    I had order for samsung ta201w fast 1 a mobile charger with detachable cable wide order no. Od[protected] on dt.2/08/20 with prepaid amount. On dt. 8/8/20 i rcvd the parcel.. When i opened it... It was a old mobile charger of another brand but packing box is of samsung. I am trying to customer care no. But not rcvd any satisfactory reply.. And till date no return made by flipkart... Plz look into this matter... I m very much disappointed.

      Hi,

      It is like if they are calling me after getting the thing like what is happening call gets disconnected, this is the 3rd time i have raised refund request and on 2nd time no one has visited to tech visit and they cancelled the refund request.

      Really bad service and i want the refund please help me

        This is my order number of flipkart

        I had ordered 10 kg rice i don't expect that flipkart will give in poor condition not even in box that also i had neglected

        The product which i received is 1 kg packet of 10 qty she. I open it i saw there is huge insect of black which is black kernel when i had open the packet in that small insects were there i had taken the images and now i m attaching the images please check it

        This product is hazerdous to our health and also harmful for anyone we are living in invisible enemy of corona which can't see but affect human organ system badly but this product small insects which are live and affect our body who will responsible

        Please take this back all and refund my money back

        And also there is one request after this order seller had made this order out of stock it means when time of giving the order he doesn't have the stock he had given old stock he doesn't have the stock

        I m attaching the images please check it from u r end investigate the matter and refund my money back

        And after continually esclating to flipkart [protected]@flipkart.com and grievances department of flipkart.. My account has been blocked by flipkart and refund and returned had both stuck i want my. Money back with loss of compensation

        I will fight against flipkart till my last breath i m esclating this concern to all social media platform and consumer court to get justice and take necessary action against flipkart who had taken request to closed my account

        I will recommend my all friends circles not buy any product from flipkart

        And this matter i m esclating to sachin bansal sir and binny bansal sir in their respective email id... Let see who win flipkart customer care or customer of india

          I am recently ordered poco x2 (Phinoex red 128 gb) in flipkart sale on 8th august (Order id - od[protected] and the seller give me a packing date of 11/08/2020 but yesterday seller shift my date on 12/08/2020 plz i request you to packed my order and deliver it to me... And plz not cancel it i seen this from many times the flipkart was cancel my order and i already paid amount of my order... Plz deliver my product to me...

            This is 5 order i had order of milk powered because the amount was low so i had ordered 5 qty of different order but i didn't knew i will get old stock and damage also due to poor packing from seller the product damage internally the milk powder supposed to come with safety polybag and have some air bag inside... But this seller does not do this all material was damage inside dur to poor packing and all powder came out of it.. We can't accept this openly and damage product in corona pandemic condition please arrange reverse pickup and take this back to u and refund my money back immediately

            Continuously i had contacting the flipkart from when i had received this damage product i had not get the resolution and flipkart had blocked my order saying high return i had not return anything whatever statment flipkart will provide

            Fine take the product back and clear my refund i will not shop from flipkart and recommend all the family and friends not to buy from flipkart

              I had ordered this 2 gulab oil container and flipkart seller had given this product in poor condition not put support with each other due to transportation in transit the product is totally damage and oil has leakage we can't accept this lekage oil in covid pandemic condition so i had requested flipkaart from day 1 when i had received and esclate many times... Finally they are sending me mail lots of return from u r end so we are closing u r account...               I m requesting to consumer court and social media platform raised my complaint against flipkart and tell them to give me resolution and don't back out from my complaint i had shared my content to all my friend and family member so they also will raise voice on behalf of me and all public will stand for my complaint flipkart will know what customer voice... I want money from flipkart with the compensation loss that they had frusted and harrassed me mentally

                Sir another order from flipkart i had odered and immediately cancelled i opted for debit card but i am getting messages of debit card emi being processed to which i contacted the bank and the flipkart authorities but they are not helping much. I cannot pay for a product monthly that i have already cancelled. Please help. I am getting message from flipkart refund is completed but then why is the emi being processed. I am a hdfc debit card holder. Kindly help please

