phone was valued by Flipkart.so i request you to kindly look into the matter asap, because i can't believe this is how Flipkart is working during sale period and otherwise too. Hope this will be taken to notice soon to prevent further legal action .

    I bought an IPhone SE on 16th of October, I got the phone 18th of October, for the reason I wasn’t my place so my mother kept the parcel. Today morning on 22nd of October I came back to my place and I opened the parcel, and it was damaged. It has so many scratches in the camera and the back and front screen also. I raised a request for replacement.One of flipkart’s customer care executive has called and told me to call Apple for the issue occurred. I called Apple, they told me, I’ve a 7 days replacement option so I should go for it. Again I talked to flipkart customer care, they are telling me they will not replace the item. I want a replacement. Otherwise I’ll go to consumer forum for my problem, because I’ve spent lot for my phone, and I brought this phone because o[censored]sing.

      I ordered 10 nos of Borosil Endura Glass Storage Jars (5 nos of 600 ml size and 5 nos 1200 ml size) on 15th October '20 with a delivery commitment of 18th October'20 (ORDER No. OD[protected].

      Items not yet received (Today is 22nd Oct).

      Flipkart Customer Care is not able to provide any information more than - "BACKEND TEAM IS WORKING ON YOUR ISSUE'.

      I have also spoken to Mr Suraj of Flipkat Social Media team in this connection on 19th Oct and he needed max 48 hours. He never came back.

      Today I spoke to Md Asif Ansari of Customer Care supervisor and he asked to to wait for one more day and some one will get back to me with complete information (NOT THE MATERIALS).

              I ordered a phone from flipkart, the promised date for delivery was 18th october, however the product was already in my city (nearmly 5-6km from my house ) on 17th october, , but it is;nt delivered yet and flipkart has been ignoring my social media messages and the chat executives have been delaying it everyday, the date for resolution has been shifting from 24-48 hours to more and more of the subset. And i got a call from one of the executives who claimed he is from social media team but the mobile number is not identified as that from the flipkart social media team, i am pretty sure from his standard of talking and personality that he was someone from the logistics team, and they had sold my profuct somewhere or done something personal with it, and they wont deliver it to me, , there are huge frauds been happening in the company.
              i am tired of contacting them everyday now

                Order ID- OD[protected]
                on 15th Oct during BBD, I ordered a Realme 7 pro-MIrror Silver/ 8GB variant mobile with an SBI debit card of Rs 18899. ON 16th Oct 20, I canceled it cause I wanted a 6 GB variant of the same phone. Soon after canceling the order, I received an update from Flipkart that the seller has initiated my refund and credited by 19th Oct 20. On the same day, I have received Rs100 from Flipkart also. I was satisfied that everything was okay. So again I ordered the other variant of the phone on 17th Oct 20 using the same SBI debit card. I have received the Item yesterday on 21st Oct 20 without any problem and I'm quite happy with it. But I'm totally disappointed with the previous order that I have to file this complaint. As per the Flipkart update, my refund should have credited on 19th Oct by 4.30 p.m. As it did not happen, I contacted the Flipkart service executive over call/chat and they assured me that the issue will be sent to their concerned team and resolve by 22nd Oct 20. After 3/4 hour later another update came from Flipkart stating that issue has been resolved and a refund is also credited back to my account. I quickly checked my account statement but there is no sign of the credited amount of Rs 18799. I called/ text again with the Flipkart executive too many times. But not got any satisfactory solution. I received every time a message with a useless refund reference number stating that my issue has been resolved and I should have contacted my Bank if the amount is not reflected. I did it. I talked with the bank executive about refund reference number 74332740291029093447938 and Monitoring my account with net banking. Even I visited the bank yesterday too. But from the bank side, they confirmed that except RS 100 on 16th Oct, there's no credit amount from Flipkart. Also, the RRN is of no use. Now please give me a solution to this? From 19th Oct 20, I'm sticking between Flipkart/Seller and Bank. Surprisingly other transaction to the same account is going seamlessly. Please help me out with this. I'm attaching my latest bank statement from 15th Oct 20 to 22nd Oct 20 here.

                First of all a big thank you to consumercomplaint.in for helping me out with this and also to Flipkart. At last they able to keep my faith in them. Finally, I received my refund after 4 long yearning days. During this from 19th Oct to 23rd Oct, I discussed multiple times with Flipkart executive over chat/call. Initially, It was irritating when I received the same type of reply either consulting with the bank or Asking for an extension of the time period to resolve the issue. from 19th to 22nd and 22nd to 24th Oct. But before arriving at the final date, they able to resolve the issue Today on 23rd Oct and I received my refund. Hence I'm closing the issue.

                    Flipkart is not returning my refund for a order which was returned on 30th September 2020. Ever since I have been calling the flipkart people asking the whereabouts of my refund however I am getting harassed. My calls are not being answered or when I ask for a transfer of call to the supervisor the agents disconnect the calls.
                    This is out right harassment and its just not acceptable.
                    I will sue the Flipkart for not following its written protocols.
                    As per the legal notice, flipakrt is to refund the money in 7working days with additional 24hrs, however its been 22 days since I am requesting my refund however all I receive is harassment & never ending waiting period.

