I had made the return request for Dell Laptop(Dell Inspiron 3000 APU Dual Core A9 - (4 GB/1 TB HDD/Windows 10 Home) 3595 Laptop (14 inch, Silver, 2.2 kg, With MS Office) which I had purchased from Flipkart . My request was rejected twice without confirming anything from my end. I was not informed before the return request was cancelled and the procedure, which involved a technician visit to assess the laptop, was also not carried out. I reached out to the support system (Flipkart Customer support)stating my concerns but they refused to escalate my issue to Dell or give me in written that my request would not be cancelled without taking my confirmation.
Moreover, I also reached out to Dell but they did nit get back to me with a proper resolution.

Hi,
I received an email from the Dell team specifying the troubleshooting steps. I have executed all the steps but my problem has not been resolved and hence I request for a technician visit. I have sent out an email to the concerned team, but haven't heard from either Flipkart and Dell.I want to return my laptop and as a part of the process please schedule a technician visit as soon as possible so that I can return my laptop and get timely refund because my work is being hampered.

    Last week I ordered an iPhone SE on flipkart. Flipkart delivered a completely dead phone (it has never switched on).
    Flipkart refuses to take responsibility of a product which has been received dead on arrival. They instead ask me to contact the brand Apple. I'm unable to take the phone to any apple service centers as there aren't any in my state.
    Flipkart has to take responsibility of their mistake and collect their damaged product and replace with a new working one asap.
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have ordered a realme c11 Android phone Price was 7499 on the date 9th August . I have already payment through phonepe. And till now i have not received my order. When i reach the Flipkart customer support executive those people are fooling me and tell me Your product shipment is nearest your hub again rescheduled my delivery date is 21 August . Totally 11days are delay in my order is not received yet. Now not respond the complain regarding my order.

        I have ordered a product from flipkart on 06.08.2020. Which was supposed to deliver on 12.08.2020 but it has still not delivered to me and after complaining and calling many times to their customer service. they are still not providing any solution.i am calling them daily neither they are letting me to connect to their senior nor giving any solution.

        IT IS STILL SHOWING EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE FIRST 12.08.2020 THEN IT CHANGED TO 13.08.2020 TODAY IS 18.08.2020 AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE ANY UPDATE OF IT

          My order Order ID: OD[protected] Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very Dissappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service. Also I updated this issue in another forum but no response, I dont even get message or a call regard this delay. its worst online shop portal ever.

              Hi all,

              I bought dyson 8+ vaccum cleaner and multiple times called to know the status of the delivery.

              Courier guys always update the status customer not available though i am intouch with courier team. I haven't stepped out for weeks due to covid.
              Though i called multiple times customer service and never got response.
              Now the product has been auto cancelled without my notification.

              Received call from Flipkart Escalations, Nisha Daman, I can buy the same product which mistakenly cancelled by Flipkart and difference amt will be credited by seller and request for mail till now and no response‬.Again a ‪CHEATING . What lies by escalation team, if I would have bought for higher a differences of INR 7k without an email, I would have lost more money. Such a cheating by Flipkart and I haven’t seen any company doing it.

                Hello flipkart,
                I bought moto one fusion plus on 10-aug-2020 and get on 12-aug-2020. This phone's software has an issue that the call recording feature has a bug it says "this call is now being recorded" which can be heard by caller and listener. My profession is rely on call recordings. This product was eligible for return [refund] at time of ordering. I got issue in phone so i tried to return this but this is now showing up only replacement. Pls help me i cant use this phone with this bug. Please return this product. Your chat-bot is also saying this product is eligible for return. I asked 3 times before buying this phone [problem] "is this item is eligible for refund" your executives said me "yes it is" eligible. Now i am facing issue. No resolution over chat and telephonic conversation. Pls help me at this stage.

                    I purchased a laptop from Flipkart for ₹52990 and my bank debited a transaction fee of ₹903 for this purchase. But flipkart confirmed the order and breached the order delivery twice and now they don’t even know where my product is. I’ve waited foe 20 days and missed an interview because of not having a laptop. I can’t cancel the order also, because if i cancel the transaction fee debited by bank will be a loss for me. Flipkart is responsible for that money as this delivery issue is there responsibility.

                      I have ordered masks via flipkart, but quality is not good. These masks can not protect me from covid virus as i can easily breath through these masks.in a nutshell, these masks are not good for society. I requested return and refund this order - od[protected], but they did not do as they said these masks can not be returnable as per return policy. But i would stress on the point that there are many sellers which are taking the advantage of this situation and selling that quality of product which is not safe even for society or country. I am not worried about my refund but want to delist such products which can not safe us from virus but even spread in the society.