                  I've placed a order of mobile realme 6i worth 13k on 06/08/2020 in cod during the flash sale the order is successfully placed and the expected packed and shipping date was 10th of august and expected delivery date was 12th of august i've been waiting and suddenly on 9th of august the expected shipping and packing date was changed to 11th of august and the expected delivery date remains the same... But today is 12th of august and the order is not even packed or shipped yet till this day i'm really frustrated and i need to receive the order on time today... It's been so many days... Amazon delivers to my pincode in one day even in corona pandemic but flipkart abruptly take one week or more to deliver the product... I've ordered several products during 2020 and most of them were delivered on time (Takes a week) or 1 day delayed but this is not even packed... I need my order asap... And their customer service is waste they don't have an email i'd and made all the customer services in their website and app only... I managed to get an email i'd [protected]@flipkart.com and to my surprise the reply mail came stating this email i'd is no longer in use and diverted me to their website only in which i've already made several conversations but none of them were replied and it says due to corona pandemic the customer care executives are short and my question will be answered on 16th of august which is absolutely crap and useless... I need a better support from flipkart and they should provide a proper email i'd to escalate necessary complaints...

                          Dear flipkart
                          This is very unprofessional way of doing business. As on 31st of aug. I ordered a device realme 6i which was delivered me on 2nd of aug but i got a faulty device so i raised a return on 05th of august. My replacement request was accepted and my device has been picked up as on 08th of august but till 11th of aug. Their`s no such kind of status that it`s picked up. And yesterday night my replacement request was cancelled by flipkart do i know on which behalf you cancelled my return request. Whereas my product is already picked up from me. If anything unusual happens from my registered device who is responsible for that? I want my replacment device or refund for my product as asap. Or i will take a legal action on you.

                          with reference to my earlier mail dated 10th august.i did`t get any resolution yet.do i know on which ground you are showing your issue has been resolved. where as i did`t get any refund/replacement for my product. and every time i connect with your customer support team they just give me a new date of resolution. i have provided each n every details whatever you ask me to share.that`s enough i have each n every single call records with your representative and have enough proof to file a sue against flipkart. so either you refund/replace for my product by the end of the day or i m gonna file a sue against you .

                              order not placed but amount debited from bank

                              While checking out on flipkart app i used paytm upi to pay 1499 amount for the order. An error message of "payment of 1499 failed, the cvv number is missing" appeared. There is no such thing as cvv number for upi payments, the app has some bugs. The amount was debited from my account but no order was placed, this happened on 12 july. Since then i have contacted flipkart customer care twice, exchanged mails with paytm customer care and talked...

                                    This is 5 order i had order of milk powered because the amount was low so i had ordered 5 qty of different order but i didn't knew i will get old stock and damage also due to poor packing from seller the product damage internally the milk powder supposed to come with safety polybag and have some air bag inside... But this seller does not do this all material was damage inside dur to poor packing and all powder came out of it.. We can't accept this openly and damage product in corona pandemic condition please arrange reverse pickup and take this back to u and refund my money back immediately

                                    Continuously i had contacting the flipkart from when i had received this damage product i had not get the resolution and flipkart had blocked my order saying high return i had not return anything whatever statment flipkart will provide

                                    Fine take the product back and clear my refund i will not shop from flipkart and recommend all the family and friends not to buy from flipkart

                                      I had ordered this 2 gulab oil container and flipkart seller had given this product in poor condition not put support with each other due to transportation in transit the product is totally damage and oil has leakage we can't accept this lekage oil in covid pandemic condition so i had requested flipkaart from day 1 when i had received and esclate many times... Finally they are sending me mail lots of return from u r end so we are closing u r account... Ok fine close my account what about the damage product that they had given to me who will give refund of damage product we can't damage product

                                      This is moong dal and chana dal which flipkaart had given to us i. This product all black insect kernel are they i had esclated the issue to flipkaart and they had investigate they told we will take necessary action and waited me for 10 days for resolution and finally account has been closed from thier end and money had stuck... This is unfair from flipkart end..

                                      I m requesting to consumer court and social media platform raised my complaint against flipkart and tell them to give me resolution and don't back out from my complaint i had shared my content to all my friend and family member so they also will raise voice on behalf of me and all public will stand for my complaint flipkart will know what customer voice... I want money from flipkart with the compensation loss that they had frusted and harrassed me mentally
