I haven’t used Flipkart in a long time. Now I wish to sign in on Flipkart again. When I try to login in with my phone number, it asks for my password which I don’t remember as it has been a while. Ideally, I should be getting an option to reset password or authentication using OTP. The only option that’s there is ‘Contact Customer Care’ which doesn’t really help as they don’t have any means where I can report my problem. I talked to Flipkart Support on Twitter but they were of no help.

    I ordered a non stick kadhai from flipkart and it gets delivered on 20 jul 23 .While checking i found the lid has some issue and raised return from my order section.
    Order ID:OD[protected]
    Date :12 Jul 23

    after return request the return gets approved and pickup message arrived in phone .On the first day nobody call me for return pickup.And i got a message from flipkart stating i was not available for return pickup.I didn't understand this.So i waited, the next day same message out for pickup came to phone.i waited till evening.NO call came.so i called them in the number provided.He told me will come and pick the item.

    same happened next day also, , so i complained to customer care for pikcup.They initiated complaint for this and next day pickup done.But after 1 hour of pickup the status of order gets automatically cahnged to return cancelled .
    i complained to customer care about this.they registered my complaint and told me to wait for 48 hours.Next day got a call from flipkart asking all details about what happened.i explained everything again.He told me to wait another 48 hours to check with seller and logistics team.i waited again.in the mean time i checked th app for any refund got credited and was not credited.so i just checked the order again.i found the status is of complaint is resolved . I wondered how its resolved without my consent and solution not provided by concerned team.so i called customer care again to complaint this.He told me to wait another 48 hours .Again i waited and got a call from flipkart and asked all details.Then told me to wait 48 hours .Then after same cycle keeps happening.Complaint status gets resolved and no refund.Customer care when calling says they escalated to concerned team, they will surely help me..

    i am hearing this for past 1 week and still hearing same.
    called customer care 5 times for refund.Neither product nor money is with me right now.Pls help me..

      I purchased zebronics zuke bar 9000 pro on flipkart selling by mtailmodeecom, for the claiming by seller on item description that this product having dolby digital plus technology, but real product which I I recieved is not having that technology instead just having dolby audio, which is of lower grade than claimed one, I requested flipkart with many proof of images however times they asked for, but every time flipkart turned down my claim without any solid reason and citing meaningless and unwarranted reasons

        I bought a google nest hub 2nd gen with the display but I was utterly disappointed with the quality of the product. It's not even close to what they show in pictures and videos. I'm very dissatisfied with the quality. So I initiated a return on the product. But the seller rejected the return request of the product. Please refund my money as soon as possible

          I bought a google smart speaker from Flipkart but I wasn't happy at all with the quality of the product so I initiated a return. But the seller rejected it. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                I bought
                prarthana Combo Pack of Guggal and Mogra.. from flipkart, it should have been in box and quantity should have been 150, i received without box and quantity is 50 and broken

                i complained repeatedly on flipkart customer care, also on email, it has been 10 days, they did not take action

                i need the original product with the given quantity, please help to solve my issue

                On this issue they sent me replacement but still the seller cheating, he sent me again 30% of product, the product should have been in box and with the weight of 400 gram quantity, i did not take the package

                i did weight of the product and took photo of package, the product is 130 gm and no box
                see the image, i think flipkart has no power to deal this kind of sellers, i weighted and took photo in front of delivery agent and returned

                      My order is delayed for past 8 days, it should have been delivered by 25 July but still I didn't receive it, it's showing arriving today and out for delivery for past 8 days and even the customer care executive is not responding properly, they are always asking me to wait for 24 hours. Being a regular customer of flipkart I feel frustrated with your service. Kindly deliver it soon or else refund my money back.

                        The registered mobile number in my Flipkart account is not there with me so I want to change the mobile number. But it’s asking for otp while I am trying to change. Recently I have ordered one product in Flipkart and I want to return that product. For return also it’s asking for otp which is sent to register mobile number. And that number was lost. So help me to change number and return the product.

                          All time automatically logged out from my pc and laptop, need to re login everytime sometime the otp take time, and no way to use password very bad system all other shopping sites have password and no automatic logged out this is very headache, my many frinds stopped purchase from flipkart becuase cancellation something other issue, frinds already said leave the flipkart now i purchasing from amazon good price and fast support also good, flipkart is not good, very bad service and the system,

                              This is my order ID OD[protected] I've sent an email several times for my refund they didnt resolved yet . I received this order on 21st july 2023 and its been more than 15 days they didnt resolved it yet, on orders panel it is showing order is not delivered and cancelled by the buyer but I already received it. The customer care service they call and take the information but didnt resolved the issue almost 3-4 times I conected with the customer care service of flipkart . I'm attaching proofs that I received the order.

                                First order I placed on 24th June, they cancelled it. They were advance payment orders. They received and cancelled. They kept my money and refunded on 1st August. They are earning interest by keeping customers' money in the bank. Why did they took the orders if they can't deliver it?
                                Flupkart should be banned in India as they are exploiting the customers by wasting time and efforts in placing order, tracking them and finally getting nothing.
                                Amazon never cancelled my order.

                                  Hi,

                                  I ordered an item on 12-July-2023 in Flipkart and the item was delivered on 27-July-2023. I have received a damaged item. So I have placed a Replacement request on 27-July(same day). So Next day the delivery boy came and collected the return item then after my replacement request was accepted by Flipkart.
                                  But the replacement of item will be delivered on 20-Aug-2023. This date was shown after they collected Item and accepting of my replacement request.
                                  So i thought to cancel my order because the delivery of item is almost after 3 weeks.
                                  So I feel I can buy that Item even in market instead waiting 3 weeks. Because already 2 weeks waited to get my first delivery. So to get the item waiting of 5 weeks is meaningless.
                                  Here flipkart is playing a game. They are telling, I should select the cancel and refund option before i place the replacement request.

                                  Now they are not giving Cancel option and also not giving my money back. And they are telling rudely, I should wait till Aug-20.
                                  I don't understand why I should wait. I already returned their product and asking my money back.
                                  This is the way they are blocking the customers money and playing games with customer emotions.
                                  So plz help me on this and for further details