                      Kindly take necessary action.

Since the product was delivered to you on 25 May 20, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

                            Hi i have order the mobile poco m2 pro on 8th august 2020.
                            flipkart promised me to delivery it by 16th august and
                            it has reached my nearest hub Ravulapalem on 15 th aug as in Tracking system in Flipkart App.
                            But they didn't delivery the product on 16th aug and they are not updating the tracking system from then.
                            i reached the flipkart customer care team they are repeating the same words they will look for solution. i tried of calling flipkart teams from last two days.
                            they are making my situation as uncomfortable by not responding positively.
                            they are changing the expected delivery dates even though the order has reached the nearest hub.
                            i need my order to be delivery by tomorrow so please do something that can deliver my order by tomorrow.

                              Hi, I recently order MI A3 phone, kind of grey 6 GB RAM 128 GB, Order ID OD[protected]

                              In the box i got a old, used, broken samsung duos phone. Immediately I requested for return. It got approved and I was informed through flipkart app and message that return pickup will happen on 17 August 2020. On 17 I called the wishmaster asking when he will come. he said he has not received any email regarding the return. So he will not come to pick up unless he gets an email.

                              Then suddenly I receive an sms that pickup rejected due to product mis-match. How come it can be mis-match when nobody even came to check??

                              Also in my complaint to flipkart, i was told that since you have received the wrong product there shall be no verification at the time of return pick up.

                              Please help. I have not informed this to my family as well. I come from a moderate family. If they come to know that i have been the victim of a fraud of 17K... these poor people will lose their sleep.

                              So please help.
                              Below are few of my observations:

                              The mobile box was not plastic wrapped on the top
                              The seal on the mobile phone was tampered with. It is clearly visible that someone had tried to open it by scratching.
                              Wishmaster is rejecting the pickup himself without even come for inquiry or verification.
                              Now he is not even picking up the phone.

                                  I had ordered this 2 gulab oil container and flipkart seller had given this product in poor condition not put support with each other due to transportation in transit the product is totally damage and oil has leakage we can't accept this lekage oil in covid pandemic condition so i had requested flipkaart from day 1 when i had received and esclate many times... Finally they are sending me mail lots of return from u r end so we are closing u r account... Ok fine close my account what about the damage product that they had given to me who will give refund of damage product we can't damage product

This product all black insect kernel are they i had esclated the issue to flipkaart and they had investigate they told we will take necessary action and waited me for 10 days for resolution and finally account has been closed from thier end and money had stuck... This is unfair from flipkart end..

                                  I m requesting to consumer court and social media platform raised my complaint against flipkart and tell them to give me resolution and don't back out from my complaint i had shared my content to all my friend and family member so they also will raise voice on behalf of me and all public will stand for my complaint flipkart will know what customer voice... I want money from flipkart with the compensation loss that they had frusted and harrassed me mentally

                                    I was ordered JBL boombox on 6the August is in Monthly EMI besis(3779×6 month=22674) expected delivery date is 13 August. Order is not delivere on 13 Aug, then e tend to 14 Aug. When I was track the order, order was reached in my location (cuttack) by 12 August, but not delivered till 14 August. After that I was talk with customer care, they told before 22 Aug we solved the issue.But on 17 Aug order was cancelled and refunded Amount is 21499.00. My complaint is when order was reached why they not deliver. They cancelled the order without inform to me where as I losses 1175 .00 .

                                      My Flipkart account is blocked... First of all I forgot my Flipkart account password so when I try to login from my new phone I was unable... So I tried to use the forget password option but in Flipkart needs your phone number to recover your account... and the number which was used in my Flipkart I don't use the number anymore coz I changed my sim card number so I was unable to recover my Flipkart account... Then I tried to create a new Flipkart account but I was also unable to do that... Please help me to unblock my Flipkart account... I had bought may things from my Flipkart account previously in past so please help me

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I ordered an item from flipkart on 8th june 2020 and it got delivered on 15th june 2020. Since the item was defective, i placed request for return on 16th june 2020.
                                        Since then, flipkart is not resolving the issue and every time they provide me new date for pickup of defective item.
                                        Also, there is no escalation method so that i can raise my issue.
                                        My details are-

                                        Delivered on - 15th june 2020,
