Flipkart has the most pathetic and non-functional customer support and services departments. These departments are filled by sweet talking non functional people who knows how to say just one thing: "we are working on your issue and it will be resolved by tomorrow". This tomorrow just never comes. I had purchased an o-general air conditioner order id: od[protected] from flipkart on 03 june, 2020 and was delivered to me on june 11, 2020. I didn't got messages from flipkart services for any installation, when i tried their customer care they asked me to wait till 16 june 2020 as it was mentioned on their portal. On 15 june 2020 i got call from no. [protected] these people said that my installation request didn't got raised when my product got delivered and now they are doing this and issue will get resolve in some days. I asked her how can i contact them again on the updates, then the person gave me wrong information. On calling their customer support about issue and what he has reported - or what you claim is a big fat lie. As usual, i got a very apologetic, sweet person on the phone who promised to escalate the issue and wait for another 48 hours. Promised that they are escalating the matter and my air conditioner will be installed on the next day. After a while, i got another status in my order from them saying - "we are working on your issue". Since then, i have been trying to constantly call them and send emails to them. My emails remain unanswered and on phone, i always get an answer - "we are very sorry and the service will definitely be complete by 'tomorrow'". Well, tomorrow never comes the air conditioner is lying in my living room since 11 days now. If i open it myself or try to get it installed by someone else, who will take responsibility if something is wrong in the package i have received? What if the delivered air conditioner is faulty? Flipkart will simply raise their hands and say we are not responsible. My money and space is blocked since all these days and i could not use the air conditioner during the really hot days here in uttar pradesh meerut when it is really required. Will flipkart take any responsibility for this? I have fianlly written to them that i will now have to go to consumer court against them and if flipkart does not set things right, i definitely will. Friends, please share this message as much as you can so that all flipkart customers knows what kind of an organization they are dealing with.

When will you rever.
Is installation of an AC us this much bigger deal, or else Flipkart is not taking this case on priority even after it has been 2 weeks since product delivered.
Need more updates on this and get this issue resolved.
I am calling flipkart customer support everyday. But bo one has any updates on my issue.
Taking customer money without giving him an authority to use the product, is the the policy or this company.
Shameful ethics and worst services. Is this how flipkart is competent ng Amazon.

Stating that their systems are upgrading and due to this it will take more time me for installing my product.
May i know who is responsible from past 2 weeks.
Giving excuses is the only thing Flipkart is doing. Its better they provide me the solution and keep more emphasis on that. Or else if my issue is unresolvable then they can take their product back.
