    I have ordered shoes from flipkart and this was my first order from flipkart so i don't like that product n i returned that product and delivery boy came n take the product then after some time i was unable to login to my flipkart account as they gave blocked it, i have my money in flipkart wallet i request them to give me a resolution for my money i also don't want to shop with flipkart anymore but wht about my money which has been stucked in that account.       I have cancelled my ticket of booking reference number FF[protected]. It's been 2 days now. Status is showing cancellation pending. Tried to reach out Flipkart customer service more than 20 times. Nobody will pick the call and it post waiting for 30-40 mins call will be disconnected.

        My seller account on Hold not reactive

        Hi Team,
        I had open a seller account on Flipkart in year 2018 and I had started selling product in beauty category. So I was selling Facial Kits. I was selling different brand facial kits. There was a brand Shahnaz. I was a new seller for ecommerce selling.
        After a year suddenly Flipkart hold my seller account without any notice on 3rd May 2019 and view reason "listing inactive-fake". For reactivate this account I have to...

        My flipkart account is having cardless credit facility, due to some technical issues no payment link and bill is provided every month from last November 2019.I have complained several times but no resolution is provided. I was ready to pay all due amount but no action taken by flipkart. Due to all this I was told to pay penalty and I have recently checked my cibil, your such delay effected my cibil and dropped down my cibil score due overdue amount exist.All these actions not only affecting me mentally but also financially its ruining my financial image.this is my last call for flipkart after this if proper action not taken I m bound to go to consumer complaint.For your convenience my complaint references ID is IN[protected].

          I had ordered an item from flipkart fir 449 rs and then i returned it by 23 may. According to flipkart they processed my refund and it was done to my upi linked account by 29 may. But i checked my upi transactions as well as my bank account statements. The amount is not reflected my account till today i. E. 4 june. Please guide and help

            Dear Sir,

            I have purchased an Air conditioner from Flipkart which was delivered on 25th May 2020. As per the company commitment, the installation of this air conditioner shall be before May 29th. But it has been 10 days that Flipkart have not send any installation person to get this unit installed. I have tired to follow up more than 20 times in this period, but still we didn't recieved any information from Flipkart. The only message I received is "Team is working to resolve this issue and Please wait for today"

            I have requested Flipkart to return this Air conditioner unit and refund the money back, but they not responding to this request. They are saying that there policy is to replace and not return. Hence I request your support into this matter to get it resolved. Below is the order number.

            Flipkart chor type ki company hai...they cancels prepaid order itself after two months of keeping money with them, but when customer rightfully asks to return they tell that there is only replacement possible, no return. Worst online portal, don't use.

              I have order a item flipkart delivery partner is not deliver it in expected date they increase several time the delivery date at last I am fed up with this so I cancel the item, flipkart block my account, they have not inform about this on calling to customer care no they replying that I have cancel item so its block . I am asking them if you are not able to deliver item than I have rights to cancel it its paid item not a free. My amount on hold because of your negligence, so I cancel item and book from other place then why are you block my account for your negligence.

              I wants to inform you again that last order which is canceled as...
              Order No OD[protected] is canceled by your Seller
              Order No OD[protected] is canceled because after couple of time expected delivery date extended
              yet your delivery partner not deliver the item.
              order No OD[protected] is returned because you have delivered wrong product as it was shown
              Pushup bra in your app but you have delivered T-shirt Bra I HAVE
              ATTACHED IMAGE.

              Here Its clearly showing that all above 3 items have been canceled due to Flipkart Negligence.

              why you have blocked my account for your bad service if you will deliver actual and original product as in time what you promise than no one canceled order.

              Please help me to unblock my Account as there is my some Payment and pickups are stucked.

                  Hi,

                  Have purchased Realme 6 Pro mobile from Flipkart on 22-Mar-20 which was delivered on 22-May-20 (Delayed due to COVID lockdown). After using couple of Days Mobile restarted its own periodically. For this return request is lodged in Flipkart App. Against return request, Customer Care Executive contacted me to resolve the issue. According to him, I have done factory reset & observed the mobile. Again while working restart issue is not solved hence second return request is Lodged.
                  Against second request, Technician from Nagpur visited to home & review the mobile. During his 15 minutes revised Mobile was not restarted hence he advise to take Video once the mobile restart at its own. On the same day mobile against restarted its own hence third return request lodged & Video of mobile restart incident captured & forwarded to concern Technician.
                  I have already taken up so much follow with your team but my issue is not solved.
                  I request Flipkart to take back this item & refund the amount asap. If Flipkart is ready to replace this mobile with new one, it is ok with me as delivered product is faulty one.
                  Please resolve the issue asap & arrange to lift the mobile & follow the refund.

                          I am unable to play game zone in flipkart. The game zone is not working for games such as snake smash and crazy cannon. The game is stuck and unable to play or load it.                             Order id - od[protected], on.20.05.2020 i had ordered sparx shoes and to my horrendous experience what is recieved from. Flipkart is a pair of worn out dirty slippers packed in a sparx brand box. And the most horrible part is that my complaint was rejected irresponsibly. And today i am seeing that my flipkart account has also been blocked.

                                  This is to inform that I have not yet received the refund amount initiated by GoAir for my canceled flight on March 20, 2020 (Date of Booking through FLIPKART) from CCU to JAI.

                                  It has been many months since and I expected the amount to have reached to me by now. I requested Flipkart to kindly look into this matter but they haven't responded to my emails yet.

                                  I have tried calling their travel customer care service but no one has responded. Tired of this, I called their regular customer care service and they have told me that they can't do anything regarding this matter. Such a pathetic service provided by one of the largest E-commerce platforms!

                                  Treating loyal customers like this wasn't expected from their end.

                                    I have ordered a Samsung 192 litre 3 star 2020 model refrigerator on 6/5/2020 and got delivered on 7/5/2020 with damaged product on back side of the refrigerator. On the same day I requested for return of the product as there was no replacement option from seller. After samsung technical team visited on 12/5/2010, return request finally approved by seller on 21/5/2020. The flipkart courier service scheduled the pick up on or before 1/6/2020. However till date flikart courier service have not contacted me to pick up the item. Flipkart it also not responding properly to the issue. I would like lodge a complaint against the flikart regarding delay in the service provided despite repeated email and chat to flikart customer care and grievance officer.

                                    The refrigerator has been pick up on 8/6/2020. But till date pick up status ha not been updated in the system therby resulting in delay refund. Why is it taking so long ? It has been more than 9 days since the pick up. I'm enclosing the pick up acknowledgement slip. Kindly escalate the issue and resolve it at the earliest
