I order the VAN HEUSEN blue shirt with order ID : OD[protected] and received the different product . then I returned it on 1 august at 2;21. since then I am complaining about the refund from the past 15 days . The customer service are of no use, always says they have raised a complain but do not provide any solution in the end. I want my refund for the product which I have returned.

    On 6th August 2023 I raised a return request for the product "NAVIFORCE 9197 Fashion Sport Quartz Analog Digital LED Military Waterproof Wrist Analog-Digital Watch - For Men",
    with Product ID-OD[protected].

    The return request was raised on the same day as the product was delivered, and Flipkart offers a return for every product for a period of 7 days, and I raised the return on the very same day this product was delivered, but still Flipkart is cancelling my return. As of now, I have raised a complaint more than 10 times for the same product for the same reason, which is Flipkart is cancelling my return request.

    I wish to return this product because the watch I received is too big and I cannot wear it. Every time I raise a complaint, Flipkart gives a resolution date which is 4 days later than the date the complaint is raised. Flipkart is doing nothing to resolve this issue, they are simply giving me a new timeline and asking me to wait more and more and still when I raise a complaint, Flipkart is closing it immediately without giving any resolution at all and sends me a link to share my feedback. Kindly check the images I shared.

    I want this product to be picked up immediately by Flipkart, or else I will raise a complaint at the consumer court as well because as I mentioned earlier, this product is still under the return policy and Flipkart will have to take responsibility for it.

        Flipkart blocked my account registered with mobile no - +91-[protected] permanently without any prior notification or any intimation just for high returns in one month without considering the records of 7-8 years shopping history.
        I have been using this account for 7-8 years and have been their loyal customer and frequent customer.
        They are not letting me know about my current order status after blocking or about previous refunds. I also have credit balance in my account, no information on that.

        I called them many times; they do not have proper response.

                Dear Team,

                This is absolutely unacceptable that I raised my concern on 8th August and still my issue not yet resolved.

                Register number:[protected] and alternate number is [protected]

                My MI TV is not working since 8th aug and not a single engineer visited so far. I was simply routed here and there either from Jeeves or Flipkart or Xiaomi service centre. This is so frustrating that no one kept their promises. I regularly connected with Jeeves CCE which is really not at all acceptable just because of keep on failing the commitment.

                1st day that means of 8th Jeeves executive promised that within 48hrs technician call and come and the same communication done by other CCE from Jeeves many times but not a single call I received so far.

                Even yester we were expecting for the engineer, even today but no luck. Today is 14th Aug, can you believe this with zero solution.

                I was promised to get a call back on Saturday, Sunday even today also by 4:30 pm and no call received so far, simply ridiculous.

                I will wait till tomorrow if my TV not repaired by tomorrow. If not then I will escalate to Ombudsman team and drop review in media against Jeeves and Flipkart for there excellent after sales service.

                Can you explain why did I buy Complete Protection for 3years with extra payment??? WHY??

                I WANNA SOLUTION IMMEDIATELY.

                  My order is OD[protected]. I bought a new phone Infinix zero 5g 2023 at no cost emi from flipkart.It was an open box delivery and when delivery boy was come he open the phone box himself and take otp fast and he went immediately. When i come at my place and check my phone properly there was some scraches on phone without my touch. How it possible? And a paper was stuck in phone. I complain at flipkart but they denied because of open box delivery. But i dont have much time to check phone at the time of delivery. Now what i do? I think the phone is open for service... I felt cheated.. I just want new phone nothing else.. plz help me. They call after some days and say that they change my phone. The phone was delivered already but not come suddenly the replacement was cancelled by seller. I again raise complaint But till now no any movement from flipkart. Already 1 months emi was done. Now i want compensation for harassment. Plz give my money back. I don't want damage phone take your phone.

                    Flipkart has given pay later option, now suddenly they have disabled it, either I'm not going to use it, or I can't be able to remove that, customer care persons don't know the basics of flipkart pay later.

                      Hi team,
                      My order id is: OD[protected],

                      My product delivery was on AUG 11th, I called Ekart delivery person, he told that order was out of delivery and will deliver by the end of the day,

                      Again I called the delivery agent and he told me that the vehicle was not available and will be delivered the next day,
                      but till now I didn't receive my order, they tortured me.

                      Your customer care people is not worth to assist customers, either they will put on hold or they will advice to wait, i waited for 4 days but still my order was not delivered,

                      One of the supervisors advised me to cancel the order, why should I cancel my order? Who is she to advise me?

                      I cancelled my plans to wait for my order, who can compensate for that?
                      Such a worst service you people are having.

                      I want my order in prior and you have to compensate me for cancelling my meetings just because of your order delay.

                                Yesterday on the 14th of August 2023, at 06:00 pm I received a call from the Flipkart team and they told me all the processes to unblock my blocked account and raise a return request will be completed in the next 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it's been 24 hours now and I am neither able to access my account nor a return has been raised yet.

                                I request you kindly take the necessary action immediately and help me with a proper solution, as Flipkart is doing nothing to resolve this issue.

                                  I have order Mobile phone from Flipkart on 2 Aug, and the delivery was expected to 10 Aug but today is 13 Aug and I have not received my order. And when complain to customer support they are saying that i will it by 17 Aug. But now it is of no, I want my money and they are not cancelling my order.

                                  Please help in getting my order cancelled and provide my refund.

                                      I have been purchasing goods from Flipkart since several years. I am a premium plus member. I recently purchased purchased a roti maker from Flipkart. This was my second roti maker. But I am utterly disappointed by the service of the roti maker. Primarily, the roti maker lacks safety measures like ISI mark.
                                      Secondly, the finishing of the chapatti is very pathetic.
                                      I want to return this product and get the refund. But unfortunately, there is no refund option. Only replacement option is there.
                                      Despite complaining several times to the Flipkart executive they are arranging replacement for my product.
                                      I told them that I want refund but then also they are doing replacement. If the product is intact with price tags and original packaging, I don't understand why the seller is denying refund. Will the product get ISI mark after replacement?Why will I take the same product again which is full of cons.
                                      I shall be grateful if Flipkart arranges some provision for refund .
