Hi, my name is chandu. I have placed iqoo 3 mobile in flipkart. I have requested them to raise the return, and i have received the replacement product after several requests.
Even i have received damaged product with several issues again on replacement. The flipkart is selling all damaged products to customers.
Again i requested them for replacement, but they said only refund is available. So, i asked them to proceed. But now they are asking time and they even not responding to my message and even i haven't received any call or messages. They continuously rejecting my return without notifying me.
Please help me.