                    Flipkart is acting funny now. No action from there end for trying to resolve the matter.
                    The customer care executives are giving false information with wrong transaction id for refund.
                    I am officially filling a complaint with consumer forum for harassment I have been through & the cycle continues to enlarge.

                      I order the camera on 16 Oct.
                      Estimated delivery date 23 Oct.
                      But Flipkart can not provide tracking ID only order number.

                      I contact the customer service .they said only sorry for inconvenience...

                      Product is not trackable.

                      Now what to I do ?

                        I have been using Flipkart online services since 2016. Recently I have placed an order for Bouclier Samsung Galaxy S Duos GT-7562/7582 Back panel (Black colour) on 23rd September 2020. Flipkart Executive delivered the shipment on 28th September 2020. However the colour of the panel delivered was white colour which does not meet my requirement. Accordingly I have placed a return request and the same was rejected by the Flipkart Executive twice (Return Ids-[protected] &[protected]) stating the reason that the colour of the item was white.

                        In this connection, please note that Flipkart has not given option to the customer for verifying whether the right item has been delivered by the Ekart Executive during the time of delivery and Flipkart is collecting cash immediately after the delivery of the product without giving an option to the customer to verify whether the ordered item has been received. However on mutual trust the customer is approaching flipkart online services even if the items are available regionally deemed to the fact that Flipkart will deliver the right product stipulating the right time.

                        In the instant case, I have been cheated by Flipkart. The item was purchased for my superior officer However as of now I have not been able to refund the money to him due to the negligence of Flipkart which causes mental agony and frustration to me.

                        In the above context, it is requested to refund an amount of Rs.644/- (Rupees Six hundred and forty four only) else I will be constrained to approach other redressal forums without further intimation.

                          My order Order ID: OD[protected] . Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon before their sale ends. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very Dissappointed.                             Respected sir and mam...i purchased a phone (redmi 9i) from flipkart on 16.10.2020 and paid my total ammount on that day(RS 8469) Through using my debit card and flipkart gift card(7469from debit card+1000 flipkart gift card) due to some issue(price was dropped on sale) on my purchased product i decided to cancel that product... after my cancellation flipkart did't refund my ammount on my account which i did through debit card(7469) though i get my flipkart gift card money back(1000rs)on flipkart gift wallet... then i contact flipkart customer service for refund
                            and i inform all my concern to them but indeed they keep ignore my concern by giving excuses answer keep telling that go to your bank if money not credited...also i asked to give UTR No (10digit)as per sbi bank instructed to me bring that...they did't provide...Only referance and refund id provided which is useless for bank to track my refund status...so please help me to get my money back from flipkart.. i will be obliged to you

                              On the day of my delivery, it was fully raining and my TV was fully exposed to rain and box was damaged from outside and some of the water went inside the box.

                                    Our refrigerator is in working condition though it has been years since we bought it. Got tempted by the advertisement of big sales and checked out Amazon and Flipkart. Saw good offers on new refrigerators and flipkart offer was very attractive due to the exchange rate they had given.
                                    Went ahead and placed the order and today the delivery people came and rejected the exchange offer and insist that we pay Rs. 2500/- and take the new refrigerator.
                                    The current refrigerator is very much in working condition and the ONLY reason we placed the order is because of exchange. Actually our house is quite small and cant afford to keep both the old and new ones at the same time. Explained and the delivery persons returned telling us that we should explicitly cancel the order and get the refund.

                                    When we try cancel, a chatbot responds and coolly says "item cannot be cancelled". Then had to run around and finally got to speak to Flipkart personnel who again tried to insist that we pay the extra cash and take the new product. We absolutely refused to do so. Now we are asked to wait for 48 hours.
                                    Absolutely painful experience. If they wanted, they could have sent the exchange people earlier to check if the product will be accepted or not. Giving a seemingly great offer, compared to competition, and then trying to dump the product on us at a much higher cost is absolutely appalling. Hope that they refund our money without making us run around and go to customer court etc.

                                    Now I am able to cancel the order and got the message that the refund will be made in one business day. Awaiting the refund. Thanks for the quick action.
                                    Message said the amount will be refunded in our bank account by Oct 23rd but ONLY got back the Rs.100/- for exchange service and not the entire amount yet. But the system shows Refund completed!

                                      i order washing machine from the Flipkart and delivery agent refused door step delivery he was asking us to pick from a place which was 30km away from mine. He was rude and arrogant.

                                      When asked the customer service they asked more time (1 week) to assured delivery but they didn't do anything. After week they called me again to cancel the order and assured faster service on the new order.

                                      As promised, i booked the same washing machine again during big billion days. This time too same delivery agent refused to deliver and mis communicating with every time when called.

                                      Flipkart was once the best provider back, now the organisation is full of incompetents. As far as i know Gati is delivery vendor for Flipkart. I'm sure Gati will also become one if they keep hiring/retaining such delivery agents.

                                      Don't how these people don't get fired for not doing what they are being paid to do.
